The proprietor shoved us back from the room, it was awkward as we were trying to make an appointment. He was very rude so we just left and found great service at Munsters down the road.. Edit to response: My feelings were not the issue, thanks for taking a jab at me though, very professional. Perhaps try a more customer friendly approach rather than annoying walk-ins to the point of making us walk outs.

Ive been there twice. The first time I was shoved onto a guy named Danny. The second time Danny had moved on, but the owner said he didnt have time. I didnt take offense because Im an older guy and we are used to going to the barber shop when the mood strikes us. The new generations seem to favor the customer calling for an appointment. I wonder how that would have worked for Razor Ray. Ive heard good things about both Marc and Danny. I guess Ill have to get used to change.

Very rude and not professional. Marc had an attitude and was very short. Customer should come first, either it be with a schedule error on his behalf. He needed to take it down a notch. Word of mouth goes alot further in this town.

He said he would wear a mask upon request. Out of an abundance of caution, I requested he wear a mask as long as he was okay with it. He indicated he was fine with the request. He proceeds to tell me I’m in first new client in a while. After putting a mask on, he lets me know it is fogging up his glasses and he will be declining the service. I tell him I understand about the glasses and not to worry about the mask, I’m willing to let the service be done(it was more out of caution anyway). He still tells me he is declining the service. If you are looking for a barber in Nampa, go elsewhere! He doesn’t seem to be found of new clients.

Even without an appointment the 2 haircuts before me went quick and the service was excellent. Being on a busy weekend and few options in the area I was very thankful for the chance to try them out. I will be a return customer when in town again and in need of a close high and tight cut. Both barbers were Professional, curteous and friendly. Highly recommended and fair priced.

I was driving around looking for a barber shop . He was not open today. I found this out when I stuck my head in and ask how it worked, do I need an appointment? He asked me if I had one I said no I was wondering how it works. He than said he was closed and closed the door on me and never answered me. No need for new clients I guess. Used to go with my dad when I was a kid and Dino was the Barber. I dont know the connection between Mark and Dino, but Im deeply appreciative of the fact that somebody has been able to carry on the awesome experiences I had when I was younger. Havent been in since the shop changed name and ownership, but a big thanks to Mark for keeping a great tradition of a friendly business owner as well as great looking haircuts.

This guy is completely unprofessional. The first time my husband got his hair cut here the Barber was on hold with an internet company during the entire hair cut and hardly said a word to us. When we went in today he was even worse if you could imagine that. We walked in and there were 2-3 hair cuts ahead of us and the barber said he was hungry and was going to go to lunch when he finished the cuts that were already there. We respectfully said “no problem when should we come back?” He replies “come in just before one and I’ll open the door and get you done.” We returned to the shop at 12:50 and waited for twenty minutes in the heat before we finally left. I would not recommend this place to anyone 👎🏼 Oh and not to mention the hair cut was uneven and looked terrible we had to go to another barber to fix it!

I have always wanted to get a straight razor shave. I finally decided to just make it happen, so I called around and found this shop. An experience I recommend even if just once so you can say you did it. Cant really compare it to anything, just make an appointment to get it done. You wont be sorry you did.And I finally got the smooth face I have always felt a shave should give but never has in 30-ish years of shaving.And the gentleman barber of this shop is friendly, personable, and completes the experience. Very much like I imagined it should be watching old movies as a kid.

Poor Business man he text us 1.5 hours before our appointment saying he is sick that he wasnt going to make it ....didnt even ask to reschedule or nothing so we send msg and called and never heard back so we text him again that even ing and he replied at 1:30 in morning blowing up. Well he called next morning yelling and calling my wife a b.$&@@ on phone and telling us it was our fault......very poor to put back on your customers due to your poor business and lack of running one. Find someone else cause this guys explodes just ask other reviews state.....run

Well long story short i was looking for a barber shop open on sunday none of them where except this one. Well i made an appointment for 5 when i got there mark intruduce him self to me, he had another costumer in there but he was almost finished well when he was finished with my hair cut i just really liked the hair cut he did his awesome.
