Ranch Tax has done a great job on my taxes for five years. They have stood by me when needed on any tax issue throughout the year. It is great knowing you have a tax expert in your corner and answering your questions when you need it.

Bad service. I sent them my documents to get help and after 8 weeks of nothing and multiple phone calls to find out how everything was progressing, I finally called and Duane hadnt started on my paperwork. Duane became hostile and said Why dont you just work on it yourself!? and hung up on me. I do not recommend this business at all and will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau.

Setup a phone appointment and she never called me back.

I showed up for an appointment and was told the person that I needed to meet with was out of the office due to illness. She actually told me the nature of his illness which I found quite unprofessional. She then said she would get back to me no later than the Monday the following week and its Wednesday with no call. I even called on Tuesday to let her know that I was waiting for her call and still nothing. Very bad customer service.
