Speaking from my experience:My agents from PHP have been VERY unprofessional with me since the beginning. Didnt want to bring this on here, but this is the only way my voice will be heard. My agents are Fabian Fraire & Judy Patino. The only reason I ever got my insurance policy was to support my brother & sister-in-law in their new journey of being part of PHP. At first I was not very convinced until my brother persuaded me into buying a life insurance. I had originally and have proof that I had wanted the cheapest life insurance policy due to the fact that I was still very iffy on the fact if this was a scam or not. I made it very clear of that. When I had gotten my policy for me to sign, I did not notice they had sold me a policy of $51.53 dollars until I got home and was reading the folder they had given me. That was my fault for not reading the paper before signing it but I had trusted that my agents were selling me something I had wanted to begin with. I had called Fabian Fraire, my brother, that my life insurance policy was not the one that I wanted. Later that night Fabian Fraire had stated that they were going to lose a certain amount of money due to the mistake of the wrong life insurance policy and that they had to pay it out of their pocket. Then Fabian Fraire had stated he did no longer want to be my agent, that his wife, Judy Patino was going to be my new agent. I was told that the money I had already paid of $51.53 for the first policy was going to covered for three months and/or I would get the money back. It took multiple calls to my bank due to my agent not canceling how they had originally told me. I had texted my agent and they stated that the funds were never moved. Later had told me that I would get a check, never did I receive a check, never did I receive an email or anything. It was been very difficult getting ahold of my agents due to some family/personal issues. I have been blocked on all social medias & numbers so I have no way of communication with some questions that I have regarding my insurance policy. After months of all of this I was considering calling to see if I could switch to another agent that is professional and knows how to separate family & business but I have decided to cancel everything to finish having problems and inconveniences. I have been in contact with PHP admin via email & phone call but still have not resolved anything. After all of this, my experience with PHP Agency has been trash. Fabian Fraire is my brother but he is VERY unprofessional. He claims to be very professional and very mature but there has been a time where he has be trying to fight my boyfriend & I on the street due to his road rage and inability to handle his emotions. If I could go back in time I would’ve never gotten an insurance policy with those two agents and I could’ve avoided all of this mess
