Placed an order in July of 2019 for a simple arm cushion that was worn out on one of our oral surgery chairs. Was told at the time of my order and after I made my deposit that it was going right into production and had a ship date of September 9th. It is now 2nd week of October. I contacted Dexta and the rep that answered simply told me that he didnt know where my order was and he could see that I paid but they are just really behind. I asked for an eta and he could not provide that. I asked to speak to a manager and his response to me was fine and threw me on hold and transferred me. Im still not sure I will get an answer to where my product is but the type of service I received for something that is not my fault was far from an excellent customer service experience. A courtesy call letting someone know that your order is going to be severely delayed goes a long way.
