Service was super professional and thorough - great customer service. We had just put in a new carpet in the room being worked on, so we were worried about the potential for a mess. Phil, however, made sure to contain any soot - very clean and professional job! I am so glad a friend of mine referred me to this business as it is so tough to find someone you can trust these days. I will definitely be using Napa Valley Chimney Sweepers next year when it’s time to clean out our chimney again!

Phillip did a great job, was timely and knowledgeable. I had many questions and he was more then happy to explain his process for cleaning and inspection. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.
