They sit and listen to your needs. They helped walk me through how I could be saving money by paying off other loans and just have one payment to them. Was denied online then called to come in store to get accepted they said after credit check number 1. At store they still deny me after credit check 2 but not before having me leave a 5 star review which was quickly followed by your not approved. “Denial already expected” I was given another loan company as a referral from this one credit check 3 now denied because of credit checks. Omfg I am rolling over this stupidity thinking I would leave the made up 5 star review come on really???

My mom called in because she had gotten a card in the mail for a choice loan. TONI was very rude and wasnt helpful AT ALL. She was very disrespectful and made us feel very low class and because of that, she didnt feel the need to help us. We drove to this location from Payette, and she rudely continued to tell us she couldnt help us. As we walked out, she acted very childish and started laughing. I HIGHLY recommend going to a different company.
