Ive been trying to get pool passes for my new tenant and they are giving me a hard time. Im willing to do what is necessary to resolve the issue (proof of residency) but the problem is that they dont get back to me, no call back, no emails and wont answer calls. When they do reply to my emails the information they provide is no what I asked for to get the issue resolved.
American Leisure Services has been taking unauthorized withdrawals from my Capital One credit cards, $89.95 every October 1st over several years! I only recently figured it out when I signed up for withdrawal notification emails and saw a charge notification on a day that I did not use the credit card. The charge was for services that I have never signed up for (they get your credit card information from a 3rd party, usually from a TV promotion transaction), and for which I have never used because I was surreptitiously added as a member and never knew. I have never received notice of any such membership and I have never received announcement or notice from American Leisure Services that my credit card was being charged. When I did a Google Search for American Leisure Services unauthorized credit card charges I found multiple others who are experiencing the same thing as I. Why hasnt the Department Of Justice stopped this business and jail those that are profiting on money STOLEN from unsuspecting public? Why arent banks helping their customers by warning about withdrawals from merchants who are known to make unauthorized charges? This is my official case number...AMER LEIS ID056619919...I am in the process of writing letters to get my money back and to bring this criminal business down.
Dont deal with this micky mouse company... They are a joke... Ellen Brown is the worst person to deal with she should be fired... Hire a staff that knows what they are doing.... Dont deal with this company
