We recently shipped two cases of wine from Napa, Calif. to The Villages, FL. All American Mail Center assured us that it would be refrigerated along the journey and that ice packs would be placed in the wine to assure it remained cold on the last leg of the trip. We received the wine today and as promised the ice packs were still half frozen and the wine was cold. We could not be happier with the customer service we received and strongly recommend that you use this service for all your shipping needs.

Excellent service shipping wine from Napa. We collected two cases from various wineries and shipped home by All American. They have the cases with styrofoam inserts, and can ship FedEx. They were very helpful walking us through the process and letting us know exactly what would happen. Got our liquid delight safe and sound a couple of weeks later. They were the most economical service in Napa and provided great service.

A family member shipped a package for Chistmas to me and my family. It never made it. Come to find out, when my family member wrote my address on the form, the employee did not verify it and ended up shipping to my previous address instead.
