When you up date a price it takes over 12 plus hours to update on your website! So if you change your price in VAuto, it will adjust on Trader within minutes, but take HOURS UPON HOURS to adjust on your own Dealer Inspire site. HUGE LEGAL ISSUE WITH THIS PRICE DISCREPANCY OVER SUCH A LONG PERIOD OF TIME! Edit: Just lost over a $1,000 due to this

Hands down the best automotive website platform out there, backed by the best support and performance manager team! Weve been a client for the better part of a decade and now have 15 sites with them. Constant innovation is ingrained in their culture and it shows.

This company proceeds to develop and sadly their degree of help is deteriorating. Despite how you speak with them, they dont appear to mind any longer. A basic request can transform into another issue.

In the last 5 years I have watched this company grow. I will admit I wasnt that impressed with their support a few years ago, but they have improved their support team and I am a very happy customer. Keep up the great work

You just dont know until you try. Its hard to imagine how much better this place is, but they are clearly a Marketing Company that remains a Market First, Automotive Second which is where Automotive usually fails. Too many OEMs and Marking Companies become the Automotive status Quo. I hope no one reads this review so we can stay ahead of our competition.

Dealer Inspire is the best! We run two Dealer Inspire sites for the dealerships that I represent. Our traffic has almost doubled! Sara and Ryan are wonderful to work with and their SEO advice is outstanding.

We payed for four years for this company to handle our website and there was not one month where I didnt have to call and have them fix my rebates. I had to ask repeatedly for aged items that shouldnt have been on the site to be taken down and some of it still has not been completed. They are impossible to get ahold of and they will never give you a straight answer its always we will have to open a case with our maintenance team that you have no way of corresponding with. I would strongly recommend not using them as a provider.

The worst support team I have ever dealt with! No returned calls, no updates, they just leave you hanging. Cant get rebates or pricing correct!

Do I work here now? Absolutely, and proud of it. But was I a DealerInspire customer for two years prior to joining the company? Yes indeed! Needless to say I wouldnt have jumped at the opportunity to join such an amazing team if I wasnt a big believer in the company and culture and thats been assembled. Truly found my dream job, and Im thrilled to be a part of this team.

About the only positive item is a responsive website. We have been with them for over a year. The back end of their websites provide either bad data or worthless insights. Their support team cant get some of the most basic tasks completed including inventory feeds or tracking lead sources. Its way overpriced and overrated.
