The Sebring team was great to work with on my recent home projects . We did a full remodel of the master bathroom and a partial remodel of our kitchen . The entire process from start to finish ran smoothly . Brian and Linda helped build a plan around my vision and budget and Phil managed the project flawlessly. The entire team is talented, experienced and professional. I would highly recommend working with the Sebring team. They are focused on quality and meeting their customers expectations.

We used Sebring several years ago to remodel a bathroom and were so pleased with the experience and the result that we chose to use them again for a full kitchen remodel. Their employees, subcontractors are all first rate, as is the quality of their work. Our designer Victoria did a great job of guiding us through all the design issues and the dizzying world of choices that had to be made. Our project manager Percy always made sure that anyone coming to our house was fully informed about their assignment. He then followed up to make sure the work was done to our satisfaction. He was also extremely patient with us as we asked countless questions and always gave us correct and thorough answers.We would like to single out Scott, the carpenter, his attention to detail and pride in his work gave us a great deal of reassurance. We were very impressed with the entire team of employees and subcontractors..All the staff respond quickly to calls, texts, etc. Nothing is ever a hassle. We are very pleased with the end result and would happily recommend them to anyone considering a remodeling project of any kind.

At Sebring Services was great to work with, from the owner, to the designer, to the project manager. We carefully worked together to plan the design of my new master bathroom to make sure it would be wheelchair accessible, which included many tweaks with measurements. During the construction phase, the rest of the house was kept clean with runners on the floor. Challenges during the process were addressed with professionalism and good advice. The project manager was very responsive to questions throughout. I am very pleased with the quality of their work and attention to detail.

I highly recommend working with Sebring services. We did a lot of research before choosing and we have been nothing but pleased with the team. From the beginning of the project to the very end, all members of the team were respectful to us and our home, pleasant and helpful. The projects was done in the time frame they quoted, but may have been finished early if it were not for the delay with the permit from our city. It took Joliet 3 weeks for a permit, which is not the norm. The care and craftsmanship on the cabinets is of very high quality. We are very pleased with the finished product. They were also very patient and accommodating when I had a change towards the end of the project.Overall, it was a pleasure to work with the Sebring team and we look forward to having the team come in and redo our master bath.

We worked with Sebring Design Build 1 year ago for a bathroom remodel. I can not speak highly enough about their professionalism and quality work. We had a tiny shower next to a big tub we didn’t use in our master bathroom. Sebring converted the tub space into a big beautiful walk-in shower and custom built shelves where the old shower was. It really opened up the room and my only regret is not doing this project 5 years ago when I moved in. It only took the Sebring team 4 weeks to complete the job. Their project management is top notch. In addition to having an awesome project manager who worked closely with us throughout the project (thanks Phil!), they also have a mobile app they use to make it easy for you to see a timeline of all phases of the project and to chat with the team about any changes, project design or requests you have.There are no surprises and it’s as stress free as a construction project can possibly be (that’s saying something since I was 8 months pregnant and very hormonal when the project was being done). You know exactly what is being done and when it’s being done. And you pay in installments as the project progresses so other than a start up deposit, you don’t pay for work until it’s complete. They go all out to ensure your house is clean and unscathed during construction. I highly recommend them! I’ll definitely use them again for future renovations.

Sebring Design Build finished our basement, completely remodeled an investment property for us, and at the end of 2019 updated our kitchen. On every project the Sebring team has been organized and professional from start to finish. Communication throughout every project was very good, and the tradesmen were always helpful and courteous. Like so many other reviewers here, I recommend Sebring Design Build without hesitation. We chose Sebring to finish our basement primarily because they finished our neighbors basement to high praise from everyone. From the planning stages to the construction process to the final product, everything was handled professionally, courteously, competently, and promptly by Bryan and his team.Planning/budgeting: Bryan communicated every detail of the anticipated costs in writing during the planning stage, and that is precisely what the project cost - aside from change orders issued at my request. All change orders were discussed in detail in advance, and approved by me through the online portal. I felt like I was in control of the process the entire time, and fully understood what I was paying and what I would get for that cost. My one suggestion would be to enable clients to make payments through the online portal. I literally had to buy a checkbook in order to write the series of checks to pay Sebring since the rest of my world accepts electronic payments.Process: Our project, captained by Phil, was finished right on schedule despite several surprises (old black mold in a wall, leaky window wells) that could have derailed things. Nothing phased Phil, and he was immediately responsive to all of our concerns, 24/7. All of the subcontractors who performed work on the project were just as courteous, competent and professional as Bryan and Phil. They were impeccably clean despite the mess that comes with construction, and kind to my curious young children. I will attach some images from the construction process to show just how well these guys cleaned up after themselves and went out of their way to be courteous by restocking our powder room supplies mid-project.End result: Of course, none of the above would matter if the end result was garbage or not what we wanted. But its gorgeous - see pictures. The basement looks even better than I imagined, and integrates all of my random requests. Their stonemason even built my requested wood niche for the fireplace to spare me a million trips up and down the stairs with firewood.Ultimately, you get what you pay for. Sebring charges more than many, but they cross their Ts, dot their Is, and thensome. It is money well spent. We already have plans in place to use them again for our master bath renovation.

Ive used Sebring Design Build for several projects in my home and will use them again when the need arises. From working with their design team to pick materials and finishes all the way through construction you can expect excellent communication, a clean and tidy work area and a high degree of attention to detail. My master bath shower has like 7 shower heads and a herringbone patterned accent wall-the work is perfect. They also follow all the safety protocols during this age of covid. They are worth every penny and I highly recommend them.

We had a basement finished and mudroom/laundry room renovation completed by Sebring and had a fantastic experience. From account management to design to project management and beyond, everyone was very professional and proactively communicated with us. We never had to chase anyone for information. Our project manager, Phil, was great and always available to answer questions and make sure everything was done according to plan. Even though the project started just before the Covid pandemic and we had a two-month delay as a result, Phils management of the project was seamless. We will definitely have them manage our next renovation project.

Working with Sebring Design Build was a great experience. I was expecting a lot of complications when we decided to jump into remodeling our master bath. I am amazed at how smooth the entire process was. The staff at Sebring starting with getting a quote all the way to the completion of construction were amazing. They are super organized and professional at all times. It was great being able to go to their showroom and work with Victoria picking everything out. She uses her computer to show you everything as you pick it out with digital renderings. She has impeccable taste and is so easy to work with. They use a program you can access from your phone or computer that keeps you informed of everything from billing, schedule, drawings, and messaging. During construction Phil is organized and easy to work with. He keeps you informed through the entire process. Miguel was at my project a lot and does such great work. We reached out about finishing a section of our basement to put in a bar. We were contacted right back and within a short period of time had designers at our house creating a design and concept.A wine bar area was customs designed and built. The selection process was very easy with some great advice and they showed a ton of patience. Victoria has great ideas and helped us make some wise choices.The construction process was very smooth. Phil communicated throughout the process and they always kept the are clean and maintained.We are thrilled with our new space and will definitely work with Sebring again.

We have used Sebring Design Build for 3 major projects over the last 20 years and have had great experiences. Two of the projects were complete basement remodels (2 different homes) and the most recent project was to build a single family home with a large garage. Despite the pandemic, Bryan Sebring and his Team (thank you to Percy! -Project Manager) this latest project came in on budget and on time despite unforseen delays due to governments covid restrictions. We love our renovated first floor by Sebring Design Build. Our designer, Victoria, was very creative in her approach to transforming our kitchen/family room into a gorgeous, updated, open gathering space while still providing the area and flow needed for a functional kitchen. We would like to highly recommend Sebring Design Build of Naperville for the excellent work to design and build our new kitchen and laundry room. It was a long and hard decision for us to make the final jump into remodeling our 1950’s house, and we knew it would be very expensive. However, Sebring was very knowledgeable and professional as they walked us through the design and remodel process. Our decision to work with Sebring proved to be worth the investment.Sebring was professional and attentive to our concerns which included Nikki and Linda our designer and decorator, to the demolition team, to Scott the carpenter and cabinet installer and Phil the Project Manager,The quality of work exhibited by Sebring was exceptional. The demolition team cleaned up every night as they tore down an old 1950’s structure with plaster walls. Scott was incredibly meticulous and friendly and it was a exciting to watch his progress during installation. The numerous cabinets, drawers and island were installed just perfectly. As Project Manager, Phil was unpretentious and easy to work with. Always pushing the job forward, but always making things “just right”. Phil was always checking and discussing with us the proper location of lighting, air vents on the floor, and exhaust vents on our old roof. He even installed a new access door to our crawl space that is easier to lift and blends in much better with the laundry room. We came to greatly appreciate his experience and expertise. He treated this job as if it was his own home.We are extremely happy with our kitchen and laundry room. We really wouldn’t change a thing.

Sebring Design and Build completed a basement remodel for me a few years back. I was extremely pleased with their work. Their craftsmanship is absolutely flawless. Incredible attention to detail, meticulous, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. What also stood out and what put this company on the top of my list was that they welcomed my phone calls after the job was completed. If I had questions or needed additional assistance in some way, they were prompt in coming to my home and resolving whatever issues needed to be addressed. A few years later, when a flood was to devastate the basement they had helped design and create, they thoughtfully helped bring it back to its original state. Looking for inspiration for my backsplash, I found a picture of a kitchen remodel on the Sebring Design website. I really liked a bathroom that was designed by Sebring Design but I was having a hard time identifying the tile used in the job. I had almost given up on finding the exact match but I decided to call Sebring and see if they would share the details with me. I spoke a Sebring employee, Raquel, this afternoon and she was phenomenal. I told her about the bathroom I was looking at and she promptly sent me an email to confirm that she had the correct bathroom. Within a 1/2 hour had the names of the tiles that were used. We had a simple question for the Sebring design team. Even though we are not in their service area, they promptly provided us with the information we requested. They were very courteous and helpful. All the information they discuss on their website as to what makes them different was quickly and readily apparent to me during our call. If we were in the Chicago area, we would definitely use them for their design services.

While I dont have any personal project experience with this company, I would like to share some correspondence I had regrading a kitchen build. I have been researching kitchen designs for a while now. I came across a design and color scheme that had the exact look I was going for. I researched for quite a while and couldnt find any information on the design. A closer look at the picture data had the word Sebring design embedded in it. I sent Sebring Design Build some questions assuming this was a part of their project list. Bryan Sebring responded that it was not one of his kitchen designs................but he invested time in finding the details of the image I sent him. He listed all manufacturers and color names (part numbers) of the various elements in the image I sent him!!!! Keep in mind, this was not one of his projects and Im not a current customer. Thank you so much for going above and beyond in your response.

Sebring completed two projects for us - a kitchen and powder room, and later master and hall bathrooms. We are delighted with the way both projects turned out. For the bathrooms, we especially enjoyed working with their designer to consider some what-ifs and choose tile, colors, and cabinets. Very fine workmanship throughout.Bryan stands behind his work. They have promptly addressed a few small items under their warranty. No project ever goes perfectly, but Sebrings follow-though and commitment to customer satisfaction are excellent.

My husband and I had a question about tile for a dog shower in our laundry room that we saw in a Sebring design picture. We are not in their service area, but Raquel promptly helped us and gave us all detailed sites and information where we could located the tile close by. Sebring Services transformed our basement from an unfinished, unused space to an awesome extension of our home. From the first time we met with Bryan, he listened to our needs and was very thorough with a thoughtful design and very detailed estimate. The design was spot on and addressed all of our wish list items. From day one of the process, we were on schedule and within budget. Our project manager, Percy, was professional, thorough and on top of every detail. As a stay-at-home mom, we saw Percy every day and always felt comfortable with the team and subcontractors coming and going. The design is perfect, process was smooth and workmanship is top notch. Sebring Services finished our basement and were extremely pleased with the quality of work. We chose Sebring Services because Bryan Sebring was willing to listen to what we wanted, worked with us to incorporate our ideas in the plan and worked with the subcontractors to accomplish the plan. He and his staff were professional, organized and stayed with the timeline established at the beginning of the project. The subcontractors were courteous, clean, and punctual a rarity these days. We were actually comfortable with them to leave on vacation while in the middle of the project. I would highly recommend Sebring services to anyone considering a finishing a basement or remodeling project. We will definitely call Sebring Services for any future remodeling projects.

Sebring remodeled our Master bathroom. Bathroom was totally gutted. They removed tub, relocated shower, tiled (ceramic/porcelain) new shower enclosure and floor. Installed new fixtures, vanity and installed a new linen closet where old shower was located. Sebring did an excellent job remodeling our bathroom. We love the final product. Bryan Sebring had excellent ideas when scoping out the work. For example we were not happy with the current size of our shower and we were short on space for linen storage. Considering we already had a bathtub in the hall bath Bryan suggested we move the shower to where the bath was and put a linen closet where the old shower was. This worked out great. They assigned a project manager (Nancy) to follow the work. She did an excellent job and proactively identified issues and corrected them. Nancy identified an issue with the drywall work and had them redo it before we said anything. Sebring employees were very responsive, courteous and did excellent work. I would definitely use them again. Although they are not the cheapest contractor I believe there is value added by having a dedicated PM, skilled employees and trusted subs.

We engaged Sebring Services to renovate our townhouse, including new floors, kitchen counter top, new appliances, painting throughout, and three bathrooms completely gutted and redone.The quality of work was excellent in every respect. There were almost no follow-up items, and those few were promptly taken care of. We were out of town during most of the work, so we provided no oversight. It was great to come back and find everything done right.Linda was of great help in selecting tile, fixtures, counter tops, paint colors, etc. She was able to focus our preferences into design combinations that really worked. We also worked with Nancy, who also contributed to the design. Both were a pleasure to work with. Percy, the project manager, also was great to work with, and obviously (based on the results) did an excellent job of overseeing the various craftsmen who contributed to the project.There were no negative surprises. All estimates were met. This group is what contractors should be.

I sent an email and typically responses to inquiries such as mine are rare, but not with Bryan! And quick and accurate as well. We need more Bryans.

Although I am out of the Sebring service area, I had requested information on a tile that was used on one of their bathroom remodel projects. An hour later, I had a detailed list of everything they used---from tiles to grout color---even included where they got it all! What a nice thing to do! If Bryan Sebring will take the time to do this for someone whos not even a customer, I can only imagine the attention he gives to his real clients!

We had a great experience working with Sebring Services. After a major flood, they offered reasonable prices and quick service. They helped rebuild our basement and made it better than before. When a small issue arose a few months after their work was completed, they came out immediately and fixed the situation. Our project manager was often at the house, very helpful, and easy to get in touch with. We were very concerned with staying on budget, and Percy helped us do that, and actually came in a bit under budget. When I asked advice on building a side project (I was trying to be handy at the time), Percys team took it over and built/installed it for me. I would strongly recommend using Sebring Services. We were, and still are, very pleased with the service.

They respected our home during the process, kept noise to a minimum, protected the house from construction dust/dirt as well as they could and were pleasant and professional. This was true of their carpenters, drywallers, tile installer, plumber, electrician and painter.Nancy Malone was our project director and she was absolutely fantastic! She was easy to work with, listened to and implemented our design ideas, checked the work just about daily and made plans for each next step to happen. She stayed in close contact with us throughout the project and responded very quickly to any of our text questions. She was as delighted with the finished project as we were and it was a pleasure to share the experience with her.They finished everything on the final checklist to our satisfaction. When Nancy left after the last visit, she said, We will see you in 10 months. I was surprised and pleased to hear that they do a follow up to make sure all is working and staying as it should be. She said to call if there is anything major before then, otherwise we should make/keep a list if anything needs to be touched up or fixed and it will be taken care of at the next visit.We heartily recommend Sebring Services and would hire them again.

We hired Sebring to completely tear out and redo our finished basement due to water leakage and a bad mouse infestation. They immediately understood our problems and offered solutions the first time we met with them. Everyone there is a pleasure to work with as well as being very knowledgeable and creative. Their team had great ideas for a new layout of the space that would better suit our needs and helped us pick out colors and materials for our dream basement. What great customer service! I found a tile through an internet search and emailed Sebring on Sunday evening asking for information on the tile. I couldnt believe within a half hour I received a response and information about the tile. The really impressive part though is that they dont even sell the tile but did some research to provide me with information I needed to source it! Thank you!

After sifting through several bids on a complete kitchen, bathroom, hallway makeover, we found that Sebring Services had the most comprehensive quote. The price wasnt the highest, nor was it the lowest, but right in the middle where it needed to be. Bryan worked with us to create our dream kitchen and bathroom, and what mattered most, was his thorough follow through. We received a breakdown of what would be done each week, and the project manager followed up with us on it each Friday. The job was done on time, and looked amazing. We had estimates for our master bath from several Naperville area design/build firms. Sebrings came in towards the middle. We really liked the fact that Brian did not pressure us into making a decision or by signing a contract on the spot. Sebring Services recently finished a full basement remodel for us, including a finished play area, home theater, gym, storage, and a full bath. They were easy to work with, and professional from start to finish. We started out not including the bathroom and decided on Day 2 of the project to add it in. They shuffled things around and made it happen. We were faced with a tight deadline due to family coming in, and even with the bathroom being added into the project, Sebring pushed hard to make sure everything was done in time for our company, without compromising high quality work. Everything turned out great, and we use it every day!As an aside, as a stay at home Mom, I never worried about all of the people who were coming in and out of the house. All of Sebrings workers were polite and respectful, and did a good job cleaning up after themselves.Price wise, Sebring was right in the middle of the quotes we got, however, for the value and quality I believe Sebring was the best selection we could have made.I wholeheartedly recommend Sebring for any remodeling project you may have. We will definitely use them again in the future if we decide to undertake any other major renovations!

Sebring just completed a full basement finish ~1,200 sq. feet. The pre-build planning was what sold me on Sebring. The planning, guidance and the owners confidence are what sold my wife and me on Sebring. The bid and planning process was smooth and timeline was laid out by the day. I really liked the app/website to view progress, select materials and communicate with my project foreman.The contractors and trades that worked on my basement were courteous and respectful of my wife being home with 2 young children.At the end of the day - work was high quality, time-line was hit and the overall process & work to get to the finish product was worth the price paid. Bryan Sebring came out for an initial visit and estimate. He listened to us, gave us some ideas and options and then came up with a great plan. Then it was on to our project manager, Nancy. We got along fine even though she is a Bears fan and we are Packers fans. She came out before the renovation started and really set our minds at ease. She was in communication with us EVERY day. We always knew what was going to happen next and if we had concerns, she addressed them. She listened to us and it was always “no problem.” If things were not right, she made them right with the help of a great team. She even gave us great advice on paint colors or places that we could check out to help us make decisions. She never made us feel rushed. She was always calm! We also appreciated the hard work and attention to detail that Miguel and Alvaro provided. They did not just rush through the job, even though they were very busy. Justin also worked with us in our renovation. He was personable and never made us feel that our high expectations were unreasonable. Our new kitchen, dining room and laundry room look fantastic!! Our final bill was extremely close to the original estimate……there were no hidden costs. We had a wonderful experience with Sebring Services in renovating our Kitchen and have received many compliments from friends and family on how great our kitchen looks. I was prepared for a challenging and stressful time but it actually wasn’t. We have used Sebring Services on several occasions, most recently for our downsizing move. We had SS do quite a number of things in our new townhouse. Among the projects were the replacement of granite countertops throughout the house, installing a new, custom bar in the lower level and a custom built office in our loft. As is typical, the project grew larger after we moved in and SS was very accommodating. They also bailed us out when we discovered the need for some unexpected, remedial carpentry work in the sunroom. Just as in our prior experiences with SS, everything was done on time and in a top quality manner. I highly recommend them!

He personally oversaw all of the crucial parts of the project. Finishing our basement was a fairly complex six-month project. During any complex project, mistakes occur, or finished results sometimes dont appear the way they were envisioned. When these infrequent events occurred, Percy was always easily reachable, and the problems were promptly resolved. We also worked closely with Linda Knapp. She has a sharp eye for detail, and assisted during several important aspects of the project (selecting wood/granite and cabinetry design). Linda and Percy both exemplify the professionalism and commitment to excellence that is prevalent at Sebring Services.The final result of finishing our basement clearly exceeded our expectations. While there are less expensive contractors, in the case of Sebring Services, you truly do get what you pay for: fine craftsmanship, excellent communication, and integrity. Our basement was completed in 2017 (see below review) and this is an update. As promised, Bryan Sebring contacted us after one year to see if everything was still functioning properly and to our satisfaction. There were a few minor nail pops to fix and a couple of touch-ups that were addressed. We did end up having a leaking pipe that was inspected and determined to have nothing to do with the work done in the basement. Despite this, Sebring helped us get a plumber and have it taken care of. As promised at the start of our project, Sebring builds relationships with their customers and can be depended on well beyond completion of their work..* ORIGINAL REVIEW 2017: Sebring Services turned our dream basement into reality!We had been saving for years to transform our unfinished basement into an amazing space for relaxing and entertaining. We had a vision and basic plan of what we wanted, which Bryan Sebring and his skilled staff of designers invested many hours fine-tuning with us prior to entering into a contract.The project took almost six months due to the scope, almost doubling the living space in our home. I hired Sebring Services after another contractor was a three-time no-show and wouldnt answer emails or phone messages. Brian Sebring and his team were EXACTLY what I expected and needed from a contractor for our jobs! Because of the other company wasting 2 months of my time, I was under the gun timewise as my elderly mom needed to move into the 1st floor master by the end of October when her lease ran out. Sebring Services said it looked tight, but that they would get it done...and they did! Even with the push of the timeline, they didnt skimp on quality, anywhere. They worked so efficiently and well, we even added on an update to the vanity countertop in our 1/2 bath to make best use of the slab or quartz we had purchased for moms bathroom...AND we had them remove and replace the old, damaged drywall from the mudroom, and replace the cracked and worn old vinyl tile with the same lovely tile we put in moms bathroom. Bryans craftsmen simply moved from one room to the other to complete these extra jobs so quickly...now I have three updated rooms! We also had other companies in at the same time, working on moms new room (Renewal by Andersen, Elfa Closets, plus we were having our exterior siding completely replaced!), and the Sebring craftsmen were courteous, friendly, and collaborative with everyone elses schedules, work spaces, and needs. I couldnt have asked for more! Bobby, Alvaro, Phil, our P.M. Justin as well as the plumber (name is escaping me...sorry!)...you guys were fantastic! The office staff who helped us with materials selection and scheduling...everyone made this just one GREAT experience, total opposite of the nightmare stories I had read about and feel fortunate to have escaped by firing the first group and hiring Sebring! Weve already begun the paperwork and planning for our next job with Sebring...totally satisfied and thrilled with their work!

Excellence in each and every respect.We needed to update the kitchen in our new-to-us home. Our choice of Sebring Services was informed by the very positive experience of our daughter with Bryan and his team (basement finishing). So, we contacted only Sebring Services for our project – a great decision.Bryan initiated the proposal on the day we closed on the house with on-site measurements and our design expectations. We expanded the scope of the project to include hardwood flooring in much of the first floor and updating the adjacent powder room and laundry room. A formal proposal was completed within a few days and the initial step (permitting) began immediately.Our experience with Sebring Services was extremely positive from start to finish. Percy, our Project Manager, was attentive, responsive and highly professional. He made sure that the project remained on the original timetable, despite our requested add-ons. Carpenter and jack-of-all-trades, Miguel, is a perfectionist and invaluable contributor to the success of the project. He identified and resolved the inevitable older-home imperfections that otherwise might have confounded successful and timely completion.All of the tradesmen did excellent work and adhered to their scheduled dates. The suppliers (cabinetry, lighting, plumbing, appliances, etc.) were first-rate (By the way, without exception each supplier expressed high respect and esteem for Bryan and his commitment to excellence and value.) Sebring’s internet-based project management system (Co-Construct) functioned flawlessly and was instrumental in communications, approvals and progress payments.As the project unfolded, we discovered some unexpected “opportunities for improvement” in our 1980’s house, mostly related to ongoing water intrusion around several doors and needed updates to the HVAC system. The Sebring team (notably Percy and Miguel), attended to change orders, supplier and product selection, and first-rate installation … and while keeping to the original project timetable.The final result exceeded our expectations. We could not be more pleased and will turn to Sebring Services for future project(s).
