No communication for over 2 months for warranty generator repair, called almost weekly, left name and number, not one call back, had to contact generator manufacturer to get update, was told generator was repaired and ready for pickup. WENT To pickup and asked if it was fixed, PPE guy said yes, got generator home, started it and still no power coming out of it. Never was Fixedπ
Quality of the work Id rate at 4 stars.Customer service and communication Id rate at 2 stars.Took a mower and a weedeater in for service. Picked up the lawn mower and it works great. Picked up the weedeater a couple of days later, didnt work at all. Took it back and he said he would try to get to it before he left for a week on vacation that weekend. Expected to hear back from them one way or the other, thinking that if he couldnt get to it Id just pick it up and take it elsewhere while he was gone since I really needed it. Did not hear anything from them, went to check on Friday and they were closed up. Waited a week for them to return and went back, still closed up. I called and their message gave me the date they were going to be back, which turned out to be a full two weeks, not the one week I was told. I left a message for them letting them know I needed the equipment back. Did not receive a call back after the date they were to return. I had to drive back out again and was told it was a bad carburetor and that one was on order and I should have my equipment back in a couple of days. This meant that now I was roughly 3 weeks in already since initially bringing the equipment in. I was now looking at about 4 weeks because of the delay. I got a call the following day letting me know it was ready to be picked up. Works great now.All I needed was some communication, clear communication, on what was going on. I understand that there isnt any control over parts and how long it might take to get parts. The issue I have was the complete lack of information that I was receiving.While I appreciate the quality of the work provided, the lack of communication and the length of time it took to get the equipment back will keep me from returning. More organization is needed.

Great honest guy! Reasonable and affordable rates with a respect to what a customers needs are, not just about money that could be made! I felt comfortable being a single mother, with no knowledge to the mower world, that I wasnt being taken advantage of. I took in some of my equipment to get service and check everything over the first so it was ready to go. Got it back to my shop and the oil was low and the hydraulic fluid was also low and the digging chain was loose. Then I took two other pieces of equipment over the jumping jack had a gas leak only. He told me the motor was no good not worth fixing. Found out after I got it back that motor was fine just a gas leak. The other one was a sod cutter he said he couldnt get the parts had to be a dealer. I asked if he could give a list of the parts cuz I am a dealer of the equipment he said he would email it to me. I have texted him twice to see what parts it was missing and I havent received any email about the parts I need. I dont think he check out anything on the equipment.

Precision saved my but, my generator stoped running and after a quick search i found Precision could not be happier with the work that was done. I have had three other pieces of equipment worked on and i wont let anyone else work on my stuff. i drive a hour just to get them to do the work

I recently took my Briggs and Stratton 550 powered push mower to Eric at Precision Power Equipment. It was experiencing a loss of power and then it would rev back up. I cleaned the air filter, changed the spark plug and ran Lucas fuel system cleaner through it but it soon showed the same symptoms. So, I took it to Eric. He replaced the carborator - got me a great deal on Amazon, sharpened the blades and more. That mower runs like a champ again. Thanks, Eric!
They came and picked up our lawn mower. On the 10th will be a month since they picked it up. Not happy about how long its taking.
