The only doctor that would even talk to me was Khan and he was useless. I was diagnosed with a multitude of things that were never recorded in my medical records. He doesnt talk to you either. You talk to a counselor who takes notes and gives them to the doctors and then they give you a diagnosis, slap a prescription down and send you on your way. I complained about my medication making me suicidal and wanting to be put on something different and my calls for help and new appointments when unanswered. They would not return calls or answer them either. Dont waste you time here.

Never even got to speak with anyone. After the first two weeks of calling several times a day, every day, and leaving voicemail after voicemail, someone got back to me, when I was at work and not able to answer. By week four, which was today, I had a friend go in and try to get me an appointment. They told her that I had to come in myself, which is fine. Once I got to talking to someone she informed me that they dont accept my medical insurance and they dont allow cash payments. Seriously? So I wasted four weeks of my life trying to get an appointment just to be turned away. If you enjoy calling places and not talking to anyone, or never getting a call back, then I would definitely recommend this one.

I hate this place, they dont care about you, they Only Care about the money they make from you! Dont waste your time here, find a Private Therapist you will be better off! Northeast Counseling is a Joke!

Its hard to get in touch with anyone via telephone. They have a horrible answering service. There are a few great staff members, however, from my experience here, most of them arent very caring or empathetic.

Not very professional, never return calls, I wonder if they know and abide by the Hippa law

I would not be where I am today if it were not for everyone at NEC. I have a great amount of respect for everyone who works here. They are generous and truly caring individuals.

The ONLY thing the CEO cares about is asses in the seats. To him its not about mental health or actually helping people. To Joe, its about lining his pockets. He is a weasel and he is a sad little man. He doesnt truly understand the struggle of the mentally ill. He only understands making money even at the cost of mental health and the lives of his patients.

Go here regularly. Only psychiatrist worth seeing is Doctor Shynn. Have to be careful who you choose as your therapist. Apparently, in the past, there have been HIPPA problems....

My son seen dr kahn last year and doc said he is fine and if anything changes to bring him back. Just got a call and the lady said they cant help because the councilors are over worked in his school district.. what the heck does a school district have to do with helping my son?? Last year I made a appointment and he was seen. There was no issue with school districts. The doctor told me if theres a issue th o bring him back. Well the girl said they cant help.me. its nice when you need help you get turned away because their Councilors are swamped and hes not in a specific school district. My sons anger isnt different because of the district hes in.. The people here can care less about the patient. Its all about how much the get paid by the district. If it was one of their kids Im sure they wouldnt care about a friggin school district

If you tell them you dont want to take certain medication that it doesnt work or gives you rls they throw you out. Not very good doctors either

My mental health suffered there my doctor cut my meds and I got worse the staff didnt even noticed or didnt care I asked the staff nurses and doctor to return my on original dose I was doing fine at then like a typical mental health agent the team leader lied and started games which all you psych dependent hate the most about mental health agencies im cross addict with many addiction and am drinking now do to the lack of meds Dr. Bauxiack is the doctors name he feels my emotional health and behavior is appropriate then why did they this agency 302 me which the court orders doctor cut me loose because I didnt deserve the 302 just back to my original dose which I was doing much better at:: warninga watch when a doctor fools around with your meds. :: REXOD
