All packages I receive from Amazon that are Out for Delivery from UPS Muskogee are horrible. My packages are always half open. Many times when Amazon shows I have a delivery today and tomorrow its 95% chance this UPS holds up my delivery today and combined it tomorrow smh?Update: 10/1/2021Dont know if its a coincidence or purposely orchestrated by UPS but after I gave my negatives review... One of my Amazon order is running late or lost in transition and another one is on hold like they cant find my address anymore. Geez. Wish Amazon let their customer choose their carrier. Id pay $50 more just to have FedEx deliver.

Service was okay, but only one person inside at a time, the rest had to stand out in the elements. The day I was there it was hot and sunny. And their hours of operations is just a couple of hours in the afternoon.

Well I have video of the employees unloading various packages from Amazon and other places just throwing the packages around and onto the ground. There were no cares given to the welfare of the contents. I tried posting the video here but of course it wont allow me to. But Im gonna try to add some good screenshots of the video.

These people while not always happy to see ME are great! They are good at their jobs. Always professional and I look forward to seeing them in the future, as sometimes I just cannot wait for the big brown truck to get to my house. Thx yall

This location hours are 4:30pm - 6:30pm for both pickups and drop offs.There is a UPS drop box for pre paid boxes by side door.Very fast efficient service.

Never deliver to my house which is all the way at the end of the road. Always just drops it off on the ground bout 1/2 mile from the house or house down the road. And all they say is sorry . Rain or shine just throw it out there . Way to go Muskogee.

FedEx, Amazon, the USPS can find my address with no problems. UPS on the other hand, are completely incompetent and provide terrible customer service.The driver reported he couldn’t find my house. Second time in 2 weeks. My phone number is on my shipping label. Call me!

I live in a gated community. UPS has left packages at the unmanned gate and said delivered. They leave packages at the wrong addresses. They drive like maniacs. I gave them one star because a lower rating is not possible.

Really need to get rid of one driver in particular. He’s lazy and doesn’t care to read the address on the packages and delivers them where ever he sees fit. If he’s delivering my packages I ALWAYS have to go find them! I call and complain everytime but apparently it doesn’t matter.Every other driver finds the address I use no problem.

Absolutely horrible delivery service! Delivers my packages everywhere EXCEPT my address. Then when you call about a missing package, they tell you theres nothing they can do about it.

Horrible delivery. Delivers my package to the wrong address and let someone sign for it and doesn’t check to make sure the signature matches the name on the package. NEED TO MAKE THEM DO A READING TEST AND MAKE SURE THEY HAVE COMMON SENSE. Only place I have problems with when it comes to deliveries.

Friendly staff. HOWEVER, disgustingly dirty! Needs to be updated and CLEANED. (MOSTLY CLEANED.). Hours are not customer-friendly. 4:30-6:30 M-F doesn’t begin to fit into everyone’s work schedule. I had to leave work early to get there! (I work an hour and a half away from this center, and UPS would not reroute my packages to a closer pick-up center)

Amazon USPS fedex and dhl all can find my address but UPS says street is invalid

Every time they cant find address wont call me. Takes 3 weeks to get package because Google address location is wrong and they wont call for directions. Beyond that drove an hour to Muskogee to pick it up because they can never find address, because gps is wrong. The guy behind counter was rude. Would not walk back and get off cart. 3rd time to have a package supposed delivered 2 times before they dropped it off at another place and we never found it. This time waited on the side if the road on the side of the road in the heat and had another at the other end of road and still havent seen nothing.....super mad!!! I will be sure never to us UPS again!!!@@

This is the SECOND time.. 2 out of 2 that UPS has NOT delivered my package and the driver has lied about it! AND I only put 1 star because that is the worst it will allow you to put on it... It should be -10 stars for the runaround they have given me AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never fails; I’ve lived in the same spot for over ten years; UPS always failS to deliver my package on time and the carrier will make up some lie that they couldn’t find the address at 6:25-6:30pm and update it so late on the system so I don’t contact the store; I have to call and inform the office each time this certain carrier will NOT deliver my packages on time.... not very good ethics

They only are open from 4:30 to 6:30 and theres no parking. They dont have any packaging. All they do is take your packages and only for 2 hours.

I had something ship to my dads house from texas using usp got here friday and their is no package left on the pourch the man sign for my package when the only one who was to recive it and sign for it was my father i get better service and honest service with amazon dilivery,fedex, and DHL THAN I DO WITH UPS. This has been the second time and packages come up missing from ups

We have had nothing but problems with UPS out of Muskogee!!! If we could give them a negative star rating we would!!! On a regular basis there is a new excuse for the driver to not deliver our packages. The latest reason the driver gave was that our place did not look like a residence. Even though they have been here dozens of times since we moved here a year ago. The driver will also say they deliver packages when they do NOT! If you are able to use any other delivery service I would definitely recommend that and not use anything coming out of Muskogee!!

Zero consistency with this business. I literally get a food subscription box every single week, and it never fails, it’s late, filthy dirty, is delivered to the WRONG house and I have to go find it, or just doesn’t show up at all. Maybe not a big deal, but when it’s FOOD that needs to be delivered and refrigerated ASAP, it’s infuriating when it arrives 3 days late or not at all. I’ve contacted the office and they don’t care. Super frustrating because I’ve never had issues with UPS until moving to this area. Huge thumbs DOWN.

They are not delivering package saying rds bad, well I have had 3 diff company deliver from Tulsa today but your driver just does not want come up here all rds are very good here n in Muskogee also, so what the deal ya not worth the salt it takes you to live

I dont know what it is about this location but it is absolutely atrocious how fed up with them. There are simple instructions on our packages to deliver to a small building on the westside of our business and yet they do not listen nor care. There is like one driver that will do it and even call me but she is a substitute driver for them. I have physically gone into this location many times to try and sort it out to no avail. Not getting these packages could cost my work a lot of money!!! Im so sick and tired of having the same issue over and over again. Use FedEx if you want it done right.

Do not know why they cannot just come down my driveway and leave my packages on my truck! LIKE I SAID TO!! instead of tossin my packages on the ground at my gate that is 1/8 of a mile from my house! Just drive down my driveway and leave it on my flatbed! Wouldn’t even have to get out of his truck

IF I COULD HIT MINUS STARS I WOULD. IM LIVID. Been tracking my package that I need to ship to my customers, I watch the driver go all over town, at one point just a block from me. Then at 5:30 hes parked at the hub in Muskogee. Cool its almost here right? WRONG so itll be here by 9, no worries right? WRONG AGAIN. Its 9:36p just got off the phone with UPS CSR that was hard to understand (outsourced) and she said my package will be here by 9pm. I explained its 9:22 she said, oooh no concern yourself, it will be there no worries. omg. I say so what youre saying itll be here Tomorrow at 9pm. She said AGAIN No it will be there today at 9p I AGAIN explained it is 9:25 its Past 9pm. Then she tells me to call the person that shipped the package. I said please call the driver and see what the status is, she puts me on silent hold comes back and said my package will be here TONIGHT at 9p. omg! So I requested to speak with supervisor she puts me back in the system. WTH no updated text saying its delayed nothing. So I sat waiting when I could have been doing other errands, instead of missing a days work. I will NOT be using UPS for my business consider me a canceled customer for shipping. FedEx is more expensive but at least they deliver when they say. We moved from Taqh to Hulbert almost a year ago. Updated the app and everything, and they still change the correct address to our old apartment. We have had a 10k check from our home lending company delivered wrong....my grandsons lap top from school delivered wrong and quite a few other things. Call and supposedly fix problem yet here we are again in parking lot of old apartment waiting to track down the driver who has a package. Its stupid to have to do this all the time.

Absurd they can’t seem to find my address due to their driving 60 mph down the dirt road and I’m on the top of a steep hill, I even watch them get air jumping it as they pass by, then it takes 3 days for them to find it and a hour drive to try and get it out between the 2 hours their “open” I wish they would just quit being a shipping company at this point. If it’s a signature needed package they need to be able to track it down to less than 11 hour window and in most cases they won’t deliver anyway!!

GPS has gone so far down in quality that I am surprised they are still working business. I had to go there to pick up a package that Amazon sent me because their driver could not find my house .The man at the counterwas very full of himself and he made sure he helped all the people on the phone before he got to me.when I try to explain to him that my address is valid and has been for more than 25 years he wanted no part of my knowledge.A year ago UPS would have been my first choice to ship a package.Now I would not ship a package using them

Screw this place. Hours are very inconvenient and how do you deliver my package to an ABANDONED trailer house????? My boyfriend and I had to go grab it off the trailer parked house’s porch at nighttime. If my boyfriend can see in the dark, EASILY that the trailer house’s door is kicked in, then I’m pretty sure whatever UPS driver could see it even easier during the day. Like Seriously? 😡😡 I think the manager needs to have a meeting with the delivery people.

After finding my house a dozen times in the past few years, UPS cant seem to find it anymore. My husband had ordered something a month ago and it still has not been delivered. UPS sent a post card to inform us that they will return the package on a certain date. We received it three days after it had already been shipped back to the sender. After contacting the sender, my husband got them to try again and he made sure our address was correct. We used both rural route address and 911 address. Today, they are saying that our street number is wrong. My husband is a little upset with them and asked them to just put it in a @$%^ envelope and mail it to him.There is no way to contact them to figure out a solution, and they sure as heck wont contact you even though they have your phone number. UPS seems to not care about customer satisfaction anymore. If your sender is using UPS, you would be better off asking them to just use the United States Postal Service instead. It might be a week getting to you, but it is still faster than UPS.

The employees who deliver to me have gained stars in heaven. I dont know who they are, but they truly go way beyond the call of duty! I live in Porum at 243rd Street South. More than once they have climbed over our locked gate to deliver packages to my front door in pouring rain! I wish to express our deep appreciation and respect to these incredible individuals and would love to reward them somehow! A heartfelt thank you and may God richly bless you!💖

Has to be the WORST excuse for a delivery service. FedEx & USPS have no issues with deliveries then these jokers drive past my house EVERYDAY & refuse to stop. I’ve had to stand by the road & flag them down every time just so they’ll stop! Customer service has no solution to the issue either so wouldn’t even waste time on hold.

Muskogee distribution center is the laziest, rudest and most incompetent place I have ever had to deal with. Because of this I have completely QUIT using UPS

Was returning two packages to Amazon via UPS pick up. First pick up day I thought I had missed him but he left now message or labels for me so I do not even know if he stopped here. Second attempt at pick up via Amazon request and driver claims he knocked he did NOT. Talked to supervisor claims driver knocked I said well your driver is a liar. I was told by supervisor they only make one attempt and I would have to drop off at a drop location. Worst driver and customer service I have ever seen.

Home delivery with UPS never ever works. They always list: undeliverable due to incorrect address. It is the 911 address issued by Sequoyah County and is on my mailbox for the USPS for the past 4 years. Fed Ex finds me everytime. I wish we could select the delivery service with all home deliveries. Maybe then UPS would be able to find my house.

9/17/2019 @11:30a. UPS driver out by Sequoyah Bay State Park near Okay OK, nearly hit my wife while she was riding her street bike... if she had not swerved and dove off the road they would have hit her. I have personally seen the drivers in that area driving too fast and not paying attention. What if that had been my son on his bike out there? Come on people.

10/17/18 Driver failed to deliver 2nd package.The first was not a problem (same address), claimed the address was incorrect, went in to correct the address and it was correct.update: 10/18/18 Package went from being incorrect address to being lost/never received.How can a non existent package make it through 5 arrival and departure scans with out anyone knowing?Back Country has been great, shopped me out another.Update 12/19/2018 UPS eventually found the package and delivered it, After the shipper had already replaced it, so had to pay to have it shipped back to the shipper.

The drop off point at Hoopes hardware store cashier is rude. This facility is not capable of handling your packages in a professional manner.

First they could not find my address which is less than a mile away from them. and then the said i would have to come and pick my package up from there store, they are only open 2 hours a day! from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. what the heck 😡 i have never had problems in any other area.. must just be this location of UPS they need to step there service up or they will end up like blockbuster...

HORRIBLE! It took them 17 days to deliver a package to my business that was supposed to be here in 4 days! The customers didnt receive their items any where near Christmas. They showed up an hour before my business opened to finally deliver in January and refused to bring it back and deliver it during store hours. Then I called and asked them to make sure that they dont leave any packages on a Monday because we are closed, and sure enough they left the package outside for 24 hours on a Monday. Use Fed-Ex or USPS if you are in Muskogee.

Had a package set to deliver. Didnt happen. Second day out for delivery, the driver pulls up my driveway but didnt deliver a package, just leaves! 3rd day out for delivery, my package finally arrives, and its filthy! Not just the box, I pulled out my sons brand new convertable car seat and its covered in dusty dirt. Just terrible! 3days out for delivery and then it arrives filthy! Ugh!

My wife ordered a new purse from Coach. The package arrived in Muskogee according to tracking. Low and behold the package came up missing. UPS offered to refund the shipping charges but we have to eat the $138 charged for the purse. An employee took it upon themselves to take our package and the company takes no responsibility. Shsm . What a joke.

I usually dont have too much of a problem with them. I have my app set up to have packages delivered to my front door. Sometimes they leave them under my carport which is ok. But TODAY I had 2 packages left at the end of my LONG driveway on the SIDE OF THE ROAD!!!!! Anyone could have drove by and stole my packages!!!! This is lazy and unacceptable!!!!! These are expensive items to just lay by the road!!!

Five Stars for sure!!The only delay in receiving my package was the sender. I was notified on Friday that my package (coming from CA) would arrive on Wednesday, by the end of the business day (6:00) . On Tuesday morning I received an update stating that my package would arrive that day. I thought I would have to rearrange my errands to the next day, since I didnt know what time the UPS truck would arrive. He got here at 10:00, offered to carry the package for me, and I was able to run my errands as originally scheduled. I will use UPS in the future.Ive always had good and friendly service from these guys, but this is the first time Ive left feedback.

I was home when the status was updated to delivery attempted not safe location or signature required. No one came to my house at all. No one attempted anything. When I went to pick up my package the next day the customer service center is only open 430-630 PM.... What kind of service is that?

Two men delivered a package to me at 10:30 tonight. They are serious about keeping their commitment to their customers. My package could have waited but their extra efforts proved to me that they are committed to their customers. Thank you both. Your commitment to your company and customers is impressive.

Had some important papers sent to me they said they delivered it to my door on the 8th here it is the 24th still no papers last time I use these guy not to mention they cant drive to save their life Ive had at least 4 ups drivers damn near run me off the road last week and im a driver myself thankfully not for them

UPS in Muskogee OK, sucks, driver said he attempted to deliver my package at 4:50 pm today and I was right here at my house. He never even came here. Then Customer service said I could go pick it up, and of course they close at 6pm. What a bunch of low lifes.

What can brown do for you? NOTHING!!! Its almost like they are trying to make their service impossible to use - really dont know how they are still in business, at least in this area. Had to return something via Amazon so was required to send it back the way it came (UPS); otherwise, I would have used ANY other available option. Unfortunately, 0 stars was not an option...

The absolute worst UPS facility and delivery service that I have ever had the displeasure to deal with! Their facility hours are ridiculous with hours from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM Monday through Friday. Really inconvenient.Delivery is terrible with personnel that obviously cannot read where to place packages, and packages damaged by rain as well as mud.

Window of opportunity for dropping off your packages is VERY small, but the employee working at the front office was very accommodating.They make the best of what little resources they have.

My parcels expected delivery was 9-28. The package was in Muskogee at 5:48AM on the 28th.It was not delivered till October 1st. Other delivery services at least give me the option to manage my delivery. To pick it up myself for instance.I am very disappointed!!!

Wish there was an option for no stars. They are rude and disrespectful. They do not honor requests and when reporting to the manager that their employees are not customer friendly nothing changes. FedEx is 100% recommended over ups. At least FedEx knows the value of a customer!

Delivered my package 1 block down the street. I delivered packages for years and never delivered the package to the wrong house. Whats up UPS.

They NEVER seem to find my address to delivery package, but all other delivery companies can find us just fine.

Driver told me i had put the wrong address on my order which I hadnt so the package was late, then it barely snowed and said they werent going to deliver it even though fed ex was still running and roads werent bad, they are supposed to deliver on Saturday but my package still says it wont be delivered because of weather and the roads are clear! And I can go just pick it up cause the facility is closed on Saturday! What sense does it make to deliver on Saturday but then not do it and not open the customer center!!! And I would have already had all my packages if they would have just drove! Literally everyone else drove that day!!!!!

Last three UPS shipments they said they attempted to deliver but no one came to the address nor left a door tag. I had to go to the service center to pick up my own order. Very unreliable.

I have never had a problem with ups getting my stuff here. But I ordered a package and if said delivered but no where to be found...and then the company reported sent the package and same thing. Said it was delivered last night and we couldnt find it....Update! I received my package today. :-) I guess it just got over looked or scanned wrong.

USPS and FEDEX find my home every time. UPS drives by everyday to deliver packages in my neighborhood, but can’t find my house for some reason! This is so frustrating that my packages ALWAYS get held up if they go through this Muskogee UPS.

I have had three packages this week that I paid express shipping on and never received! although ups is saying they attempted to deliver the items (which they never showed up!) and now they are saying my address is incorrect so they cant deliver my items! now I have to drive forty-five minutes and waste my gas (which means more money) to get my packages because they are trying to send my packages back to sender! I would highly advise that nobody use ups for shipping!

USPS & FedEx can find my house without any problems. What can brown do for me? Constantly deliver my packages to the wrong address!Im in Checotah (Enchanted Oaks area) and the UPS driver can NEVER find my address and always delivers my packages to the street behind me (my address is clearly visible on both sides of my standard mailbox) and I have given up on rectifying this with UPS because they admitted that they dont know why the driver cant find my house. My solution was that I gave my phone number to the resident at the location that always receives my packages and they thankfully call me whenever theres been a misdelivery.They know that I check the tracking status and that they cant fib about deliveries.

I think the problem is they have a driver that just refuses to do his job . One day they deliver to my house and the next day they cant find the address . What a joke .

Every time something gets shipped to me through them its messed up somehow. Funny story. My friend was waiting on the front porch for his wifes ring to show up. Lucky he was out there because the driver doesnt even slow down, and throws it in the general direction of the front yard.

UPS shows false tracking info on where a package is and when it is out for delivery. In other words looks like they input false data into the system, because they can not deliver on time. .

Package required signature. We were home all afternoon and evening. No one ever came to the house with a delivery, but they tagged it as no one was home to sign. Lies! I needed that shipment for the next day on Saturday. Now I wont receive it until Monday! Very disappointed.

Customer Service is awful. I will avoid shipping thru them, buying anything that is shipped thru them, and I will tell everyone I know in person, and online, to never use UPS.

Delivery guy called from a private number (which I dont answer due to security) left a voicemail with no way to get back in touch with him, called ups and they sent it to muskogee office to be picked up......theyre only open for two hours a day!!! Ups really REALLY needs to work on their delivery guys and their service!!!!!
