This school is just GREAT. Let me tell you my experiences.1. Kids really like it.This is my daughters second Tae Kwon Do school of her life. She transferred to AMAA when she was about to get the blue belt. Her feedback on AMAA on her first day was Dad, this school is so fun, people are so friendly and polite, and most importantly, I can say they are doing a real martial art!!. Since her first day, she is always waiting for her Tae Kwon Do class more than any other her hobbies such as tennis or drum.2. Kids are learning behaviorSince she started attending AMAA classes, every family members can notice that her behavior is changing. She was just a normal 9 ~ 10 year old girl. However, she starts thinking about other people, she starts control her anger, and she also starts follow her parents direction in the right way.3. AMAA provides great role models to the kidsNot only are the high belt students great role models to young students, but also the masters are great people. In fact, Master Lee (the female master) is the main reason why I changed my daughters Tae Kwon Do school. As I asked Master Lee to help my daughter grow up like a great person like her, I really want my daughter be as clever, brave, humble and respectful like her.No matter what sports your kids are playing, just attend one demo class at AMAA. You will be very impressed. Strongly recommend!!

This is the best martial arts school. The masters and instructors are knowledgeable and passionate. They teach kicking and punching, but also, they teach life skills! I recommend 100% this school for those who haven’t started any martial arts or are looking for a place to learn.

We are thankful for how they deal with COVID-19 and taking all precaution to keep everyone safe. What a Great Program for all families! We would love to recommend it to everyone!

My oldest son has been at this studio for 4.5 years and now my wife and youngest son have been going for a year and a half. They all love it. The Masters and assistant instructors help all students, no matter the skill level, develop confidence and strength while maintaining a safe and fun atmosphere. It is also a very competitive studio which we love. Would recommend to anyone!!

My daughter Sophia has been with AMAA for 4 years now and we cannot get enough of the studio. She has become confident, strong, and more patient which are strong values that AMAA promotes. I love that she has the opportunity to compete as well as make new friends and have mini mentors from the assistant instructors. I highly recommend!!

My son has been with this club for 3 years. They are very good with kids and have a great program. I can also personally say that they generally care about the kids and want to do what is best for your child.

AMAA is about more than martial arts. My son has been going here for 7 years and has learned so much ... respect, discipline, hard work and leadership skills. From Poomsae to sparring to demo team to Leadership club, they have it all. Every instructor that has taught my son has been awesome and the bond they create with the kids is pretty special. Highly recommend!!

I am currently a student at American Martial Arts Academy- Naperville and I have only positive things to say about the program. I have made so many life-long friends and created so many amazing relationships. I also have found a passion with Taekwondo. When I first started to take classes, I was shy and very quiet. Back then, I would never have thought that I would become someone who was able to speak or demonstrate in front of a large group of people. As time progressed, I felt myself gaining more and more confidence in each class. I am so thankful for being enrolled in such an amazing program. Though, at first, this program may just be seen as just a Taekwondo program, I have learned so many life lessons and I have created so many relationships that it feels like more than just a program. Thank you so much AMAA!

When searching for my children a place to learn discipline, respect, and at the same time keep there attention at the young age of 4 & 6 yrs old. I was more than convinced after 3 weeks as a trial period. I recommend before anyone signs up to try the trial program and see just how much your children like it, or more in our case love it. Its a family practice and one that we see growing in our lives as well. I have recently been attending two classes a week, for the last 7 weeks with my children and have lost over 30lbs. If you havent signed up today, let them know that James said he sent you...ha ha...i have referred over 10 of my friends kids and they are so excited about bringing their children to AMAA. Most importantly, check out there after school program. I saved over $250.00 per month, better than any other day care centers and that included my daughters lessons as well.

My child Joseph Park has changed in postive ways ever since starting AMAA! Though there is still much to learn, I have already seen him grow so much as a person. He is learning about patience and becoming more independent. Thanks AMAA!

We started my son Satya at the age of 3..initially, we just wanted to start him because he was a bit timid and had a hard time in front of people. He was always anxious around people he didnt know. AMAA instructors are so nice and always willing to help out. Master Jae and his crew are constantly trying to make sure that every child gets the attention he or she needs. They also try to make sure that every child works to his or her potential. The thing I love the most about Tae Kwon Do at AMAA is that they strive for the best. They let the students know that it is okay not to be perfect, but it is important to be your own best. It is what we always try to teach out kids and AMAA reinforces it. It is true that there is nothing more important than discipline. AMAA teaches their kids to never give up and never settle for less. No matter how good or bad your child is at the physical aspect of AMAA, it doesnt matter. TKD isnt about how well you do everything, it is about putting in the effort and understanding how to discipline yourself, and our son is learning that. Thank you AMAA!

Excellent Program for Kids. We are very glad we enrolled our 8 & 9 yo in AMAA. The director Master Jeon and the Instructors Master Kim and now Master Rhee are great with the children. They motivate the children to achieve and perform at their best not only in TKD but also incorporate the same discipline, dedication and respect in all facets of their lives. The children love going there and I can see the positive influence of AMAA in their lives.

Best decision you will ever make. Enrolling our 5 and 7 year old kids in AMAA was one of the best decisions we have every made. Within a year of training their attitude towards everyone has changed for the better. They are excelling in academics, are more focused and disciplined. They have also competed and won gold and bronze medals at the HAsTKD tournament. AMAA is not just any martial arts studio they prepare the kids for Olympic style TKD. They are affiliated with all the major National and International TKD organizations. AMAA is also a learning center that emphasis on the kids schoolwork, after school activities and of course Martial Arts. Not only the kids but even us as parents learn something new there. The instructors are fantastic and the kids listen to them, its unbelievable. We highly recommend AMAA. We are very proud of being a part of AMAA family.Anirudh Kapadia
