Turns out I made a huge error in reading and then made the huge error in reviewing the wrong business. Upon which Star Staffing was extremely polite, courteous, and helpful in assisting me to address the correct business by promptly responding with response from the owner that read:we are sorry to hear that you had this experience. We assure you that no one from Star Staffing contacted a towing company or authorities on any parking violations or towing issues. We believe the pictures you have posted are not the parking lot at our facility. Could you have mistaken us for another company? Again we are so sorry to hear of your experience and reassure you that we were not involved in this situation in any way.I had mistook the words star and sci-tek when I wrote the review: At 11pm when star staffing is not open - still delegates whose customer or visitor gets towed???? Jefferson market was open when I parked here and purchased items for a person living in the apartments here (her daughter passed not long back). I believe I was illegally towed and targeted from my association to a nearby house; where iv been assisting in the clean out of a hoarders home. In any event the signage here does not state to which business you must be a customer let alone for how long!!! Most of these signs have inaccurate information and are misleading to actual patrons of the private businesses that use the private lot. Anyone can get towed for any reason HERE!!!Not to mention the dispatch slip missing an odometer reading pre or post tow, being improperly filled out with the make of my car as green and the color as civic. As per the dispatching party there isn’t even a name to address. Management???Perhaps this should be taken up at city council AGAIN!!! If not possibly other legal recourses.....TO STAR STAFFING NAPA - MY SINCEREST APOLOGIES, AS WELL AS GREATEST GRATITUDE FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALLY KIND CANDOR IN HELPING ME ADDRESS THE RESPONSIBLE ESTABLISHMENT. VERY SORRY TO HAVE MISTAKEN THE TWO - CLEARLY NO COMPARISON. AGAIN MY SINCEREST APOLOGIES .

After not being able to fill out their online application form I sent them an email asking for assistance. I received a call back from Monica who left a message to call her back. I called Monica at the number she gave in a voice mail 3 times only to have the phone ring more than 30 times with no answer and no voice mail available. I then called their Petaluma office only to be hung up on... not once but 3 times in a row. These people are not trying to get you a job and appear to be negligent in their service and ability. I would HIGHLY recommend staying away from these jokers. Piss poor service at the VERY LEAST!

I have been working with Star Staffing for a couple years now. Service is excellent. I have work all year around. Everybody at the office is understandable and do their best to help. I enjoy working with Star Staffing. Jasmin has done a good job with payroll. Vanessa has been my main recruiter since I started working. She has done an excellent job and sends me to different warehouses and wineries to work. All my experiences with Star Staffing have been positive. This is why Im still working with them. This had been a good office to me two and half years back when I had started. Don’t know where to start so upset front lady (very pretty dark long hair) has no skills to begin with just walked in a few minutes ago and they informed its time to close i come on here and check business hours 8am to 5pm won’t be coming back i will let the warehome from American Canyon that sent me down about this. Crossed this office by accident, who would have imagined a office with such a terrible person as the greeter. I was looking for the IIBA office with a relative and as I approached the desk I was asked if I had a appointment which we did not realizing this wasn’t IIBA and we provided our names and she rudely said as I quote her “ i don’t have you on the schedule everyone gets mixed with the office’s read the door sign” I said thank you and good bye. Not sure what this office is about, glad I left right away this will keep happening if not a single soul takes action this young lady needs to learn some manners you should be nice not scare anyone away. As we walked out she must of been taking a selfie or a picture of us either not sure.

Star Staffing is by far THE BEST staffing agency in Napa! I can say this because I have worked for 3 others very briefly. Its no wonder they were voted #1 by the Better Business Buerue! Jose Cuellar is the best recruiter they have simply because he goes that e tra mile to ensure his employees are employed and paid top dollar. He is efficient & great at communicating with both his employees and their clients. Hell go out of his way to deliver checks to employees who cannot make it to the office in time to pick them up. I have never had a better experience than Ive had with this company. I highly suggest using Star Staffing if your looking for emplyment. Because of their positive reputation & high standards they have plenty of emplyment options available! Why settle when you can be working?!
