Get better employees to answer the answer the phone. I called trying to schedule a move in cleaning and Catherine who answered the phone was really rude and had no regard for my inquiry. Just a little bit of advice for the owner if you want clients to book your cleaning company, please get someone who is nicer, efficient, caring and well spoken to answer the phone. I asked what kind of cleaning service is offered and pricing, she was really short with me as if I was disrupting her time and day. She never asked what cleaning service I was in need of, she was dismissive and answered that they clean.

I had such a great experience with Direct Housekeeping maids. They were friendly and cheerful and did a great job with cleaning my house and our house looks spotless. And for the price it was well worth it. I will definitely be utilizing their services again.
