Outstanding service performed by Todd. He went out of his way to see that the job was done correctly. He went to town ×2 to obtain parts and to get a crucial part that was missing from a purchase he had made. Overall we could not have had a better person than Todd. We would be happy to have him do all plumbing related repairs in the future.

We were ok with the first plumber yet he was unable to do the work because of being to big to fit where needed. The next plumber was oh my goodness, plum out lied all the time. The last one got the work done no problem, would recommend him to anyone.

Daniel was at our front door quickly after our emergency (backed up toilets & drains) was called in. Diagnosed and FIXED the problem quickly. Explained everything and told us how to minimize damage should this ever occur again. 5 STARS!

Made mistake and quoted a non holiday price to come out Easter Sunday. Called back and explained its double rate on holiday so she bumped me up to same day service for quoted price. Tech worked quick and problem resolved quickly. Guarentee for 6 months work performed and clean main from roots. Very happy. Reasonable price for expedited service. Would have been cheaper if I was willing to wait a few days.

The roto rooter repairman, Dakota, is the absolute best repair person I’ve had since living here. He’s conscientious, polite, and went above and beyond to find and fix my septic system problem. Then he cleaned the area and neatly rolled all my hoses.No other company did everything necessary.Dakota has an excellent work ethic and deserves a raise.

He was so nice and quick. He had our garbage disposal unclogged in less than half an hour the same day we called! And it cost so much less than we thought it was going to be!

The 2 service technicians were great! They dug down to my water main to add a main cutoff for the house and were very professional. They also fixed leaks at my washer and had to replace the faucets. Overall I think they were priced very reasonable! Would recommend!

Both men were neat and clean. They were pleasant and explained what was damaged and needed repair. I was impressed with the way they worked as a team. How they gathered up the tools and their supplies and divided the work between them. I will definitely use them again and tell family and friends about theyre good service.

Buddy Rose was the plumber who assisted me and he went above and beyond to find and repair the leak at my home. He was quick to respond, professional, great at communicating what was going on, got the job done in a timely manner, did not give up even though it was challenging and cleaned up when finished. He followed up too making sure everything was done correctly and to my satisfaction.

Called on Thursday morning, they had a plumber at my home on Friday afternoon. Everyone I spoke to over the phone was pleasant and helpful. Dakota, the plumber, was very friendly and professional. I felt the price was a little steep ($239 for 10 minutes worth of work to unclog a toilet), but it was something I couldnt figure out myself.Overall it was good experience. Friendly, professional people.

Main drain was clogged, called Monday morning and by 10:00am they were at the house. Took about 30 minutes total and they removed roots that were causing clog. Very professional and fast service, 182$ total. Would recommend and will use them again if needed, Dakota and David were great.

After waiting 3 days for another company, I called Roto Rooter. They were able to get to me the next morning. The two young men showed up promptly and had my lateral line unclogged within a few minutes. They took time to remove some roots, and left me with some root killer to treat my septic tank with. Very polite, very professional. I will be using their services in the future.

Todd and Wes came out to find the leak and repair. The damage was in the crawl space and because it is poorly designed, they had to find alternate ways to reach the leak. They never quit, expressed dismay or gave any negativity. Both were pleasant, patient and incredible workers. I will keep this company on speed dial.

They were here extra long (I thought) really got in the mud & mess cleaning up there & our mess they were very professional explaining what had happened how to avoid it again... I was very happy with how friendly and professional my plumber was. He even offered to clean up a little bit of dirt that fell off his shoes while working on my leak. Unfortunately the guy had several jobs in front of mine and was late getting to my house but never made me feel like it was a bother. Would definitely recommend this company.

The service technician that came to our house was thorough and professional. He checked the main line for blockage and let us know what our problem was. The overall price was fairly expensive. The scheduling service was not as great. We was supposed to get a call in the morning to schedule our service. By noon we still hadn’t heard from anyone and I made a call and was told they would call again. Later in the day I received a call saying the tech had called me and missed me so moved on to another job. I had not received a call. Again someone was supposed to call me. At 5pm still no call and again I called and was told the same thing again. They finally called and showed up around 630-7 pm. They seem to do good work but could do better with scheduling and making/keeping appointments.thank you for your response, the phone call I was referring to as never been recd is the one the receptionist told me the tech made to me at 10am that morning to tell me he was on his way and then went on to another job. There was no call made to me by the tech until that evening when he was almost to my house around 630pm. I was not referring to the call from the dispatch people at 2:34 that afternoon. The call around 2:30 was the call that was telling me that I had missed the call from the tech, thats the one that never came. Thanks again.

These guys came out to pump my aerobic septic system out and once again they were very courteous and informative. Hopefully I don’t have any more plumbing issues for a while but when I do I will be using them again!

The two gentlemen who came to my house were professional. Both had on masks as well as gloves. Found where the leak was under my kitchen sink and replaced that silver pipe with a PVC one. Excellent customer service to go along with excellent expertise and labor.

Alex, the service tech, went above and beyond, explaining things to me for future knowledge. He was very professional and communicated the cause of the water leaks and testing everything twice before leaving. Definitely will use their services again. He did advise me I shouldve received a photo of him but I did not. Thats an additional service most dont provide so wont deduct for that. I didnt price compare. I paid for a new toilet valve and supply line, and a sink coupling plus clearing a clog 🤦🏾‍♀️. Total $156. Knowledge and greater confidence about updating this plumbing, priceless.

Todd and West came and took care of the sewage clog and roots . They also showed me what was the problem and also potential future problems I may have with my very old line. West and Todd also gave me options for making sure it wont happen again. Very Happy with there service and professionalism.

I called to rooter of Tahlequah. The dispatcher stated the company was in Tahlequah and it would be 165 to clear the sewer line. The tech arrived cleared the line and then charged 254 for the service. The technician stated that there was a $75 charge for fuel to drive from muskogee. I was told I was dealing with a Tahlequah company. I dont recommend roto rooter. Times must be tough to be this dishonest with a customer.

Impossoble to get to clog on my own. They did a great job unstopping it. And friendly, curteous service as well.

Technician was thorough, professional, quick and had the equipment to complete the task at hand without delay. Able to see the problem and bring results. Installed new water tank and fixed water lines that were all tangled.

I had a main drain blocked which turned into a broken main sewer pipe in my front yard (ancient clay pipes, NOT the plumbers fault). They came out around 9am to replace the sewer pipe & were done before dinner. Todd & Dakota went above & beyond. I needed to move some flowers that were in the way. They told me not to worry, it wouldnt be a problem to remove them for me. And they did! No harm to the plants either! It was nice to hear them enjoying their work (they were actually singing while they were working) & not hear a bunch of vulgar language or cursing which if youre being honest we all do sometimes. It put my mind at ease that my work would be quality. They displayed pride in the work they were doing. They answered all my questions without hesitation. When the job was complete, they ensured I was satisfied & made sure I knew if any problems arose, to call them. I would highly recommend the services of these two men! I was very hesitant to use a bigger name company but this particular branch of the company is top notch in my opinion.

Too expensive. It cost me 149 for them to tell me i didnt need my water heater replaced. They talked to me for 10 minutes and left. I was informed that they reported they were here for 1 hour 36 minutes but they honestly were here no more than 15 minutes at most. No work was done.

Brandon from rotorooter did an excellent job fixing our drainage issue in our basement. He was very professional, friendly, and hard working. He made sure all necessary details were addressed and even planned ahead for our future remodel and made changes now so that we wouldnt have to in the future. He cleaned up the area daily and often worked late in the day just to make sure he didnt leave a job unfinished. He was frequently communicating with us to make sure we knew exactly what was happening and was very clear and upfront with pricing. Highly recommend him!
