This is a great new place for Muskogee. The manager Sean is an amazing guy. He cares about the customer! I was having a horrible day and Sean turned my whole day around with his kindness and help!

This Location is Amazing Sean was incredible in assisting with my storage needs from my move from Oregon he was very funny great people person!!Jeff was full of great advise of local area and very Helpful too, I was so Stressed walking in, Sean and Jeff made my Day and move Easy!!!

I called to extend my rental. They can’t be bothered to answer their own phones. I was told over an hour ago that my call would be answered in 12 minutes by a robot. Use budget if you value your sanity! They are less than one star in Muskogee on Shawnee.

I had the roughest Ride ever.. EVERYTHING bounced and it broke the glass on the curio cabinet.. shook us up so much.. our backs hurt. It would also go on the dirt and swerve back to the Left.. had to control. This one was not the easy Ride shock control.. I dont remember ever having a problem like this with you ha I think that truck needs to be checked out before the next ride. The company is good the price is understandable but the truck was the only problem it was a 26 foot U-Haul.. they also need to have a ticket taker for when the person is busy taking care of other people and you have to return it back on time minutes count so they should have a way for you to prove you got there in time.. js

We had an exceptional experience here and it came down to one member of staff being awesome. She explained the difference between in town and one way pickups that no other uhaul staff member had bothered to explain. She will save us thousands and keep us coming back to uhaul. I didnt catch her name but look for red hair and a super Mario tattoo!!Bravo!

The 4 stars will likely go up or down as I just picked up the rental this morning. The guy in charge this morning went to work the moment I opened the door. There was a glitch first thing but he turned it around quickly. I was out the door and on my way quickly.This is a huge operation. The lobby needs places for customers to sit down. In the future, I will go there first. The UHaul phone operation is slow...slow...slow

Great service not so good with the whole light check when renting out trailers

Always super helpful! I tend to be a little scatter brained, but every single person at the Muskogee location is so nice, and understanding!

So easy to function there. Never any problems. That takes a lot of stress out of moving!!!!Personnel are ALL great!Especially Shaun & Jeff!!

Sean was an amazing help to us during our move. Moving is never easy but moving in the ice storm was terrible. Uhaul defrosted the trucks before we got there and helped us out tremendously in more ways than one. At first we didn’t think we would need the free storage they offered with the rental of the trucks, but in the end it was a lifesaver. I normally don’t post reviews but i had to give a shout-out to Sean because he really went above and beyond for us. Thanks again.

They gave us a free month and after two days locked us out saying we are past due. What is up with that?

They tried to charge me $40 on a returned 20 foot truck saying it was late. I turned it in 22 hours early and with more gas then it started with. I was forced to call their parents company to get it sorted out, the call alone took over an hour.

I took a trailer hitch to U-Haul in Muskogee to have it installed. They had it on but took it off because they were too incompetent to clean 2 holes with either a wire brush on a drill or a tap. Children with no tools!

They were OK but didnt know much..

They are a little bit slow on helping people, but with only 1 person working it is expected. They need to hire a couple of more people. Other than that, it was a great expierence. My trailer was ready as promised. They even helped me hook it to my vehicle, and made sure the lights and everything was working before letting me leave with it. Awesome Job! They also helped me with renting a storage unit because where I was moving to wasnt ready for me. Thanks a bunch. 1st month was FREE. Cant beat that and the cost was great at $49.95 a month!!! Awesome GO UHAUL!!!

Bought a new truck and rented a trailer to haul the car home. Had great service and was in and out under an hour.

Friendly staff, all of your moving needs in one place.

Roof leaking. units not fully enclosed. stuff ended up shifted against unit door several times, or missing. Roof leaking... Got some stuff wet a few times.

Jeff at Muskogee storage is very good at taking care of the customers. I will be back.

The guy that works part time he knows what he is doing very helpful and knowledgeabl does a great job he makes it worthwhile to stop for boxes storage rentals and all he quits I might not do bissenes there anymore but a very nice facility to

In regards to this particular location, not so much uhaul as a company, its fantastic. Very understanding of situations, and are willing to cut you a deal within reason. You just gotta talk to them. I do with the storage unit was 24/7 access, but its not a deal breaker and understandable

Had my moving van ready in line for pickup. Vehicle was clean and tank was full. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I don’t understand why I have to pay $250 and then pay for gas too? I had to put gas in it when I got it, and then when returned it, I wasn’t even an inch under the full, but they made me use more gas to go fill it up? Or I was going to get charged for it on my card? Never using Uhaul again. Total bs. I spent at least $100 in gas.
