Some of the staff are nice and take care of the place. You can tell when other staff member works there because The place doesnt gets cleaned. No paper towels/toilet paper most of the time. The floor is nasty. If I get there the same time she does, she tries to get done everything in 5 minuets before she sits down for the day. I know they probably dont make that great of money but...really?

Excellent gym. At the time, there are no startup fees, no key fob fees, no hidden cost, just your first months cost and youre good to go!Has all the equipment you need to achieve your fitness goals.

I just went in for my first walk on the treadmill. The price is right and the place is clean.

Me and my boyfriend just signed up for a member ship today and I have to say how awesome the front desk lady Nicole was. She was so helpful in giving us all the information we asked for and getting us signed up then helped me figure out a couple machines during my first workout there. Very excited for their new location coming soon.

Thank you for your review Null just wanted to clarify a few things:-We require a signed cancellation form in order to cancel a membership so if someone was to move we simply do it electronically-We try to maintain our machines as well as possible and quickly fix any issues that arise. All bicycles work and one treadmill is shut off due to it being replaced with a rowing machine that is on backorder-Our complimentary kids room was not something originally offered and we do this as a courtesy to parents and is a work in progress if you will and we try our best to have it be beneficial without interrupting the atmosphereThank you for being here at our facility with us and please let us know if there is anything that we can do to help you have a more positive experience.

This gym is awesome!! I love that there is a gym that I can take my kids to and they can play in the playroom while I do my thing. You cant beat the pricing and no contract!! The staff is friendly and helpful if I ever have questions.

I had the pleasure of filming a promotional video for Nampa Fitness Center. I was really impressed with the amount of equipment, the quality, and the cleanliness of the gym. I know the owners personally and they are stand up people that are passionate about fitness and always finding ways to improve the experience of their customers. I would recommend this gym to anyone.

I used to love to go to Nampa fitness center but it got so expensive I couldnt afford it even if you paid by the year it was still too expensive it shouldnt be so expensive to keep up your health

When trying to cancel a membership in the past I was dealing with the company via email on the matters. They were able to cancel my wife’s plan via email without an issue and when I tried to do the same they denied it and accused my wife of sending emails under the impression it was me. Quite a hassle dealing with cancelling a membership I didn’t use but they were willing to charge me another month. Extremely unprofessional and terrible customer service.

They have no towels... I went every other day and never saw towels. I would see one towel next to the disinfectant spray that everyone would use to wipe their machines. I picked it up once and it was wet and disgusting. They had paper towels most days but some days they did not, so I was unable to wipe my machine. It was nasty. It was a simple place and I liked it, but so unsanitary I cancelled my membership after 2 months. Now Im at a bigger facility that offers everyone their own towels

Love the 24 hours they have it is very convenient for me especially with the job I have. Plus they have a variety of equipment you can use.

Its a decent and small gym for those looking to break out of bad habits and into an amateur option. If you are looking for more variety, the rec center or crunch would be a better alternative.

Ive been a member for a year. The equipment is decent and 24 hour access is nice, but they never seem to fix their equipment if it needs it. One treadmill has been out of service since Ive been there, and half the buttons dont work on an exercise bike. Ive left notes and they are never fixed. Also, they REFUSE to let you cancel over the phone. This makes things hard if you, say, move away. Tends to be crowded and people seem to let their little kids run around like mad animals after hours when its not staffed - thats more a fault of the clientele than the business though.
