The owner, Vada, forgot to taper my hair. I specifically told him what i needed and also agreed to a price. Once the haircut was finished, i was given a mirror to check it out. Off top it looked good. I paid what we agreed to. I Iooked closer at the cut once in my car, seen he forgot to taper the sides. I text him, alerting him he forgot to do the taper I requested which I paid extra for. Got no response. I called but he didnt acknowledge he made a mistake.For me this was a big mistake and special request. He didnt bother to say let him fix it or il give you a discount. He basically shorted me on service and seem fine about it. I dont plan to do business there again.

It was perfect. It was an hour wait. So not good if you are in a hurry. But if you have time its worth it. They are all very nice. They dont rush you, even when there is a lot of people waiting. The prices are great. And there skills are on point!! I had a design done, and it was much better than the place I went previous. I just found this place. But I wont be going any where else!

I live 3 towns away & this is the only place I will go to get my haircut. If you can show me a better barber shop with better people behind the clippers I’ll vote for trump....and I’d die before I vote for trump.. nuff said

Trendy barber with great service

Got there with no one waiting with 3 people cutting hair. I ask if I have to make an appointment or if I can just walk in and get a haircut. They say yes for the walk in and I have to sit there for 40min just to have every person that walked in after me get there haircuts. Dont tell me yes we can if you have a wait period of over 1 hour to get everyone on the appointment list first before me. Awful experience. Will not come back.

This is the third time I try to get a haircut here. I go in with plenty of time for a haircut and every time they have said yes we have time and then they go and talk with each other and someone will come back and tell me that nevermind they dont have time. Their customer service is horrible and theyre very over priced. I dont recomend it at all. The 1 star is so it wold let me comment but the dont even deserve that

I made an appointment with the owner over the phone for 1pm on a Saturday and sat there until 2:15 and then left without getting my haircut, and the owner seemed fine with that.What are appointments for anyways?!Horrible customer service. Will not be returning.
