Always excellent work. More reasonable than other here in Napa

They have hours posted that they dont honor it. Inside is very dirty and desorganized. I would never take my expensive and beautiful shoes there! I drove to Nordstrom in Walnut Creek instead which is where I buy my pretty shoes

We walked in to Reggie some soles and he was very straight forward with pricing. He also had a ton of creative ideas on how to repair the shoes further. Great guy, very nice, and very knowledgeable.

Well hes a nice guy efficient work but WAY over priced....I had 2 pair of shoes simply needed elastic replaced on buckles..... the elastic had stretched. Need replacement..he put pink elastic on red shoes.. elastic is too long so the shoes are still loose.. Ill take elsewhere and have his repair repaired.....oh, by the way he charged $44.00 thats right $44

My experience has been consistent courteous and good service. I have had shoes repaired, belts repaired, shoes modified and i have been talked out of repairs that were felt to be too expensive or impractical for the items I have brought in. Most important, my wife (who is much more critical than I am) is pleased with his work. Plus he is a nice guy, always a pleasure visiting his shop.
