I was gifted a membership to Title which then turned into being there permanently. I was never spoken to about membership rules or guidelines. I was never given a packet about what to expect versus don’t expect. So I just went along not expecting much. But I then was having a hard time paying for services due to loss of hours at work. I asked the front desk staff how cancellation process worked and what should I be expecting when doing so. I was told “you just have to put in a form by Tuesday night, cancellations go through on Wednesday. Once you cancel you are not allowed to use your packages anymore”. I then took that and went to cancel the following Tuesday. When I did arrive there was a different worker working at the front desk. She told us there was a different cancellation process and there still was one more monthly fee that needs to be put through before I can cancel. At this point that’s two more monthly charges that I can not afford. Which is why I came to cancel to begin with. I then told her I would like to speak with a manager. A week later I got nothing. I called and left a voicemail, and then two weeks go by and nothing. This morning I decided to check my bank and they charged me for the second time. This place is all about money. They don’t care about you or your hardships in life they are gonna snatch that money whenever they can. They are unprofessional and I don’t recommend you spend 70 dollars a month with a company who could care less about you. Take that money and go to a better gym or facility that offers you better customer service and treats you like an actual human being.

They are scammers for sure! They will overcharge your card even if you stopped going and cancelled! If you want to workout you are better off going to another gym.

Very energetic and fun atmosphere. I’ve done 11 sessions now, and not going to lie, I’m starting to get addicted to it. Workouts are amazing. You can go at your own pace. I easily hit 850-1000 active calories per workout. Every instructor is well engaged and motivating. I suggest doing a free session to see it for yourself.

Good coaches/Staff but higher up management is trying to take my money. I canceled about 6 months ago and noticed a charge last month randomly. Since I canceled my membership I disputed the charge. Now they are sending me letters in the mail that I owe $200. Kinda pathetic that there doing this in these times. People can barley support their family and their trying to scam $$ out of their past customers. Thank god I know to never come back to here in the future! BEWARE!

I recently took a kickboxing class with Rich R. at Title Boxing Club and it was a great workout! I don’t like cardio (running), but needed to get back in shape. The class was fun and high-energy. Rich is very motivating and positive. He has been instructing in the local martial arts community for many years. All levels of experience were represented in the class. You don’t need to have any prior boxing or martial arts training. Rich demonstrates and teaches proper form during the class. I highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to learn kickboxing, self-defense, or get in shape.

Title is another family to me! The workouts are great for anyone whether you haven’t worked out in 5 years or if you just ran a marathon! The classes focus on multiple areas of the body and are also a great stress reliever! Thanks to everyone there for helping me reach my goals and always supporting me!

Great Place. Trainers are very nice, motivating, and fun to train with. I saw a video of another Title boxing club that’s not at this one. But it was showing us MMA classes. Do you guys have that here because on my class schedule it says boxing or kickboxing but never says MMA. Is MMA ever taught here cause I would love to learn that too.

I tried to cancel 6 months ago due to COVID and one of the employees lied to me saying that I had be there in person when there was an option to do it electronically and made sure the process of cancelation was as drawn out as possible. They will do anything to get money from you and make sure you cant cancel instead of respecting your wishes.

I started taking classes here in September. Facility is well equipped and clean, and the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. The trainers do a fantastic job of motivating you throughout the entire class. I look forward to classes every week. Highly recommend.

They will try to screw you when you need to cancel. They supposedly have a 30 day cancellation policy that they conveniently waited until i left the building to tell me about. When I initially signed up I was never told about the 30 day cancellation policy and when i cancelled I was bever told about the cancellation policy because Bryan conveniently forgot to tell me both times. WasntW made aware until after I left the facility and he called me and all of a sudden he remembered how to do his job. They dont have classes available all day to accommodate your schedule the gym I niw go to is professional and they tell you about all of their policies from the start and are open 24 hrs to accommodate everyone. They are also expensive without much offered $129 for unlimited classes but like I said their last class is at like 7pm and on the weekend they barely have classes. Not a lot of cardio or equipment period to use and the trainer turnover rate seems to be high.
