Went in to Craftsman Unlimited in Twin Falls and couldn’t have been happier with it. The shop looks great, haircut was perfect and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Sara, who cut my hair, was one of the most genuinely friendly and happy I’ve met in the service industry and she did a great job. Will definitely be back.

I’ve been coming to get my hair cut twice a month since y’all opened! I’ve had a few different barbers, yes. But, Tess took my appointment once when I had to reschedule and I’ve been going back to her ever since—I think it’s like almost 2 years now. She’s does a great job, is always talkative and fun. Not to mention she’s a pretty awesome human—and that’s pretty hard to find these days.As a business—I love the concept and your preferential treatment of our vets and first responders is impressive. I honestly hope you continue to grow and gain market share. Your model is awesome, great service/experience but the treatment of your clients is always paramount and you stand second to none in that category.

I have been a member of Craftsman Unlimited Haircuts sense they opened. This place is awesome and well worth it. Tess nails my cut every time without instruction. I personally know the owners and only have good things to say about them. Local guys, running a local business, and doing it the local way. Highly recommend giving Craftsman a try! You wont regret it.

This place is always great! Jayzmine always makes sure to cut my hair the way I want and she has an eye for detail. The hot towel and straight razor shave is my favorite, I always leave there looking great and happy with the service I received.

If you go here plan on getting whatever cut they give you. Isabella Estrada did a horrible job. The manager came over to instruct her yet didn’t stay to help fix it. Another person came to help which he did slightly. I left with an uneven haircut a majorly extended part and a jagged line with spots massively longer then others. The shaved undercut itself was not blended and she didn’t actively listen to my concerns until it was way too late. Still charged me full price yet didn’t allow me to tip assuming she knew she didn’t deserve one. I never leave reviews but if you like a Good haircut don’t expect much from this stylist/barber.

The location on Maple Grove is absolutely wonderful. The manager is very professional and helpful. All the staff are extremely friendly. My 10 year old son is the one that gets his hair cut there (under 21) by Justin. Justin is great and treats my son like he is the paying customer and gives GREAT kids cuts that don’t look like a buzz cut! Glad I found a respectable and flexible place for my son! Prichard great too!I will say my experience at the Maple Grove location is the complete opposite from my experience at the Eagle location. The manager and staff at the Eagle location are extremely rude and unprofessional. Maybe if I was a man then I would have been treated better and more impressed BUT as a mom making a lot of decisions for my kids and paying the bill I was not impressed! Very trashy atmosphere!

I got there a little early and because the hair stylist had the time was able to get me in quickly. She was also pretty fast completing my haircut. I would go to her again.

Great deal. I have the Journeyman membership which includes unlimited haircuts with a shampoo and a beverage to boot.Kristie McConnell is an awesome barber. She has great attention to detail. My favorite part is the shampoo with a little massage all while having a hot towel on your face.I walked out feeling refreshed. I my troubles were cut off and washed away.

I have been getting my haircuts at Craftsman Unlimited for about 6 months now and I love it. The staff are friendly, the shop is clean and its easy to book appointments using their app. I especially love their support for military and first responders.

The first experience was a total upsell. If she put as much effort into the haircut as the upsell, Id probably would had a better experience. She waxed my nose hair and left most of the wax in my nose. The haircut was shorter on one side, and the sideburns were uneven. I tried a different barber for the second haircut, and it seemed like she just woke up. Except for asking how I wanted to apply a tip, she barely spoke during the entire process.

Jazmine is the best! Pleasant, professional and skilled. She listens to me and cuts my hair the way I ask.5 Gold Stars!

Rochelle always does a superb job! She expertly cut my hair despite it having been a long time since my last cut and she was careful concerning my recent neck surgery.

Karlie is awesome! I upgraded my membership to the Master Craftsman and Karlie does an amazing job cutting my hair just the way I like it and trims my beard so I don’t look like I live with grizzlies. Highly recommend!

I have been a member of Craftsman Unlimited for awhile now. I love being able to schedule in advance and get the same stylist everytime. Camille is awesome and remembers what I like everytime. I wish they would open the scheduling up 3 weeks out but since I pay for a membership there really is no down side except not really needing a haircut just yet.

Christina is my girl! So I am a medical professional and diagnosing is part of my job. When I saw her the first time she took a few minutes to ask questions and evaluate my hair and “diagnose” my condition :). I appreciated the time she took before hand to see what I wanted. My wife said it was the best haircut that I’ve had. Christina is a kind soul and a skilled stylist. She’s got a life long customer here.

Craftsman Unlimited Haircuts is absolutely amazing! I love the fact that I can schedule a haircut anytime at any of the four locations for one low price. The people are awesome and the ownership strives to serve their customers and community at a high level.

The haircuts here are fantastic! The unlimited haircut approach is sweet because now I can keep my hair the way I like it instead of just enduring the long hair because I dont want to pay another $18 for a cut. $29 a month is a steal and a good trade for me. I like the appointment process too and the fact that they take the time to cut my hair perfectly. This is not a rush job to get to the next person. I get my haircut by Laura. She has done such a great job every time. She makes sure the cut is exactly what you want. I love the haircut and wash every time,.... both relaxing and enjoyable. This is a great place to get a hair cut!

I went in for the first time a couple weeks ago, I met the owner of the business he was very friendly and gave good detail on their membership package. I got my hair cut by Camille and she did a great job. I recent purchased one of their memberships and went back in two days ago to get my hair cut again by Camille she again did a great job. I highly recommend them, their membership packages truly pay for themselves.

Like I was, then give Craftsman Unlimited a try.I have always used great clips in the past, and it was a haircut roulette. You never knew how your hair was going to look when done.Megan at Craftsman Unlimited cut my hair. She was professional, polite, and personable. 10/10. My hair has never looked better.Yes its a little more then hair cutters that flunked out of beauty school. But it should be! You get what you pay for. Honestly for the service I received I would be willing to pay more.

Got my haircut and a straight razor shave from Jazmyne today, it was the best experience I’ve had getting a cut and shave. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect and made sure I was happy with the end result. All the other staff was friendly too, I can see why this place is so popular. I wish I knew her when. I was in the Marine Corps. Ive been a regular client of hers for almost 2 years. I will not let anyone else cut my hair. I’ve re-joined as a member at Craftsman Unlimited since moving away from the area. When they first opened they struggled with wait times even after setting appointments. I’m glad to say I scheduled my appointment the day of and got into Bennie’s chair within 30 seconds of walking in. Very impressed with how this place has grown. It’s now a well oiled machine.
