We are a contractor and have been working with Five Star and Mark for many years. I will call with an immediate need for a lift and they are always responsive in getting it to the site in a timely manner. I never have an issue with a lift being late or having mechanical issues. They clearly take care of their equipment. They are positive, knowledgeable and helpful. Please consider them for all your rental needs.

Excellent experience -- I would highly recommend Five Star to retail consumers like me, heres why:1.) Very knowledgeable & patient with basic questions (thanks, John!).2.) The price includes delivery, so no additional costs (Home Depot*/others require you to rent a truck to get it to your home)3.) Commercial grade is the starting level: the company seems to have been built on providing equipment to professional contractors (hours are 6 AM to 5 PM M-F, til noon on Saturday), so the equipment starts at professional grade, so no need to worry about undersized equipment for your project (I rented first from Home Depot, and after extending to 2 days, it would have been less expensive to rent the Five Star unit for 1 day, which would have done the job in the first day (Five Start trencher does 8 inch trench, Home Depot largest trencher is 4 inch).4.) The guy who delivered the equipment gave me some good tips/experience on using the equipment.*About Home Depot references: customer of Home Depot for 20 years, first time renting from Home Depot/Menards/Lowes, they each seem to have their area of expertise.

I was very impressed by these guys. I rented a stump grinder and they were very helpful, provided a great product at a great price, and were very nice to deal with. We need more businesses like this!

Rented scissor lift for one week. Five Star had the best rental and drop-off/pick-up rates in the area. Sales people were very accommodating, helpful and pleasant. We have added them to our list of vendors. Will definitely use them again.
