Husband and I went in for new phones. Rachel was very patient with us. She went above and beyond to help get our information transferred. She is awesome and needs a raise!!!

Went in with issue with payment. AT&T had cut off my service because my payment went to someone else’s account. Devin was awesome and moved the payment back to my account helping me get my service back on when the phone agent kept telling me that my bank made the mistake and I would have to resolve the issue with the bank. They were as confused as I was, but were definitely not confused on how to help me and I thank Devin for fixing this issue and getting my service back on. Great customer service.

Please listen very carefully to what they say. And double check all they say. Dont waste a trip up there. Any trouble you may have, you have a 1 in 10 chance of them actually helping you. As soon as my contract is over Im done with them. I had better personal service with pre paid service.

Went into the store just upgrade my tablet and the at&t employee changed my plan without asking. He canceled my home internet and switched my numbers around on my account. The plan I had was the godfather plan they offered back in 2017 with unlimited internet for our homebase box. But even know at&t messed my account they wouldnt not fix the mess up. So after 20+ years I switched companies I will never go back to at&t. Employees wouldnt even call me back.

I went into the Muskogee store on York to upgrade my very old device. We had many difficulties trying to get my info switched over because of how old my device was, but Rachel made sure to take care of me. I was able to get my information & trade in my device for money to use towards my purchase. Rachel took her time, helped me pick out accessories that looked wonderful on my new phone and put my screen protector on for me. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had in AT&T.
