My wife inquired today about getting a piano tuned that was given to us. The guy was rude, unprofessional, and pushy for a service he clearly has overpriced and knows little about, after calling other people (he emphasized not to call other businesses). Very disappointed with the phone call, had I been present during the phone call that guy would’ve been put in his place. Take this as a warning so that you don’t waste your time. There are nice, humble local business owners that deserve your business unlike this guy.

After year of doing business with Rick, I can honestly say that I would trust him with my piano. I dont live in Cali, but hes been ordering products from me for years and he absolutely knows what hes doing. Hes knowledgeable, he cares deeply about his students and about his quality of work. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Rick Esser is a very talented and caring individual. His piano tuning abilities are impeccable and his prices are very fair. He has also been our daughters vocal and music instructor for nearly 2 years and we cant thank him enough for all of the wonderful knowledge and love of music he has inspired in her. Ricks ability to help a student to relax and let his or her inhibitions and nervousness melt away are incredible. Once a student can let down the nervousness barrier, the learning can begin and the performing becomes so much more natural. Rick has a fun way of sharing his incredible knowledge in the music, performing and instrumental industry. We have recommended him to others in hopes that they too will gain from his amazing talents. We called today to see if he could come by and look at a piano we were left with. The guy was beyond unprofessional. He laughed hysterically at our questions, made snide comments, cut us off while speaking saying he didnt have time to listen to our stories, When we were just explaining the situation with the piano. The guy clearly has something wrong with him and made it very apparent he didnt want our business.
