Exterior Solutions By Craigs Roofing employees are great, they are a no mess around get the job done and get out of your hair, they are all about professionalism, treating you with courtesy and letting you know every step of the way what is to be expected, they actually came out to give my wife a bid on our outside shed and I told them I had some floors need to be completed, they jumped on it gave me a bid and got the job done. This is a great bunch of people that are locally owned and it seems to me they really appreciate the business. Bottom line is if you need projects around the house, farm, business completed call these folks you will be glad you did.

I talked with James Ice last week-end about our interest in new siding for our home. He said he would have a salesman call on Monday and Ken High called us then to arrange a visit to our home. We were so impressed with Kens professionalism. He immediately put us at ease and before he left he felt like a long-time family friend. Ken answered our questions and left the estimate with us to consider. We were so very pleased with Exterior Solutions and would recommend them to anyone considering the services of this company.

We really enjoyed talking to him and appreciate the honestly and integrity that is VERY RARE to find in the roofing business! Very happy with our pole barn building. Did have a few problems during construction but all problems were addressed and solved quickly. Will recommend this company to anyone considering having a building built.

I have no idea why this posted under my sons name but Debbie Cathey wrote this review. I would give them a zero if I could. We signed a contract with Ken High as salesman the end of February. Our roof and little bit of siding finally got finished the end of June. We are left with countless nails sticking through our wood ceiling in our living room. Against our better judgment, the end of June we paid them in full because our loan was expiring. We did the right thing by paying for the job because thats the way we do things. We had assurances from everyone that Craig would make it right. Its now September 18th and our ceiling is still ruined. Not just nails sticking through but would chipped off with almost every nail. Were not talking a few nails. Were talking hundreds. Also we have a piece of siding laying on the ground that wont stay on and a piece of trim that was never finished.****UPDATE 10/6/2017The siding was fixed immediately after I wrote the review and we have had no problems with it since. A crew has been here all this week working on our ceiling, and doing a fantastic job. The company is replacing our wood ceiling in the living room as there was no alternative solution to returning it to normal. I appreciate the company standing by their word and fixing the problem. We hired this company because of its reputation. I have no doubt that our job was the exception and not the rule. I have the utmost regard for the company for making this right.

A very large project requiring a lot of siding removal, new OSB backing and additional insulation added before new vinyl siding placed. Project was well-managed and completed on time and on budget. Finished results were exactly what we wanted and has added resale value to our home.

Craigs Roofing never finished the job they quoted for me. I found numerous items that were listed in the scope of work for this project they didnt do. I had to make them come back out to finish. Even then they still didnt finish. I finally decided just to finish the work myself. Very disappointed in this company. My conscious wont allow me to not fulfill my end of the bargain so I decided to pay them in full and move on.

Their exceptional work with bucket lift, ladders and hand tools enabled a complex photoshoot of historic stained glass windows to be completed on time, on budget and with the utmost care of these artistic treasures.

I deal with vendors all over Texas. Oklahoma and ArkansasDont waste your time, Ken the lazy sales man by far the laziest company I have worked with. Lied to me and told me they had pictures but yet never provided them. He went out for a free quote and after wards he felt USED :(. Hire a real roofing company for your future needs.
