We recently required repairs on our boiler after the black out on Christmas Day. Originally installed by Blend Air. Today, we found that all 3 zones weren’t properly calling for heat. Shane arrived after hours and corrected the issue in technically proficient and professional manner. We appreciate Shane’s effort and correcting the problem.

Been dealing with blended for over 10 years they fixed my 31 year old central ac numerous times and if it was not for them I’m pretty sure it would have died along time ago...had to get a new one and blended came through in July when it was scorching hot!....they service my heating system as well. from 7500 AC to 200 servicing my heating System they treat you the same as an important client of theirs !....great company!

Bill came out and gave us a quote that was reasonable for the scope of the work. I called to ask a few detail questions, they said he would get back to me. I called a week later, same reply. I emailed Jay and he said hed make sure Bill got to it. Nothing. Ok I figure theyre just really busy. So I wait until the end of summer and call again. I let them know Ive got money burning a hole in my pocket if they could just answer a few details. Oh sure Bill will get back to you as soon as hes back. Its been two weeks. Today I called Clarkstown Heating and Air Conditioning. Guess what they were very happy to answer my questions and I was happy to send $13k to them. I will also happily tell this story to all of the 300 to 400 people a day who seek out my advice at work.

After having several Heating & Cooling companies give me estimates, my neighbor told me about how he has used Blend Air for many years and recommended them. The initial estimate went well and I was impressed by the detail in how they were going to install a new furnace and AC unit. I decided to hire them based off the estimate and price. Price wise they fell into the middle somewhere with other estimates so not too bad.The wait time to get them to actually start the work was a bit of a pain since I was trying to give them business and they wouldn’t get back to me but with everything going on COVID wise I understand. Eventually they got back to me and we signed a contract. The installation they said would take about three days. Boy we’re they wrong. It took about 2 weeks to get the furnace and AC done but luckily it wasn’t too hot or too cold during install time and thankful I was available. However, after the installation was completed is when the problems started. I had to have them come back 4 different times to fix issues with the furnace and AC. Out of the 4 times, three were somewhat quick fixes such as a loose connection or electric problem but on the 4th visit one of their mechanics who didn’t do the install originally said a pipe was installed incorrectly and needed to be fixed. Now on the 4th visit with a different mechanic who was supposed to fix the pipe issue, he realized the entire furnace was installed at an incorrect angle and the whole furnace needed to be installed again as water was building up on one side stopping the heat from being released into the ducts. This fix took another two days.Finally after installing the furnace at the correct angle the heat and AC are working but I’m still missing a part that they have to apply to the furnace. This will be the 5th visit from them if they ever decided to finish the job. It’s been almost a month and half now and I’m still getting the run around from them to finish the proper installation and get the part. I have to constantly call to get updates.The thorough estimate, price, and the fact that the mechanics do come out to your house in a timely manner once an appointment is made makes me give the three stars. However,since I had so many issues with the install, it’s now a month and half from the original install and hey still didn’t finish what they need to fix, and I have to constantly check in for updates on the missing part makes me not able to give this business more than three stars unfortunately.

These guys are awesome! Called early on a Monday morning and Jay scheduled one of their technicians to arrive at my house late afternoon same day. Shane did an amazing job, was super courteous and professional. Highly recommend this company!

Came three time, couldn’t fix the leaking. The 2nd time they thought they fixed it, but we still got leaking. When we contact them to come and check, they couldn’t fix it but went ahead and sent us another bill for almost $150!

We had an evening AC shut down at our home and could not find an AC Service provider to visit and repair after hours. My wife found Blend Air 24 Hr. emergency service number through a google search. The Fellow who took the call made sure he had as much detail as possible and said he would dispatch a tech that would arrive within 2 hours. He was spot on!! The technicians name was Shane and he was pleasant for being so late in the evening. He also happened to have exactly what was needed to fix our Condenser Unit on the spot!! Absolute Rock Stars!!!

Just know they will get there fast by all means whether it means driving crazy and almost causing accidents. Their drivers are crazy and have serious road rage don’t bother with them.
