Most frustrating phone system. Its taken several days on several occasions just to get an answer. Unbelievable that Health & Welfare DO NOT communicate with child support! 🤯

The phone tree is very frustrating! and when you pick an option, like #1 it says voice mail not set up, good bye. It then disconnects the call. needs to have an option to speak to an operator who can answer or transfer the call

The worker Steve here is absolutely worse then no help. Derogatory and unhelpful wouldnt be surprise if hes on work probation for attitude because its Trash.Literally didnt help explain a single thing and misinformed me on what I could receive because of pure laziness.

Theyve lied about me and my families information to make it so we couldnt get assistance. Havent been the friendliest people.

Everybody at the office is always soooo nice and friendly. They do not treat people like the scum of the earth for NEEDING help .

This part of the Health and Welfare Department is ok although being a single mother of three working one Job living paycheck to paycheck i have needed help and was unable to get it in an emergency type situation.

Very very discriminative if youre a woman you can get anything you want but Im going to save old man and they wouldnt do nothing

Been in there they told me what I need to come back with to get on medicaid I come back there and it changed I need more stuff it is comply sexist and only wants to help women
