The customer service people are excellent. Very personable and you can tell they like working there. Due to COVID there was some confusion as to where to pick up my cleaned goods but they were so wonderfully nice, they were easy to forgive. Look forward to bringing all my business to them. I had a great experience from start to fabulous finish! My moms wedding dress from 1946 was a mess! Shes kept it on display for the last 15 years or so. Her most prized possession! Through the years it got stained and just filthy.Recently we found ourselves having to move Mom to a new home. The new place is in Southern California. In the crazy chaos involved in setting things up 400 miles away, I completely forgot about her dress. I took it to these genius folks three days before moving day. They cleaned it and had it ready for me a day before we moved. It turned out beautifully! Were so proud to have it on display for all the new people in our lives to see and admire!Thank you so very much for helping to make a difficult situation so much easier for my mom! You are heroes!

Damaged a brand new dress I took for them to dry clean a few days before a wedding. Thankfully they were able to replace it however, they showed lack of concern and customer service was not very friendly when dealing with me. No discount was offered for this nightmare. because they replaced the dress they said. Will not be going back! Plenty of cleaners in Napa that have amazing customer service and do quality work for half the price.

This place is a total rip off. To get three shirts dry cleaned was $46.77. That is outrageous pricing. I definitely will not use them in the future.So I called and left the manager a voicemail and have never heard back.

I went here several times but was never pleased with their product. Shirts still wrinkled, clothes not as clean as they should be, wash and fold came out poorly with shirts wrinkled, and to top it all off they’re way overpriced ($12 to dry clean pants and nearly $13 for a sweater). The only positive I found with this business was the jovial cashier.

I have been working with them for years! they are great, efficient and their service is very useful as you receive an email notice each time your order is ready for pick up. I also left all my bedding stuffs recently and they gave it back to me all packed super well and easy to arrange in the closets. they also have a perfect location and easy parking. Very cool!

I understand mistakes happen and it wasn’t the fault of the girl working there, but I brought some things to be cleaned for a wedding I would attend the next day and stressed that I needed it on time which they said they could do. Order was supposed to be ready at 12:30, I didn’t hear from them by 2 and when I arrived they couldn’t find my pants, which hadn’t been cleaned at all. I tried to tell them I just wanted my things regardless of if they were ready because I was late to the wedding but I waited for about 30 minutes while they tried to find my things in back. I eventually left to rent a suit. Afterwards they called me to tell me they found my pants, when I arrived only half of my things were there and she had to go find the rest, they gave me a small discount but still charged me, and I had to pay to rent a suit on top of that since they didn’t finish the job. After all that they still charged me, it wasn’t the full price, but I had to pay to rent a suit and they made me late to my best friends wedding.

I had purchased a vintage silk dress to wear to a wedding. Only problem was that it had a stain which looked like it probably was very old. Great service, from executives to front of the house. Had a question regarding damage due to age of garment and the owner called me directly (and promptly!). Red wine was spilled on my favorite white, dry-clean only dress at a party and these guys came to the rescue! Friendly & professional every time. I *really* appreciate their cleanliness and professional appearances in the front of house, and the well-educated staff, no matter who is working. It makes the world of difference between patroning here and elsewhere.The icing on the cake is that my clothes are non-toxic when I take them home, and when I wear them I’m not breathing in toxic chemicals leftover, like a conventional dry cleaner. It’s a little more pricey for this, but not by much. Wouldn’t you want that peace of mind for your family?!

Going to Greenes Cleaners at either of its locations is always a friendly experience. Whether it is dropping clothes off or need a button replaced or not sure how to get that stain out the staff is always there to help out. If you are too busing to pick-up your dry cleaning they also have a delivery service. For those who are really busy, just leave your dirty shirts, slacks or dresses in a conveniently provided bag and they will pick-up and drop off!!! It doesnt get better than that unless you have an emergency and in some instances can turn around your laundry and dry cleaning in the same day!!! I have been using Greenes Cleaners for over 24 years without complaint-GREAT JOB!!!

Have used them several times over the years. Ive never used the pickup/drop off schedule but theyve been able to clean lots of things while puppies and children were potty training!

My first transaction was not a positive one. I had given specific instructions about cleaning an antique silk wedding obi. The technicians ignored the instructions andcompletely ruined the obi. Greenes made good on their mistake by sending a check for the amount I had specified. I couldnt replace the obi back but they handled the matter promptly and professionally which helped ease the dissatisfaction. I gave them a second chance and they were very efficient, courteous and the item was carefully cleaned and pressed. I would recommend them.

Greenes Cleaners, though not always perfect, is the best dry cleaners I have encountered in Napa. Ive had some terrible experiences elsewhere, where shirts have come back soiled or torn, and without any attempt to rectify the situation. Greenes Cleaners has had a hard time getting that I want my shirts folded and not on hangers, but they always replace missing buttons and the quality of the cleaner is great! Nice staff as well. Keep up the good work. Love home pick up and delivery.

Greenes Cleaners are my go to cleaners in Napa. They do a great job on everything from rugs and drapes to shirts and slacks. They never loose my clothes. They also offer great seasonal specials.

CONS: I had a difficult time with them years ago, when they repeatedly tried to bill me for someone elses drapes: I called them to explain the mix-up, they stopped billing me for a while, and then RESUMED billing me again for the same thing. It took a second phone call higher up the ladder to finally get that stopped.PROS: Far more recently, their resident seamstress altered my wedding jacket, which was a very complicated traditional east Indian thing with lots of bling, and she did a really kick-ass job quickly and on the cheap. She offered lots of options and solutions and was a good communicator.

We have been a long time customer of Greenes and we love them. From Angel, our driver, coming in a couple times a week to check on our dirty pick ups to dropping off perfectly clean linens and cloths. They rock! They are awesome from their accounting and book keeping as well. We get our monthly statement easily over email and it makes it so easy to keep track of items. I tried several cleaners when I moved here and Greenes is hands down the best service and best drivers!

Greenes services are overpriced. Two months ago, we purchased a duvet cover from Macys. After removing it from the package, we thought that it needed to be steam pressed to remove wrinkles. Greenes quoted $35, which did not include cleaning, only pressing. We took it to another Napa cleaner, who quoted $10 and completed it while we waited.
