It was easy. Kevin Roberts was friendly and informative and he helped the time fly by. It didnt take very long either we were in and out with a vehicle in about 2 1/2 hours. Ive bought a lot of vehicles and I have to say this was the best experience Ive ever had at a dealership. Make sure you ask for Kevin because I dont have any insight into the other salesmen.
Jeremy Carlton was great to work with! I met Jeremy after walking up to Corwin Ford, I was looking for the new Ford Bronco Sport. First impression means a lot, he nailed it! Smiling, kind, polite, personable and very easy to talk to about finding the right Bronco Sport for me. Knowing how the market is, he never applied pressure, he over communicated and entertained my girls while I was signing the paperwork (more like they entertained him). I read another review about him and I couldnt agree more... if you want an enjoyable experience buying a new/used car - GO SEE JEREMY! Also, I cant leave out my Finance guy, Justin Killian - he was great to work with as well. My husband contacted Steve Taylor the other day to talk about possibly trading in the 2018 F250 SuperDuty he bought from Steve a few years ago. Steve wasn’t working that day, so he referred us to another salesman, Kevin Roberts, who was very helpful. I was interested in trading the truck for a Yukon Denali, but Kevin recommended at least taking a look at the Ford Expedition Max for comparison to the Denali. We were both very glad we listened to Kevin, since we loved the features and ride of the Expedition.Kevin provided premier customer service and was a pleasure to deal with: he was extremely knowledgeable about his product line, knew all the features & benefits of the Ford vs GMC and he did not come at us with a “high pressure” sales tactic whatsoever. When it came time to negotiate, we felt he was fair with the price he could give us on our trade and did his best to help accommodate our requests to clean up the Expedition and powder coat the wheels. In the end, we feel that we were able to leave the sales & finance offices (Justin was great too!) with a win-win deal and a vehicle that better suits our purpose.Overall, an excellent buying experience. Using his vast experience, he was able to help me find a creative solution that I hadnt even considered that allowed me to take delivery of my vehicle about 10 days sooner than I had hoped for. Corwin Ford has had my Expedition EL in the shop for 7 months this year, doing warranty work. I purchased my 2016 Expedition fresh off the lot and THANKFULLY bought a warranty with all the issues weve had with it. One of the issues- the car went ghost (no gas no brakes at 60mph with me and my 6 kids). Thankfully I was not on I-84 or in traffic or we may not be alive today. However, the service department has been atrocious with communication and the first time I sent my vehicle in this past year, they worked on it for over 3 months, and NO communication after the initial phone call introducing the service professional. Once I went to pick it up, my car was dead. The battery was toast because it had sat for so long. Then, driving home, my AC didnt work as the motor wasnt fixed- one of the 5 or 6 reasons it was there. I couldnt bring myself to send it back so I had it for a couple months before I sent it back the beginning of May this year. It is still there and no idea when I will see it again. In the time I sent it in, all but one service coordinator has either retired or quit, including the person assigned to my vehicle. I was not notified. Please think twice before buying from this company. You will be signing up for years of frustration. I will be filing complaints with the BBB and the Idaho Attorney General in all my spare time as a homeschooling mom of 6, and not because I want to. I see no other recourse and just want to warn others. I believe this has been a violation of my warranty to take so long to accomplish work, while I still pay my car payments and lose time on my warranty. FYI- my uncle is a Ford mechanic in Washington state and my family buys Ford fleet vehicles. They are shocked by Corwins lack of professionalism. Buy elsewhere.
I have a 2017 Ford F-250 with the turbo diesel. Back in May of 2020 a ford dealer replaced both batteries under warranty because of leaking and corrosion. Well I recently noticed the batteries appeared to be leaking again and there was worse corrosion than when they replaced them the first time. Since I moved, I went to a different dealer. The service advisor asked me the problem and when I told him the issue, he asked if I had any paperwork and an appointment. I said I had both. While going to the truck to get the paperwork, he told me corrosion out here is normal. He looked at paperwork and said the batteries were no longer under warranty. I asked about the 2 year warranty and he said since were replaced under warranty the first time Im not entitled to the 2 year warranty, only a 1 year / 12k miles warranty. He then told me to buy new hold down brackets and the batteries were fine. Did not check the batteries with any meters or anything and walked off. I feel maybe they should of checked into the issue a bit more. Ive heard over charging can cause this issue sometimes, but Im not a mechanic. Anyway the service advisor seemed like I was putting him out. Im sorry but if corrosion like this after 14 months is normal, that crazy.

It was a real pleasure working with Chris Packer at Corwin Ford to purchase my F-150. The buying process was quick and relatively painless and it is an awesome truck! We did have 1 issue that appears to be from the factory (leaking radiator coolant hose) that forced the truck to be serviced the day after it was purchased. However, Chris provided excellent support and lined up a 2019 F-150 Limited loaner vehicle for my use until the new truck is fixed. He made this possible even though the service dept says they didnt have any loaners available due to the auto shortage and demand.
Purchased a 2014 BMW 320i from here the other day. My experience at this dealership was great! All of the staff were very friendly and the building was nice, they didnt try and play any games with pricing and interest rates like most other dealerships do, I would definitely come back to here when its time to get a new car. My sales consultant Riley O. was a pleasure to be around, he didnt try to pressure me into any cars or anything else that I wasnt sure about, he was very helpful with trying to figure out good options for me as I wasnt entirely certain what I wanted when I got there but I knew what I didnt want so that helped narrow it down and we found a car that I liked and I left with it that night!

I was pleasantly surprised that my new truck actually showed up earlier than expected and even with their busy schedule at the accessory department they got my truck in next day for the level kit and window tint so I was able to pick up the truck one stop and no coming back in to wait for the extras.Great Job Tim and Corwin

Great buying experience overall from start to finish. Steve Taylor was super attentive to every detail and when we had a minor issue with our truck he worked with the local dealership back in Idaho Falls to get it taken care of. My wife and I went looking for a newer truck that could be used to pull a trailer and went to a couple of car lots and not finding anything with lower miles and not costing more than we could afford. Ended up at Corwin Ford where we met Ariel H. a salesman for Corwin Ford he asked what type of vehicle we were looking for and he walked us through a lot of trucks and was able to provide a lot of information about each one then we had went through about 20 or so truck Ariel said that there was one vehicle that was near by and had not been there long a couple of days I think he said and we test drove the truck we both liked the truck placed a down payment to hold the truck and the next day I went and purchased the truck. If you are looking for a good vehicle I recommend going to Corwin Ford and ask for Ariel.

I saw a car that I was ready to pay cash for, then he did the honest thing and made sure I knew it had some, potentially, major problems a few months down the line. Basically, its great for someone who knows how to work on cars, and that is not me, lol. But, Im definitely still considering something from Corwin Ford, even if its a bit more than I was looking to spend, solely for the customer service.

I came here to get a vent issue diagnosed and hopefully fixed. They found a dead vent door solenoid, and replaced it. However I had to wait a while for the part to get shipped, so I drove my car around, and without knowing it, broke some pieces of my evap assembly. I was quoted $2200 for that to be replaced. They gave me the part number and I got one from ebay. Only after we replaced it did we discover the real problem was a different part, the air chamber assembly. Which is connected to the evap assembly, but does not share the same part number. Thankfully, I was able to find that on ebay as well. While I wasnt charged for this misdiagnosis, Im still upset we wasted so much time on the wrong part. The employees were nice and they did fix my door lock cylinder without charging me for it. Be careful if you come here for similar issues.

One star is generous. We needed a simple fix on our Ford F150, made an appointment three weeks prior, and dropped it off the day of our appointment. This was EIGHT days ago. We called repeatedly to check status and were told each time that someone would return our call.They didnt. Today we picked it up, still not fixed, and will take it elsewhere. Terrible customer service.

I have been having issues with a wrench light turning on and off on my Ford Escape. I called this dealership and it was after the service department had just closed, but they were kind enough to still let me come in and take a look for me. Kurtis from the service department was absolutely wonderful. And Omar the technician was amazing as well! They were both extremely kind to stay late and help diagnose what has been going on with my car. The other Ford dealerships in the area I have gone to for this issue never went out of their way to assist me like everyone did here. Thankfully they were able to see what it was and fix it right there! Without Kurtis and Omar’s help I would still be driving around with a wrench light turning on and off! I highly recommend coming here. They were very professional and went out of their way to help me!!

Just want to give a shout out to the Nampa Corwin Ford Sales team. Mitch Gushwa bent over backwards to help me purchase my truck. This is my third car/truck I have purchased from them and will purchase my next vehicle there as well. I give Mitch and the sales team 5 Stars. However, I will not use there service department any more. I took my 2015 Ford Fusion there 2 years ago for a transmission problem. They rebuilt the transmission but it is now doing the same thing (Shifting hard into second gear, and shifting hard on down hill slops). I called 6 weeks ago and had to wait 3 weeks to get it into be looked at. I dropped it off almost three weeks ago, and to date it has not been looked at or diagnosed. Each week I get told the same thing, we are going to get it in the first of next week. My wife and I have been without a car for the past 3 weeks. We keep borrowing cars to get by, but we are now to the point we dont have a second car and this service department keeps telling me they cant get me a loaner. When I dropped it off three weeks ago, i watched the couple next to me get put into a loaner. This is not expectable. Think twice before taking your car here to get worked on.

The sales guy had no knowledge or information about the car I was interested in. I had to look it up everything that I needed to know. He had no knowledge of any features, any information about mileage, warranty, or even was not willing to find out more information even if asked to find it out and email me later. Its weird to see someone like that in sales especially since I had given them at least half hour to an hour notice that I am interested in a particular car and to show me that car. One would expect information handy and if not at least the effort to go look into it and get back to me. Where are all the good sales people?
I recently bought a new 2021 Ford F250 lariat 6.7 L diesel 4 x 4. I couldn’t be more happy with the experience. Riley O’Brien was excellent to work with. His customer service and follow up was fantastic.
I bought a 2017 f150 from them and immediately had issues with timing chain which was a know problem no worries. Thank god i bought the extended warranty. Took several months to even get a call back to get my truck in. Had to go into the service center and bug them to get anything done. Loyd took care of me and did a good job however i just got my truck back and it had no fu$&ing oil in it. Went to drive it oil light came on so i checked the oil and didnt even register. Seriously!!? I will drive across the country to some other place before i buy another vehicle or use there service department again. I dont even want to call them to report this issue as i don’t want the hassle. Beware

OMFG! I am so impressed! After my new car that I bought at a little dealership quit working after 10 days and I couldnt get an appointment for 4 weeks I contacted Corwin Ford. I could get it in next day! It did take a little over a week to get it diagnosed and fixed, but that was still 3 weeks or more earlier than I could get it into any other dealership in the valley. Major shout out to Brent Holder. He was my service advisor and communicated with me regularly and made sure my vehicle wasnt just sitting somewhere. The service was great and I am so very happy to be riding around in my new Ford Edge!

We went to Corwin Ford to have some warranty work done on our 2019 Ranger. Decided to take a look around for a possible upgrade. Met with sales Rob S. he was helpful and found a 2021 F150 that worked perfectly for us, plus giving us a good price on trade for our 2019 Ranger. All of the personal were great from the front desk to the service and parts people, Rob S. (Sales) and Blake (the financial person).

Update: knocking this place down to 3 stars for not returning emails. They auto email you but then you respond and they dont bother to answer your questions. The vehicle they didnt take our offer on (telling us it would sell that week) sat on their lot for 2 more months. No follow up.Talk with Parker! He is a straight up, no B.S. guy. Not very often you find a salesperson who reads the customers line and knows where to go and where not to go. When I said I am paying cash he didnt try to push financing as the preferred alternative like we have encountered everywhere else. Definitely appreciated his help in our Tacoma search even if we couldnt close the gap in price. Just a factor of the current market....not a reflection on the dealer or their staff. So far our favorite stop.

This will be a bit of a long story. I started looking for a truck back in 2019 thru the Costco program. Response was not very good from that program so I started calling around. I ended up talking to Steve at Corwin Ford. His help was instrumental to help me decide what could be used for all my toys. I decided to wait to allow for more cash down payment. In early 2021 we decided to start shopping again using the Costco program, hoping things would be better this time with contacting us. Nothing ever happened with them. I called and left a message for Steve at Corwin and he returned my call and helped to order a truck since what we wanted was not available anywhere. He walked me through it all and always kept in touch. I could not be any happier.

So the buying experience was great, they were very helpful, etc. Anything afterward was annoying. Called these guys 4 times about my warranty coverage: 1st time I was forwarded to another department and they hung up instead of forwarding me. 2nd time, I was put on hold and hung up on. 3rd time they said theyd call me back and never did.Great customer service. Not. But they have good deals and nice vehicles. The salesmen are great but customer service there is awful.

Was greeted by a person in lot and he had Jeff Rick come out, I told Jeff I had a 2014 F-150 that the engine light came on driving to Boise from SLC . He ask when I could bring it back so he could look at it, and I broughtIt back later that same day .I felt the trade in offer wasgood and bought a new F-150.The process went very smoothly and Jeff was very professional and the financial guy was very good as well! Took my 2017 Ford Escape in because it has been running horribly. The car will shake and stutter at around 40MPH or 1200-2000 RPM.I was quoted $720 for spark plug replacement which is out of warranty since its maintenance and was told this would fix the issue. I went ahead and had them replaced however the car still has the same exact issue.Since then I have been trying to get a hold of my service advisor for over a month now and I have not been able to reach any one. I am out over $700 for a very expensive maintenance and my car still has issues.
Two vehicles in one week… upgraded to an 18 Explorer Platinum with Dylan Bonds as our sales rep and Justin Killian as our finance rep, then we had what seemed like the whole Corwin family help us get out of a bad situation with Peterson Chevy. First Justin helped put in a good word for us to Jason Wilkey (Sales Mgr), then Parker (Leighton Parker) our sales rep and Connor Keating (finance) helped score us a sweet 2017 F-150 Lariat that was even better than the one we were having issues with at Peterson Cars. Needless to say one company has earned our trust while another has forever lost it for not honoring their agreement.
I’m not usually one to get disappointed enough that I leave a review, and I even waited a while so I could give them a chance to make things right, but I wanted to share all the issues I had for anyone looking to buy a car. I made my first car purchase during the last week of June from Corwin Ford. It was a pre-owned car, and after agreeing to and paying for it, I was told by my salesman that it would only take 10-15 more minutes to finish signing any extra paperwork, so I arranged to come down on my lunch break from work the next day.I ended up being 40 minutes late going back to work because that process actually took 80 minutes, with 30 of those spent standing in the lobby waiting for ANY salesman to come help me. In total, it took me 3 days from paying and signing the paperwork until I was able to drive home with it, even though I was told it was going to be delivered straight to my house. During those 3 days, I received ZERO communication from anyone as to what was preventing me from being able to get the car in my possession.The day after I finally drove my car off the lot, a notification light came on the dashboard display indicating a mechanical issue. I brought the car back to Corwin first thing in the morning the following Monday. I wasn’t in any way upset with there being an issue, because I loved the car and just wanted it to run properly. I was not given a guess as to what the problem might be, nor a time frame in which I could expect my vehicle to even be evaluated. I asked about a courtesy vehicle, but was told they had stopped giving them out due to COVID. The only follow-up call I received was that Thursday, and I was told my car hadn’t been looked at yet, but was on the schedule for first thing in the morning the next day. Of course, I did not hear from anyone on Friday.I finally got impatient and called at 6:30 PM the following Thursday, which was 10 days after dropping my car off and 15 days after paying for it. No one at the service center was there to answer my questions and I had to leave a message. When they called back the next morning, I found out the car they sold me had a bad transmission, which wasn’t listed on the vehicle’s health report they showed me when I purchased it. Needless to say, I would not have bought that vehicle knowing it needed a major repair right off the bat.They didn’t have an estimated completion date when I followed up after the weekend, so I asked again about a loaner or rental for the time it’s going to take to fix my car. I had been borrowing family cars or getting rides to get by, and when I explained that to the staff, they were unable to loan me one and unwilling to pay to rent one for me.The first line in the ‘About Us’ section on their website states “If you are looking for a stress-free experience when buying a car, you have come to the right place! At Corwin Ford Nampa we believe customers come first.” Well, my experience has been only full of stress and Corwin Ford has done nothing to help a customer. The only peace I get with this whole situation is knowing that I work for a major rental car company, and will be telling any customers that are looking to purchase a new vehicle (as well as anyone reading this review) to stay clear of this dealership if they want any sort of customer service after handing over their money.
We went in and worked with Nate. He showed us around and allowed us look at a few models without pressure. We took a car on a test drive and I could tell my husband wanted to talk to me about it. He was giving me that look. I openly said to him “do you want to talk about this” Nate heard me and said “yep let me head inside and you come find me when your ready” it was nice to have a moment to decide what we wanted to do. Once we were ready the ball started moving and We felt very strongly that Nate was advocating for us to help us get the best deal he could! Our daughter made friends with lots of other employees and customers and everyone was very kind and understanding when she was loud. We are very pleased with our second experience at Corwin Ford and we will back when we need another car. We just hope it’s not to soon:)

Corwin Ford was a pleasure to work with.. I got to lease out the AMAZING 2021 Ford Ranger. They were so patient with the process of getting it and an the guys that we worked with treated us with respect and made sure that we were happy. We will definitely be going back there!
