They performed a minor miracle in installing the back window of my Cabrio!

I went here to get a back window installed on my 72 convertible and this had to be the rudest guy Ive met.lol Soooo i introduce myself to the guy and asked if hes who i talk to for an estimate and he give a rude comment back so i brushed that off and he continue with rude self indulged comments like Ive been doing this for 40yrs but he had no clue what i was talking about so i tried to explain and he just wouldnt listen and kept telling me i got ripped off for my window and i should take it back plus He kept telling me it takes a 25 thousand dollar machine to put in my top on a 1972 car.lol and he didnt have the machine. All in all this is an OLD guy stuck in his ways and he thinks he knows more than he does.. I ended up getting my top fixed around the corner for $200 the same day! Talking to your customers like there dumb wont keep you in business another 40 yrs buddy.lol
