I absolutely hate the car buying experience. My salesman was Juan. I called him told what terms I could agree to regarding financing and that I did not want to come in until everything was finalized. In my past experiences the dealer will have you there all day and give you a horrible deal. Juan was great. Very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. Overall it was a good experience. I was in and out so fast. They will be my new dealer and I’d recommend to friends and family without a doubt.

So i dropped car off because i had i check engine light on. They told me that a water temperature sending unit was faulty. They wanted $28 for the part and $800 for labor.. I was like what. So i bought the sending unit and replaced it it less than 15 min. I dont know if the service people make commission but $800 for a 15 min job is absurd. So if bringing in your car for service be carful. And always get a second opinion.

Sprinter van was easy to purchase and work with Joe. Drove ftom NY to NV total of 2,800 miles. Handles well, amazing driving with safety features to alert when drivers approach, when come up to another vehicle or passing.

The service department & parts department is awful. I called to order two tires at a cost of $560. As soon as I got there they changed the price to $680 because I didn’t choose to use their service department to install the tires. Just a sleazy & unprofessional practice & they didn’t even care to make things even remotely right for me considering one hour of my day was totally wasted. Every single interaction I’ve ever had with their service department was AWFUL. When I return my lease & buy from a competitor this would be the reason why.

I have been a MB customer for over 25 years. During that time I purchased MB’s from MB of Palm Beach as well as Benzyl Busch in Englewood NJ. I have used my Benzyl Busch salesman for 25 years. He recently changed to Prestige MB in Paramus NJ. He is still a very good salesperson and has and still always tried his best to satisfy my needs. However, I now find that Prestige MB is too large and hence not as willing nor able to satisfy my needs easily. Very recently I was introduced to James Fede at Nanuet MB. He is absolutely an amazing salesperson who has done everything possible to provide me with the best service in every way. I recently (3 weeks ago) purchased a 2021 AMG GT. Everyone that I dealt with at Nanuet was super friendly and above all very helpful.About 1 week after I got my new car it wouldn’t start. I called James Fede on his cell phone not realizing that Wednesday is his day off. Within minutes he hung up the phone and arranged for a Nanuet MB service call to my home. He also had someone from the dealership call me and arrange for a loaner because my NEW auto had to be towed back to the dealership. My service advisor assigned to me was Afraz Nabijan. He too was amazing. He kept me “in the loop” very often until my auto was repaired and checked out and ready for pickup 3 days later. I must commend everyone at Nanuet MB for the service provided to me. Upon repeated requests, Jonu sent the tracking number 2 weeks after the product was apparently delivered. We have been calling to follow up since we have not received and Jonu said his manager is on leave and was supposed to be back last Tuesday. After a week also, there is no news from these guys. Hello my name is Elizabeth Ruiz I received service on my gls 550 today and I notice first of that my car wasn’t given to me wash. My wheels still had muddy from Sunday’s March 28th rain. Then the clip from the back of my car was missing thank god I notice that before leaving. I was told that it might be in the car wash I told then that it would not be there since it was not washed I reply that my car washed. They said that they will order the clip that was missing. They didn’t offer to wash it while I waited and he didn’t write down that would make me feel at ease that it would be done Very very disappointed with staff and treatment of service. They kept me car for 2 days to tell me there’s nothing wrong. I’m angry with Mercedes of nanuet would not recommend this Mercedes of nanuet
