Recommend to anyone wanting to go out on the water. Had an awesome time. You will receive a class of you need this is your first time driving a boat. Service was great. Friendly customer service and Id your take a trip to Napa you will not want to forget about the boat and jet skis.

All around great experience. We booked a pontoon boat and two jet skis for our office party and it was a blast. Casie at the front desk was super helpful and very nice and made check in a breeze. The staff was also super helpful and efficient at getting us on the water. I wouldn’t hesitate to book another boat trip here in the future.

We decided randomly that we wanted to rent a boat to ride around the lake. We did a Google search and found these guys. The whole entire experience has been nothing short of amazing. I had questions before I rented and the clerk was extremely friendly and helpful. When we arrived every one of the employees were also kind and also very nice. We had a minor issue while out in the water but it was handled by all very well by Marty and his super friendly son. If you *follow the rules *and treat their equipment *like its yours* while in it you should have ZERO issues.Thank you for the fun afternoon! We will be back again soon!

My seven friends and I who are all 18/19 decided to rent a boat at the rental place for a few hours for our friends birthday. First, Jennifer was so helpful with booking the reservation, patient with any difficulties we had and educated us very well before going out to Gary. Gary was the one who laid out the basics on how to operate the boat and I think it’s easy to say we’re all pro boat drivers now. He was so nice and answered all of our questions. The boat was so clean and looked so nice and was very easy to operate. Aidan took us down to the loading dock and was very patient while loading up the boat as well as being very kind with all of us. Overall It was a perfect day and so worth our money! Will definitely be back again!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I rented a pontoon boat and a jet ski for the day. I wanted a boat that was fast enough to pull a tube and we got one. The best part about the pontoon boat was that the one I wanted to rent initially wasnt available when I went to schedule it online but I booked a different one. When we checked in they asked if we were planning on barbequing, when they found out we werent, they gave us a different boat that didnt have a BBQ, which gave us more room. That is truly going above and beyond. I also talked to them before we were coming just to get the best idea of when we should get there for our 9 AM rental. They informed me because Mondays are slower that we could arrive as late as 9 and we would still get our full 8 hours because they were there till 7. We were able to stop and have breakfast on the way up which just made our entire day better. As a note from me, I wouldnt say to just expect to get a different boat and come later (I wouldnt expect it for myself) but the fact that when they had the capability to do that and they did goes a long way in my book. Another positive is even when my nephew got lost heading back to get fuel in the jet ski and there employees were stuck waiting for him, when they called they were very nice about it. Overall everyone we came into contact with was very nice and I feel they went above and beyond as I mentioned before. I grew up coming to Berryessa as a kid with some friends who had boats here and I could show my wife, kids, grandkids, nieces and nephew why I love being on the lake and to understand why I tell all the stories with such fondness (none of them had experienced it). They have all decided we have to do this again at least a couple of more times this summer and make it a regular thing in the future. I believe part of why they feel that way was due to our experience with Lake Berryessa Boat and Jet ski Rental.

Overpriced. They say that they will be down in 6 minutes to refuel. Took 30 minutes and then they take the jetski and come back 15 minutes later. It counted towards the 100$ an hour. 4 hours was fun but the speedometer was broken so we could never tell how fast we actually went. Lake was nice though.

Great customer service, super friendly, great rates (includes gas!!!). They rent out of a storage lot and launch nearby, so you will have to add cost of parking @launch & extra time to drive to 2 different locations. But, they make up for it with nice rentals and pricing.

Wonderful Place to Rent. The prices are good, include fuel, employees are super helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. They took their time teaching us everything, making us comfortable, and even refunded us for 2 kayaks (because we rented on line and didnt realize they wouldnt fit on the pontoon). I was wondering how it worked since the website states add xyz for more fun, so we did, but didnt learn until we arrived that means some people stay behind near ther shore. We also had an innertube and our girls LOVED IT. Stero was good, nice speakers, blue tooth capable, very clean and nice boat. Four hours was a nice afternoon. We really enjoyed it and will return.

These guys are the best-in-class outfit for boat rentals near and far from the Bay. Ive rented ski and wake boats 5+ times in the last two years and these guys are a huge cut above some of the other places. They are professional and timely, and offer great deals to repeat customers and off-season clients. And off-season in California means no crowds but still amazing weather (it was 80F when I went a couple weekends ago).At a different lake much further north from the Bay, I rented a ski boat that was falling apart (throttle wouldnt stay put, steering was very sluggish and heavy, engine was crazy loud) for A LOT more money. On top of that, we had to rent each piece of equipment (skis, board, etc) for an additional cost on a per day basis. On top of this, we had to sign a different piece of paper for every single thing rented.At Lake Berryessa Bot and Jet Ski Rentals, you walk in, hang out with some really friendly dudes (Josh is the man, as is the other gentleman who has helped me out the last few times Ive been there) who get you set up with a very very nice boat (powerful, clean, sexy, loud speakers, etc), and youre out on the water very fast.It can take as little as 30 minutes to get from your car door to the drivers seat of the boat with these guys. There are other places that take an hour and a half to do this (while burning a hole in your wallet). And rental equipment is included in the package, which makes a lot of sense (who rents a ski boat without water skis?).The lake speaks for itself--its gorgeous, and near the Bay.I highly recommend making the day trip to this place.

Great experience renting a jetski from this company, everyone was super friendly and helpful! I wanted to bring my dog with me but wasnt sure how he would react to the sound of the motor. These guys went out of their way for us before I even rented! They let me and my dog sit on the jet ski and breifly turned it on to see if the noise would freak him out. Now I can say my dog jetskis. Cant wait to rent again.

Love the scenery but the water wasnt very clean in some parts.

Loved this place. It was definitely pricey. My friend and I went here on a whim and were able to get a paddle board and kayak within an hour or so of calling them. The service was great and they were very kind! Just get ready for a hefty deposit. They took us to the Spanish goats and we got to see some great views!

Great selection of rentals, we rented a fishing boat bigger then expected came with a canopy for shade, lucky for us it was a nice day, brought the dog, there was no extra cost. Rentals come with everything you need, staff takes good care of you and trains you if needed on how to operate the rental. Will come again, prices are very reasonable and the lake is gorgeous if you never been.

Was good service but the manager was extremely rude and we ended breaking the ignition switch (it basically fell of was definitely broken before us) so the manager changed us $250 for a $30 part and was unable to show us a price for fixing it he just changed us also the rental was very expensive $800 for a old pontoon boat that had many previously broken parts

Good prices, nice owner, quick customer service. We rented a fishing boat and the prop fell off (no we were not hitting the bottom or fooling around: 2 small child passengers), but after the young guys who picked up the boat inspected and laughed at us, they quickly recovered the company’s dignity by making sure we were ok. Of course we’re fine but maybe tighten the screws next time?🤷🏼. All in all, great experience and even greater workout paddling back to the dock

Avoid this company. On one of the busiest weekends of the year, I tried to rent a jet ski for Saturday. None were available, so I reserved one for Sunday morning at 9:30. Meanwhile the kids show up (30s) with a couple of jet skis and I was able to try out a couple of machines. Although fun, it was no longer worth the $230 rental fee for 2 hours. I called first thing in the morning at 9:15 and they took my deposit of $115.50. They never told me that the deposit was non-refundable. The lake was super packed and they certainly had rental income for the day. This is a greedy and selfish company, recommend going elsewhere for your boat rentals. If they want to show excellence in customer service, they would have provided a full refund for the deposit.

Another beautiful day at Lake Berryessa, the cleanest lake in Northern California, on one of the nicest patio boats Ive driven. Friends and I spent all day on the lake on a clean, smooth-running luxury patio boat at a great price. The staff was friendly and professional. They got us out on the water very quickly. This is the second time weve rented there and will do so again. Best boat and jet ski rental on Lake Berryessa.

Definitely a great place to rent! Very reasonable prices whether youre looking for a boat or jetski. They have plenty of options to choose from. Liked it so much we rented twice within a week. The boss man Marty let us take out his MB Tomcat out (second rental) and it was an absolute dream boat. Thanks for the great service!

We rented two Jetske‘s from 2 to 6 PM. We showed up at 12:50 PM stood in line, paid in full by 1:20pm and waited patiently for our Jetski’s. After checking a couple time by 2:30 PM we follow the truck down to Spanish flights to get in the water. As they back us into the water and we are on our Jetski‘s they make one of our parties get off the Jetski and say they made a mistake and it’s reserved for somebody else. The couple came in at least 45 minutes after we showed up to the office. They threw a fit at the water and made the employee take us off of the Jetski and gave them one of our Jetski‘s. They then proceeded to tell us they don’t have another Jetski and cannot fulfill our reservation that was booked three weeks in advance. We got upset and it turns out we got a Jetski that they didn’t want to give it to us because apparently it was a better/newer/faster Jetski. Our second JetSki didn’t get on the water until 3:15 PM. The entire reason of renting two Jetski‘s was to make sure we were paired up on the lake and safe in case of an emergency. It was completely draining Process. they have a very small office, no shade and you will be waiting outside for at least one hour for them to get it together. They have an extremely poor process. Mind you some of their employees ate not wearing a mask but they are refusing service to people that don’t have a mask to walk in their office.

These guys are great. My motorcycle broke down near their shop and they really went out of their way to help me fix it. Highly recommend.

Great day out on Lake Berryessa with the easiest access! It was like having our own boat and jet ski but easier! We got there, Brandy the office manager greeted us and introduced us to Marty the owner. He wanted to make sure we got exactly what we needed and was very knowledgeable about everything from the jet ski to the places for the most fun on the lake. We were out on the lake in no time with no worries (they took pictures of our equipment rentals with our own phones so we didn’t have to worry- wish car rentals did that).We spent a fun fun day on the lake which is massive and beautiful. I can only say that all of us agreed that we wish we could be there all summer,We brought the boat and jet ski back and were gone in no time with zero hassles. Thanks Marty, Brandy and the whole crew at Lake Berryessa Boat and Jet Ski.. we’ll be back very soon.

Great people. Very affordable. We got a piece of rope caught in our jet ski and had to call for help. They had a new one waiting for us when we got back to the dock. The guy even gave us his sun screen because we forgot ours. Beautiful lake for boating and jet skiing. Definitely recommend!

I want to go back! This place was so much fun! Ive never been on a lake with a patio boat, speed boat and jet ski and I had so much fun!I was with a group of 20 people and we rented a patio boat, jet ski and a speed boat with wake-boarding and tubing. We rented the equipment for about 8 hours (11-7pm).To get to this rental place, make sure you follow the directions that they have on their website. Following the GPS/maps on the phone is a little iffy! There is no reception at the place and around the lake, so make sure you contact your group beforehand.ARRIVE MUCH EARLIER THAN YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME!The driving/safety paperwork and instructions took over an hour to go over. We arrived there around 11am and didnt get to actually go on the boats until almost 1pm. The lady that went over the paperwork with us was very clear and she was very willing to help us and answer any questions we had. The instructor that went over the driving/safety instructions was very chill, very informative and very funny. Also, make sure to take pictures/record a video of the boats while the instructor is going over the boat damages. This will be your evidence of the damages that the boat came with so that you wont be charged with damages you didnt make. The rental place will charge you $$$$ for any damages/scratches/carpet stains that you make on the boats.Also, they only allow 12 beers on the patio boat and 8 beers on the speed boat. They will check any bags for any hard alcohol. Bring food if you plan on renting the patio boat. They have a gas-powered grill! Bring lots of water as well!When youre out in the lake with your boats make sure that the boats dont get close to each other! They will scratch! You will have to swim to get from one boat to another. Also, if your boats are running out of fuel, you can drive back to the main dock and get it refueled. You will have to pay for the fuel.Overall, I had an amazing time! The staff were very friendly, nice and helpful!

There is a training especially if you are renting out their equipment.The staff are super helpful and extremely knowledgeable and patient. Friendly staff and the patio boat was AWESOME! I liked how they asked you to video the condition during the walk through as they described the condition of the boat. The stereo on the boat worked great and so did the grill. Its really convenient that you dont have to fill up gas at the end of the day. Great experience. I only had one minor gripe. At the end of the day when they were pulling boats out it was a free for all and we got cut in line by another patio boat. That said it only delayed us like 20 mins so it wasnt a big deal. The final walk through to release the deposit was a breeze. Definitely recommend this place if you want to rent a boat.

I rented a 25ft patio boat about 9 years ago from them, so its long due for a review. I had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and gave us great instructions on how to drive the boat. We were 30 plus minutes late, but they still gave us the full 3 hours. I got a special deal since it is near the end of the season. The cost to rent 3 hours was $200. The stereo and grill are wonderful to have on the boat, too. The parking is $10 per car, but you can park along where the flag poles are for free. There are limited parking space there. Its near the Markley Cove store. Then you can take a short walk to the dock.

Brandi and the other staff are fun, thorough, conscious of your safety and very helpful. This is the best kind of jetski experience and all in all pretty good value. The lake in summer is a perfect temperature, and you can really blast it, as theres so much room out on the water Everyone is having a ball 10/10!

I had an easy time renting from Lake Berryessa Boat and Jet Ski Rentals. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Beyond signing paperwork, I did not have to do much of anything beyond step on to the boat. They bring everything around to the dock and make setting off and coming back at the end of the day very easy.We had a patio boat, a ski boat, and two jet skis. The patio boat had a BBQ, offered a combination of sun and shade and was very comfortable, as well as easy to drive. The ski boat was also very easy to drive (and also more fun!). We were able to water ski, wakeboard and go tubing from it. Both boats had hookups to the radio for our phones so we could play our own music from the boat speakers. Both jet skis were easy to handle and had great speed!I had an awesome couple of days on the lake. The staff made it incredibly easy. We pretty much just had to show up, bring what we wanted, sign some papers and pay! They did all the rest so we could have all the fun! Highly recommended!

We LOVE this place! Customer service was on point. We had no issues with reserving a boat, picking it up or returning it (they were very gracious with us returning a bit late because we got lost). Its a family owned place and you can definitely feel positive, friendly vibes here. We will DEFINITELY be going to this place the next time we head to Lake Berryessa!

Fantastic time to just spend outside. Had lots of fun, very professional staff and great atmosphere. The only thing Id be wary of honestly is the lake. Just keep your bearings and head back the right way otherwise its easy to get lost and end up in the other resort.

Absolutely amazing experience. My girlfriend and I made a reservation at 5:30- arrived at 5:25 and we were on the water within 15-20 minutes. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They all obviously really knew what they were doing. The whole thing was smooth and easy. Ive gone jet skiing many times and sometimes the process of getting out on the water can be complicated and time consuming. This was not the case here. The lake itself was so beautiful. And huge. I was definitely not expecting it to be so big. Tons of open space to go a little crazy with the waves and go full speed. The staff also provide you with a map which is definitely helpful because its easy to get lost. In fact, we did get lost towards the end. But thankfully, a staff member was out on a boat, knew we were lost, and told us how to get back. We paid for 2 hours and after getting lost we were about 15 minutes late and they were really understanding.DEFINITELY WORTH THE MONEY. Definitely worth the drive. Such a breathtaking lake. It was a very romantic spot. I recommend this to literally anybody. Go with your friends, go with your family, go with your significant other... youll have an amazing time. It was a memorable experience for us. We also got to see the sunset which was nice.

We have rented boats and jet skis here for years and they never fail to impress. The staff are so friendly, very quick at getting you out on the water and very helpful.Earlier this summer we took our massive family up and rented a pontoon boat and 2 jet skis for the day. We had such a great time hanging out, BBQ-ing and flying around the lake on jet skis. This is one of my families favourite things to do.

My friends and I had a fun yet rough adventure with the kayaks we rented. After we got back to turn our gear in (bairly) they handled it very well. I am very happy with the way they conducted business. I would recommend them to a friend.

Today we took 2 jet skis out. The staff was very friendly. We were a few minutes late on our return because we got lost on the lake, and they didnt hassle us. These are good people with a great sense of hospitality. I think the only way you could have a bad experience here is if youre an a-hole to begin with. We look forward to coming back, and definitely recommend coming here for a nice day out on the lake.

This is a good place. Its expensive compared to some other lakes. It’s also nerve-racking the way you have to video the JetSki beforehand to make sure there are no scratches, but we treated it well on the water and they said there was no new damage.Like most lakes, Lake Berryessa on a JetSki is calmest and best in the morning, but there is a cove in the northwestern area past the bridge which is calm all day.

Had an amazing time at this place and a friend ended up flipping our jetski. The jet ski ended up not working but they worked on it for a bit and were able to salvage it . Best part is they didnt rip us off by taking our deposit but only charged us gas to come rescue us 😀. Definitely recommend !

Makes it really easy to rent boat or jet skis. At lake berryessa theres no speed limit. They launch the boat for you at Spanish cove and its only 1000 feet to the low speed boui. You get more boat time.

Lousy customer service, we had to wait for 30 minutes just to rent paddle boards. They didnt seem to be short on staff but just lethargic.

Worst jet ski experience ever. One star is too much for this money-hungry manipulative and deceitful rental team. The process until you get on the jet ski is more like buying a house. Then I get lost in this lake which has confusing areas impossible to navigate. Upon arriving few minutes late they double the charge for a second hour. They they inform me that gas was not included. Then when the agent refills the gas the boss overhears the gas price and decides its too little. So they refill again until gas practically begins leaking out and charge me a hefty fuel charge. Then they inspect and claim there was a scratch in the front (which was bs) so they charge 30 more. So i paid 200+ for 65 minutes. DONT GO NEAR THIS PLACE!

We rented a jet ski and 2 paddle boards. They were very upfront with any existing damage (mostly scratches) which was reassuring as we knew that they would not try to screw us over on insurance charges. The jetski was extremely fun (would definetly recommend) but it was quite expensive for just ~5hours on the water.
