They are the pinnacle of service. Ever tried to anyone to help you at the big places? Good luck. Their whole staff is kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Spend your money here. Excellent garden department. Low crowds, high service and well stocked. Got me everything I needed and out in a hurry.

I have shopped at the Napa store many times since they opened. I went in on Friday to rent a carpet cleaner the young lady was very professional and extremely helpful. I was very happy with the machine it did a wonderful job on my carpets. I cleaned the machine thoroughly.....it was cleaner than when i rented it. When I brought it back on Sunday evening I was treated like garbage. First the young lady at the register was irritated that I didn’t have my receipt. All I had was a copy of the rental agreement. I had not been told to bring the cash register receipt. I told her I hadn’t been charged a deposit therefore she really didn’t need it because I wasn’t get any money back. She then brought over another employee to help her to make sure it was clean. They decided it wasn’t because she found a little fuzz I’d missed It had probably come from the carpet in the car on it’s way back to the store. There was another customer standing there who commented that it was spotless. One of them was rude to him about his comment and then called the manager over to check it out. She practically pulled out a magnifying glass and determined it was clean. I feel I was treated like a criminal. I can assure you will NEVER shop in your store again. By the way I’ve been management in the customer service world (small community banks) for 40 years. I know that one unhappy client can cause more trouble than 10 very happy customers can bring you new customers. Consider me the unhappy one.

Great spot to shop with a helpful staff. In the last 3 days, its been impossible to make a cash payment. You wait in line only be told when you get to the register they will only accept credit card payments. Why not mark lines cash only or credit only?

Great store with so many options! I was happy hanging in the plant section, so many healthy plant choices, and hubs was happy in the tools area! Something for everyone!

I like this place. Good selection of hardware nicely organized in labeled drawers. Good selection of other items homeowners would typically need for projects around the home. Easy access and plenty of parking.

This place is such a neat local store that keeps the northern end of town from having to travel to home Depot at South end of town.Just like when it was previously orchard supply hardware, the selection and even the staff are unique and resourceful.Prices arent too bad and they surprisingly carry things you wouldnt expect to find there (expansive clothing line of safety apparel, work clothes and accessories).

Incredible customer service, I purchased a stihl ms 271 farm boss chainsaw and went back for a sthil leaf blower today, they were very patient and helpful, plus they have good positive attitude, I would highly recommend them over napa power equipment, .outdoor supply also services sthil equipment.

What a beautiful store. I visited today and shopped wearing a mask and some gloves. I noticed the cashiers were not wearing masks but were behind barriers. I offered to make the store masks if they didnt have any. The clerk told me they had masks and if you were on the floor you might wear one... She then stepped out from behind her barrier to scan a few items. I was disappointed that they werent requiring their employees to wear masks. This is coming from a place of caring about the health of the community.Please show your customers that you care about their health by requiring them to wear protection. I will not go back and will pass the word along. I will happily go back when I see that all employees have masks on.

Pretty much back to the Orchard Supply Hardware. Same color scheme, etc. Halfway between Home Depot and Ace Hardware as far as service and product selection.I find this frustrating.For me it is sometimes more convenient than Big Orange, then the price is higher. More spacious than the little Ace Hardware, but lacking that item you need because it is not a big seller and that is all OSH wants to carry.I was hoping for something different and better.

Got some paint mixed quickly and they were very helpful.

Real people with actual personalities work here. Good folk, killer selection of rentables, proper bits, blades, superdeck stains and custom paint blending. Could use some shower filters and you wont find a great deal on any electric yard maintenance tools, but the products are choice selections for small repairs, cleanups, remodels and core building tools. The plants are well cared for. What a rare thing that speaks to the nature of the employees. Top Marks.

The staff are friendly and very helpful I locked my keys inside the unit and they were really friendly unlike the the other Storage place I was at which I gave a 1 star.

Went there to purchase sand. Customer service was very helpful and they even loaded it up to my car. Friendly and fast, what more can you ask for?

I enjoy the wonderful selection of plants and tools. Although I think there should be some price lowering on hardware cloth and gardening tools like weed whackers and every other doo hickey. Along with more helpers in garden area.But in general I think it is a nice store it is a lot better than HOME DEPO

It feels like a reincarnation of Orchard Supply Hardware, which was the goal when Outdoor Supply Hardware opened. Even down to the same asile layout. Good team, knowledgeable, and I like the equipment rental they added.

Went for plants. Smaller plants reasonably priced. Larger trees and patio furniture were pricey. No employees from store in garden area to answer questions.

Great customer service, and they are less expensive than the big box stores at the South end of town. They had some vegetable plants I had not seen elsewhere, although I am hoping they get in more fruit trees and drought- resistant plants.

Ryan is a man I would never ever do business with ever again. He is the slimiest businessman you will ever meet. He will tell you one thing and do the exact opposite he is extremely two faced. My recommendation would be to continue shopping here, but do not ever let Ryan help you. He is not someone you would like to have help you. Better luck with any of the other people answering the phones than that terrible excuse for a manager.

My favorite new place. The staff is helpful and available. I find what I need, I live in south Napa and its worth the trip.
