I usually get great service at Sports Clips but no more! They keep raising the prices and I have always got “the MVP” but at 25 dollars and the girl won’t do what I ask her to do. I like the wash water hot but she said it was too hot for her cold hands (it was Lukewarm) and the towel was barely warm. The “scalp and neck massage” lasted less than 30 seconds and consisted of her rubbing my tempos and forehead. The haircut was not what I wanted even though they record it what you get. She didn’t blend the cut so my haircut is square and I will have to get it redone somewhere else and lastly when she put gel in my hair to push it back she used the weakest I ever seen. I use strong gel to hold my hair in place all day and it was sticking up by the time I got in my truck. Never again Sports Clips!

I have difficult hair. So Im impressed that they managed to cut my hair fast and exactly how I wanted it.The booking system was a bit complicated because you have a time given to you. But you are also put on a list.

I always bring my son here to get his hair cut. They always do a great job! I love the online check in! Makes it way easier to get in when we need to and not have to wait long. Today we only waited about 5 minutes. We will continue to come back 🙂

Holly did a great Job! I just dont get the online check in but then having to check in once you get there and then still having to get bumped for a later time, other then that everything was great!

I used to really love this place, all my style requests as well as my 3 yr olds were always spot on. Ive referred over a dozen friends here who all have enjoyed their cut as well.However, i will no longer get my haircut from this sportsclips again.I never had an issue with going back with my son to have him get his haircut. I get the pandemic stuff but the fact I was in 2 weeks ago and it wasnt a issue annoys me, I also had a mask. Then for the stylist to walk away while my son is trying to apologize cause he thinks he did something wrong isnt professional. This Sportsclips has become more about finishing as many cuts as possible rather than quality. The other sportsclips is still legit though!

This place is awesome highly recommend! Staff is great as well and the wait is worth it.

I called to make an appointment only to find out they only accept walk-ins. I expected that to mean that they were fairly quick. There was only one person in front of me when I arrived, but after waiting for 40 minutes I decided to just leave. The atmosphere might appeal to some, but I found it very off-putting. Check-in system is not ideal either. I did not have enough time left in my day to make it to another barber, which was irritating. I do not plan to try going here again.

I have been going to this location for about a year and a half now. I have my hair and beard trimmed by Leidy every time. I have never had a bad experience with Leidy and will continue to go to her as long as possible. She is awesome and I would highly recommend going to her for your next haircut.

My son and husband both recently got haircuts here. My sons haircut ended up okay but is still longer than I wanted it to be.My poor husband on the other hand came home with stray hairs left longer than the rest and will need another cut in a week. He is too nice to ask for it to be fixed so ended up coming home to try and fix it himself.

When me and my 3 year old son got there they where slammed. I 2as told it would be about 2.5 hour wait. After one hour went by tree hey called both me and my son back. Gave us great hair cuts and the stylists didnt even seem bothered by how busy they where! It was a great experience and we will be back for sure!!

Tia did an awesome job. Gave me exactly the cut I wanted, even though I provided her with very little detail (havent had a haircut in 12 years, always buzzed my own head). Relaxing shampoo and scalp massage was a nice touch. Will definitely come back to see her for a cut.

My husband and 2 sons (7 and 10 years old) love Sports Clips. They are usually quick and you can check in online which saves some time. Weve found that some of the stylists are more consistent than others so try to choose stylists weve had good luck with in the past when we check in.

Friendly stylists. I tried multiple places and my cut could never be done correctly. Until I stumbled into sports clips. Its a friendly environment and Ive never been to a better place. I can watch and see that all the stylists are very attentive and personable but one stands above the rest for me. Taylor T is astonishing. My stylist was friendly, more than competent, but best of all I got the cut I was after despite my vague but unique request. The MVP option that included a wash and tea tree oil head massage was awesome and I highly recommend it. I will return.

Great haircut, you get a free shampoo and hot cloth with your first ever cut with them, and as its one of the best cuts Ive gotten for the price range, its set a high bar. The manager Leidy got the cut right the first time and told me about the benefits of sticking with Sports Clips, getting discounts and free cuts etc. I made the mistake of going to Great Clips in a rush for my last haircut, and I will be making this business my go-to spot from now on.

Lady cut the top a little too short. Should be fine again in a couple weeks. Other then that she did a great job despite my odd request. I now have a permanent back up for my barber.

Jason, I’m a old school guy when it comes to hair cuts, barber shop style ya know? So I was hesitant to come into your establishment. The way you check in put me off a bit because the new Technology and what not. However once I sat down and got my hair cut I was pleased, enough actually that I let the gal trim my beard, I left your business happy and satisfied with the results, and that does not happen often with hair cuts, I believe her name was Christina. I will be coming back and asking for her. She has a light touch and listens to what ya want.

Wendy was very professional and did a fabulous job with cutting my hair. Im picky and she paid attention to detail. She was a very pleasant young lady with beautiful red hair but they make her cover it up with a wig. There is nothing wrong with her beautiful uniqueness of character. Ill be back and I hope when I arrive Wendy is still there wearing her own hair and not a wig! :)

This place seems to be going downhill they used to be super friendly now it just seems they are in a hurry. Last haircut was mediocre at best. Lowered my tip to compensate for it. I am a good tipper too. Their loss i guess. Luckily hair will grow back. Munsters Barber Shop on 12th Ave is top notch.

Company offers a good cut by well trained staff. Location to location personal details on cut instructions are well understood however stylist does confirm before beginning and several points during the process. VIP service is very nice and relaxing.

Horrible Service!!!!! Very snotty stylists. False advertising. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. The atmosphere is cool but trust me... not worth the horrible service. Go Elsewhere or just a different location. Good service equals money. Probably why no else one was in there.
