My daughter saw a counselor at Labyrinth for anxiety. Between sessions, her counselor consistently forgot her key issue and began each session addressing a problem she didnt have. Multiple corrections made no difference, and time was wasted each session reminding her of the actual issue.We paid the higher rate for a full-hour session as we were driving quite a distance to the sessions, but the counselor consistently stopped the session several minutes early to come out and get me and collect payment within the scheduled therapy time.After my daughter stopped seeing the counselor, she needed verification of her anxiety disorder, and I contacted the counselor to ask for verification. She said that she couldnt provide (something about a medical excuse I hadnt asked for). After multiple clarifications about what I needed, I pointed out that shed been billing for treatment of an anxiety disorder and so surely had a coded record. She sighed dramatically and told me she guessed she might have that and perhaps her biller could find it, but they would have to charge me for looking it up and she was going on vacation, so wouldnt be able to get to it for a couple of weeks. I agreed to pay and she said shed initiate that when she returned from vacation. That was ten months ago.
