If I could give negative stars I would. The experience my wife and I had was absolutely RIDICULOUS! Lets see how our experience was.1. They showed up to our closing appointment 30 minutes late.... (great start)2. We closed on Friday, February 21st and had not heard a word from either our agent or lawyer about the sale being recorded. We finally had to reach out to them and over an hour later we were notified the funds were on hold and had not cleared. (not to mention the buyer has already moved into the house)3. On a Friday night we had to go back and forth to setup a rental agreement to make sure my wife and I were not liable for any damages the future buyer made.4. We finally received our funds OVER 72 hours after closing.. but it gets better!5. We received a phone call from them DEMANDING that we pay them X amount of dollars for an error between the mortgage payoff amount. I was in Charleston with my wife at a procedure and I had to LEAVE the doctors office to go wire funds back to them or I was going to receive a $25 penalty. None the less it was an additional $30 wire fee and hours of time being hassled.6. We received our funds 3 days late and had to have a rental agreement for 3 days and did not charge them anything for their errors.WAY TO MANY law firms in the area to waste time here.

I had a closing this morning at Clemmons Law with a Seller client. Clemmons Law had everything ready, their communication was excellent, and the closing occurred perfectly. I thoroughly enjoy doing business with all of the lawyers and staff at Clemmons Law. There is a family atmosphere, and they couldnt be any more proficient, professional and friendly. I highly recommend Clemmons Law for your legal needs.

I reached out to Clemmons Law firm to handle a deed transfer for a property I co-own in Myrtle Beach. After speaking with Patty, she assured me this was fairly simple and something her office could help facilitate. I was put in contact with a paralegal, who subsequently left the firm, and my file, I was told, went unassigned for many weeks until I called back to request a status. I spoke with Patty again who apologized for the inconvenience and reassured me that my matter would be properly followed up moving forward. I was assigned another paralegal, who provided a list of options. After inquiring on further details via email, I heard nothing back. I called and left a voice message asking for a status over a week later, and still nothing. I wasted over two months trying to do something that I was told was a fairly simple task.

I work here. Great people to work with. Lots of laughs and serious times too. Like family.

I contacted Clemmons Law firm (Alan) to handle an HOA issue on a property I own in Myrtle Beach. After making my appointment and sitting down with an attorney giving my full details about the issue I was having I assured that I was going to be going in the right direction! WELL come to find out after 2 weeks goes by the fine young gentleman would not return a call. After calling the office to find out that The attorney is no longer working there! I was put in contact with a paralegal (Patty), who said she would review the file and get back to me.....after 1 week I called her back to find out she has also left the firm, I decided to go see Mr. Alan Clemmons. I spoke with him and demanded my full retainer who apologized for the inconvenience and I told him that His law firm sat on their hands for a month just like he does at the state house and I told him to send me my retainer back to me. after 2 days I received 1/2 of my retainer so I went back and gave them the check and told him we will see each other in Court. after that I got my full retainer in the mail that following week. I wasted over one months and a half Dealing with a JACK OF ALL TRADES Attorney....STAY AWAY!!!!
