We were lined up with another company who bailed out at the last minute and sent us to Cinnamon. What a blessing in disguise. She was prompt, courteous, and came in a fully appointed van complete with lights and a wonderful sound system. She had an in at nearly all of the places we wanted to go, and even when someone had incorrectly booked us, she was able to find us another fantastic spot last minute. I cannot recommend Cinnamon strongly enough; she did a FANTASTIC job.

Cinnamon was fantastic on our recent trip. Always on time getting us to and from the different tastings and making the travel in between fun and enjoyable. She was also a huge help going out of her way when we had a last minute transportation issue with a different company.

The little missus and I just made a trip to Napa from Colorado to experience our first serious Napa wine tasting. Wanted an expert limo-type service to drive us and schedule private tastings at boutique wineries that are off the beaten path.The challenge was deciding on which service to use (there are many touring services to compare and a few websites that rate a bunch of them). The costs were similar across the board and reviews were mostly positive for each.After considering the quality of reviews, vehicles, and timeliness and quality of email responses, I selected Cinnamons wine tours. I worked with Cinnamon exclusively after booking to design what kind of wine tour we would have, communicating via text with her. Based on my experience with her, I was confident we would have a rewarding tour, and we were not disappointed!We were picked up promptly at the appointed time at our hotel in a beautiful black Cadillac Escalade, and were greeted warmly with a cooler full of cold water and bubbly. What a great way to start a day of drinking and no thinking!We found Cinnamon to be highly knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. The wineries she selected turned out to be better than what I selected, and each were vastly different from the other.She saved the very best for last (Patland), for the tasting occurred on the beautiful outdoor patio at the winery owners home. What an amazing experience that tasting was on the top of the mountain overlooking the vineyards, the valley, and even the cityscape of San Francisco in the distance.At the end of the day, Cinnamon gave us a longer tour than scheduled, drove us to pick up our dogs, and didnt charge us for the last 1.5 hours. We were totally reinforced for selecting Cinnamon as our guide and plan to go on a two day wine tour with this service next year.
