Photo Pro is amazing! My wife and I needed some posters printed out ASAP for our new house as we had people coming over and wanted to get the house ready in time. Sumeet helped us out quickly and efficiently, he made sure we got our prints back immediately as he knew we were on a tight timeline. The quality of the posters was quite impressive as well. The people at Photo Pro are always helpful. Its not a huge store so there is usually just 1 or 2 people here, but the wait, if there is one at all, is always minimal. I have had passport photos twice here, and they are fast, accurate, and friendly. Many services available, along with a few quality wedding products, picture frames, and similar items. Parking is plentiful and easy, the lot itself is a bit bumpy. On Trancas near the hospital, easy 1 minute drive to 29 north or south.

Ive been to Photo Pro twice - once for Live Scan fingerprinting and once for passport photos. On both occasions, I walked in without an appointment and was immediately greeted in a friendly manner and served promptly and efficiently. Prices for the services were very fair, and I received exactly what I needed. I didnt even realize before my passport photo visit that they will help you prepare your documents and send them for you, which saved me extra work and a trip to the post office I was expecting to make. Staff are personable and patient, and they respond to questions thoroughly. Im glad I discovered this place!

Very friendly and professional staff. After two times of getting Passport photos done incorrectly at Walgreens and having my passport delayed by a month and a half because of incorrectly sized pictures, I went to Photo Pro. Theyre awesome and would recommend going to them. Same price as Walgreens but, with Nordstrom level customer service. Nikha is who took my pictures and I will refer Photo Pro to all my family,friends and clients. Thank you again Nikha.

Great customer service! They were very low on ink before fathers day, they didnt believe they could print photos before fathers day. Some how they managed to print photos for us, and they gave us a call to pick up the mug the day after! Highly recommended!! They truly care for their customers!!

Every single time I go into Photo Pro I am greeted with a smiling and friendly face! THEN she proceeds to do all the work for me in the most efficient manner. AND she has suggested many times how I could save a bunch of money by doing it this way(mostly shipping). I dont think I have ever actually gone to a website to write a review; however, I have been to a few other places to ship stuff (their competitors ). NEVER AGAIN LOL!! Wow, what a thrill to see my 16 minute, 16mm film after 46 years, now on DVD and beautifully transferred!! Honest Abe returned $36 the result of our over-estimating the length. YAY!! I ordered a couple of prints, too, and they were the usual quality: flawless!

I came here to get my live scan done. They were quick and my results were processed in just 2 days. No line, didnt need an appointment. Great customer service and it was cheap! Strongly recommend.

This place is great. Notary service offered right when I walked through the door. They also were able to mail my notarized letter with priority mail including a tracking number, it was there in 2 days! Saved me a trip to the post office. I will be using them in the future.

This place is soo quick! They do everything here. I got my passport photos done and some documents notarized. Zero to no wait time. They do Shipping too. I tell all my friends to come here, much faster than waiting at the post office.

I went to Photo Pro and I needed to get posters made from the pictures I had in my phone. I ordered three large 24x36 posters and got them back in 2 days. I was so happy to see how well the posters turned out, the colors were beautiful! I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you!!

I have an old VHS tape that is very valuable to me. However, the tape itself snapped in two. I was worried the damage was not salvageable. Furthermore, I was reluctant to have the information transferred to a DVD because its very hard for me to hand over such a valuable item, even if its on a temporary basis. Before visiting Photo Pro, my emotions were mixed. It was imperative that the VHS tape be fixed, but could I really trust anyone to handle it? Finally, following weeks of procrastination, I made the visit to Photo Pro. I was immediately greeted by two people, who I believe are the owners. Have you ever met someone, only to discover within the first few seconds that you immediately received a positive vibe from such people? Thats what happened to me. I met the owners, and I INSTANTLY knew I could trust them with this valuable item of mine. They were professional, classy, and especially trustworthy. My VHS tape was repaired, and the DVD transfer is incredible! I highly recommend Photo Pro. You will be glad you did business with such an establishment. They will always have a steady customer in me.

I have dropped four total rolls of film off to be developed, and all 4 times Napa Photo Pro destroyed north of 75% of the film. Never ever go to the place with something that you cared about, and develop all of your film at Walgreens to have it done professionally.

I went to Photo Pro to get a slideshow made for our family reunion. I took all my old photos and slides to them in a box and they helped me sort through them. First off, let me start out my saying the customer service is amazing! The friendly, knowledgable, and professional staff made me feel welcome the moment I walked in. No pressure to buy or anything. I went there getting my baby shower invitations done, and I was fortunate enough for the owners daughter Nikha, to assist me. She was very thorough, friendly, I valued her opinions because of her tenure at the business, and mostly because my invitations, baby shower raffle cards came out perfect! Fast and very friendly experience.

The owner was very rude and yelled at me bcause the live Scan he did was rejected by DOJ. He did not like me asking questions and accused me of having a bad attitude. Waist of my time to come back for a second scan. Yet he was only concerned about having to do it again at no charge. Do not waist your time for live Scan. And do not ask him any questions he really does not like it.

Horrible for live scan. Operator was impatient. Did not try to get good live scan finger prints. Now I find out from California Dept of Justice that if they dont go through in 7 days then it is a matter of not good prints and could take up to 8 WEEKS which is what has happened. The operator at Photo pro was very arrogant, got mad at me for being concerned that the prints were so light. Guess I should have gone to Napa Police Dept...have to wait maybe a day or two for an appointment with their live scan operator, but obviously worth the wait! (And Dept of Justice rep said doing them over is not an option as two processing at same time will slow down process even more.)
