I was very pleased with the quick response time. Technicians were very polite and explained what they were going to do. They were very efficient. I would not hesitate to contact them for any future chimney needs.

I am new to the Mountain Top area and called to have my chimney inspected before lighting a fire to prevent any potential hazards. The inspection was scheduled for the afternoon with this company.I called to confirm that someone would be coming and a man in the background yelled “Just tell him we will be late”. Sure enough they never showed or called or anything. I found a local company to come out and they discovered $2,500 worth of repairs. That’s a swift kick to the nuts to this company that completely blew me off. Bad business

Terrible service said there was terracotta fron the flue when its a flueless chimney refuses to give a manager number and refuses to refund terrible company they are con artist that want people to pay for stuff they dont need so I will be calling better business bureau and changed the time two times and made a poor excuse each time the kids name was Austin

This company was wonderful. I missed my first appointment by mistake and when I called them they were so understanding. I am not saying to miss appointments and it’s okay. Also when they came for the chimney cleaning the guys were so nice and professional. They explained everything they did from beginning to end. Had a problem with one of our chimneys in 100 year old home with three historical owners. During its life, this fireplace had once had a coal stove, a gas insert and eventually glass logs, we wished to return it to wood burning. A company we had used initially to install then remove the glass logs failed to follow through when smoke appeared seeping from the chimney. We called Harth and requested them to access the issue. They responded immediately and came out, initially to diagnose. What followed was excellence in customer service; they installed a sleeve, insulated the chimney removed the capstone and replaced the flu, reinstalling the hundred pound capstone without issue. While this solved the random smoke seepage through the old mortar the firebox now had rolling smoke coming out the front no matter what we did. They immediately returned when called that all was still not right. They found that a long ago “cut away adjustment” to the lip of the smoke shelf (most likely when the insert had been installed) was the culprit. They made a new custom plate and bolted it to the damaged smoke shelf plate, we lit a good fire and all stayed for an hour while it burned. Problem solved after oh so many years, this beautiful old stone fireplace was once again in use for our family to enjoy. We highly recommend this group.

Came in wanted a Cleaning ? Opened up my clean out said I had no flue charge me $50 dollars for something I already knew ! House had this Brick Chimney for over a hundred years charge for something if you want to call it a service I feel I paid $50 for nothing .

I have a wood burning fireplace.I searched for a good value chimney sweep and repair company for awhile.I found this company. The price was great. They were very clean and neat. They agreed to do the job exactly the way I wanted it.At the end, I asked them to straighten upa chimney cap of a second chimney that is a gas ventilation chimney. They got up on the roof and took care of it and did not hesitate or ask for extra money.I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again.

These guys are wonderful. Replaced our chimney liner and cap in February. The cap blew off during Mondays wind storm. They came on Wednesday and reinstalled it free of charge. I recommend them, highly!

The owner Ms Harth came out on a Sunday to do an emergency liner with her certified technician they were very neat, professional, and available on a Sunday holiday after the fire department left. Because the chimney was blocked and my gas water heater couldnt vent to the chimney it was venting in my home. I highly recommend them.

The team arrived on time and did an excellent job topping a very old chimney on our farmhouse. The chimney was very high and they fixed the issues quickly and profesionally. My only issue is they were very poor at returning phone calls. Text messages were handled quickly but my 2 phone calls were not returned, I had to use email and then texting.

Wow they took the time to examine the chimney which had suspicion other local chimney company told me needed a lining tube. They showed me video hd and gave me for my records.
