I suffer from severe anxiety so being able to just jump up and go see a Dr. is terrifying for me, but as soon as I saw this office was able to help me meet my needs over a video call I was relieved. This time the use of Okie MMJ Doctor was for my renewal license. I answered questions regarding my chronic condition and what forms seemed to work best, sent a copy of my id. It was simple and easier than my initial license. I felt so safe in doing it via my computer/cellphone instead of going somewhere in person since I have an autoimmune disorder. I had set up an appointment for my boyfriend yesterday with Dr. Hightower. The doctor call went good and Dr. Hightower said he would email his recommendation. My boyfriend still has not received any emails. We have tried to call multiple times and nobody answered. We have left voicemails and have not received any return calls yet.Update: After calling 6 more times we finally got through to a very helpful lady named Ashley. She said that the email had been sent out last night and didn’t know what had happened to it. She was able to send it out right away. Thank you Ashley!

Worked out great, the appointment took only 5 minutes and I received my referral right after. The appointments are scheduled in 15 minute sessions so be sure not miss or be late to yours or you will be marked as a no-show.

Originally I was sceptical bc I was unlucky enough to schedule an appointment while their system was down and didnt get a confirmation at my original date. However, as soon as they fixed it they called me and offered to either reschedule or refund my appointment. Both Bri and their IT person (whose name I cant remember) were genuinely sincere with their apology and my new appointment went smoothly - I got my renewal in less than 10 minutes and was able to submit to the OMMA easily thanks to the tutorial they sent after the appointment. This is the best deal in OKC. They really helped me out. My license was expired a year before it was suppose to be. These guys guided me to who I needed to speak with and had my license extended for a full year till 22!!! And to top it all off they still followed up with me after the fact.
