Nicely stocked and super clean Store. One of the larger store layouts.Aisles were nicely marked as to what was in each. We had never shopped here prior, but with great signage we were able to get in and out fast and back to the jobsite.Very friendly cashier.Huge selection of mowers and grills outside.Easy in and out of parking lot with larger truck and trailer.

Got an email that my order is ready. Did curbside pick up. Checked in the app. Called them twice while Im parked outside, went in to the store to tell them I outside. Its been over an hour and still have not got my products. Lots of their staff just standing around front desk. SMH

Clean store for the most part. The employees were nice. They dont know where there product is. I bought a few things to have delivered, told the employees where to find it. On delivery day they didnt have my stuff. Said they couldnt find it. I went to the store and the stuff I bought were still in the same spot!

We drove to several specialty stores for our part needed. Everyone was out of stock. We really didnt think Lowes would have it. But, they did! I wish we had saved ourselves alot of time and just gone there first. Now we know.

I always enjoy a great hardware store and this is a great one where you can find almost anything. Friendly staff but they arent the most volunteering to help. I wandered about for quite some time looking for assistance before finally giving up and leaving without the items I hunted. Couldnt locate one item at all and the one lady I did ask sent me to another department letting me know she had no idea outside her area what was what. Frustratingly enough no one was in the other department at all so after trying to find someone for a half hour or more I left.

Went there today in Muskogee Oklahoma, the customer service was so nice, we met with associate Corey, a very nice and helpful young man! Thank you for helping us. 🤗

Like shopping online but going in the store was crazy! No masks worn by employees, no social distancing, the store was packed and always is when we go. Need to work on finding knowledgeable and more helpful employees. I asked an employee to help my kids and I load three rugs and he was downright rude. He supposedly went to get help we finally gave up and walked out

Waited 30 minutes for some to come to electric for help that never showed up. Slow,slow service & it seems to be getting worse evertime I visit. Need a home depot or manardes around.

We ordered and paid for a freezer Tuesday the 7 of September told to call Thursday 9th no answer,Friday the 20 nothing Sunday the 12th, nothing! So..whats the deal. Is our freezer there?? I tried for an hr Thursday the 7th to get someone and nothing! This is the Muskogee,Oklahoma store!

This store seems to be improving, it had a lull for awhile. I love the self check outs.

When you go there, the employees standing around talking another employee just sitting there listening.You ask them a question, I will answer as quickly as possible to get rid of you. As far as helping you no they wont help at allyou.at all..

This place is funny. One trip I get the best service, and the next ill get an associate that hasnt a clue about customer service. Last time I was in, got a VERY helpful woman that knew what I needed, didnt have it in stock, but was able to find me a way of cobbling together some other parts that saved the day. Five stars for the great employees, and a smack to the head for some of the others...

Love this place. Prices on everything has gone way up. So Im not coming here until it does drop. They need to keep track of stock. Especially the nut/bolt section. I find Amazon to be the better place to go for them now. Essentials basically.

Horrible customer service. Waited in line for over 30 minutes to get a refund because the third party delivery service Lowes uses could not find our address. The management team here is lacking professional people skills. Hopefully Home Depot opens up a store in Muskogee soon!

The staff at this stores garden center is nothing short of superb. Everyone was friendly, helpful and instantly were helpful in everything that we were looking for and folks we put them to the test. A huge load of concrete block for the new flowers and the new flowers speak for themselves. Things have gotten expensive, especially for those like us on fixed income. Everything that we bought went straight into the ground, and it’s all alive and healthy. Thank you LOWES!!!

Never get help in any department. Called and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes before I just left the store without buying a new riding lawn mower. I spent over $2000 on appliances and it was a nightmare the week before. Ill just pay more from now on and shop the local ace hardware from now on. Less agitating

Cashier in lawn and garden the evening of June 4 was too busy talking to her husband about their bills coming due, so she wasn’t able to greet or thank the customers properly. He should probably leave and let her do her job.

Place was clean, inside and out. Went for flowers and soup to make planters. Very good selection, and 3 weeks later, the plants are all still alive and thriving. Staff was friendly and helpful.

They had what I wanted at the advertised price and the staff was helpful as always

Service is terrible. Went to lowes to purchase a zero turn mulching mower. Could easily have been a $6,000 + purchase. Looked outside. Sign said inquire inside. 25 minutes later someone finally showed up. However, heKnew nothing about the mowers, the difference in their various functions. Also was unable to provide info on the electric zero turn munching mower. That department really needs help. The last time I came to purchase a 2 hose reels. The employee refused to put in cart or take to front. They were in very large boxes and were very heavy. Then no one was available to take to my car. I am a petite 81 year old lady.Too bad lowes....you must do better!

Great customer service Ill explain, so I had recently moved to Muskogee OK, and needed to go to Lowes for new home cleaning supplies and thought this would be a great time to return a piece of duct that I had been meaning to take back. So I did and ran into a snag at customer service when they couldnt find the item in their stock, but I was adamant about having bought it there, so they excepted the return, and gave me a gift card which I used for the supplies. When I got home and told my wife about the return issue, she says, well thats because you bought that at home depot, babe 😳. So yea, great customer service, thank you and I apologize for that misunderstanding. Lol

Purchased four sheets of sheetrock, asked the cashier if somebody could help. Waited for 20 mins. still no help if it werent for another customer walking by I asked him he could help. Thank you to that man. Finally made it to loading zone started loading sheetrock myself, two sheets load since they come in twos. Started sliding remaining sheets. And if its not for kind, (other customers), task was completed for loading sheetrock. Maybe I should have had it delivered, but for that small of an order I dont know how long or days it would take. Enough complaining time to hang tape and mud!

Love this store. But they still need more checkers on duty.

But I forgot a bag out there I tried and tried and tried to get hold customer service theres no way to get ahold of them so you dialed the other departments you ask them to transfer you to customer service they do and nobody answers customer service so you need to change your phone thing where theres a button for customer service only we were on the phone with them for 3 hours just to see if one bag was out there finally my husband had to drive an hour back to the store to get this back because nobody was answering. DO NOT BUY FROM LOWES APP or lowes. com. The entire new system they use is either faulty or every employeeof the store needs training on how to use it. But If you need items go to the store and physical pick them up yourself.I spent over $1450, on April 12th, on an order of fence panels that were IN STOCK (ordered 32 had 62-68 in stock), paid the $89 delivery fee and set it for the first available date which was Monday the 19th. Called Saturday the 17th an dwas told by a woman that it was all on schedule for Monday they 19th. Well on Wednesday the 21st I had to call them to find out why nothing had been delivered and no one had made ANY contact.A man In delivery told me they accidentally sold my already paid for panels and now I have to wait till May 4th to get the items I paid for! He said their systems do NOT take sold inventory out of the system until its delivered. He said it was the cashiers responsibility to check inventory and orders and do the math to see whats actually available. But he told me he was expecting 2 trucks and might be able to deliver it sooner than may 4th if I called Friday or Monday (today). I call and a lady in delivery now tells me that they were NEVER in stock and wasnt helpful at all. She was rude and short with me. After hanging up I called back and asked customer service if theyre website inventory could be wrong by 60+ items. The lady made a surprised noise and told me No way.Well that proves that they are lying to customers and selling already sold items that they have no rights to. Ive contacted corporate, made an official complaint and am waiting to hear back from a corporate official.DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT THIS STORE. Go to ANY other store you can before you risk being disrespected and mistreated.

I waited 1 and a half hours to get lumber but no one could help. I left with an empty trailer and another person had been waiting longer than me and left too. They need more help in lumber area and more that can operate a fork lift.. management needs to be much better. And better customer service.

I had the best experience I have ever had. The salesman was very nice and answered all my questions. The two employees who delivered my order were super. They went out of their way to insure my experience was a good one. They were without a doubt super people. To say they were great is an understatement. They were awesome. It would be wonderful if all emotes were as good as these two. I was totally impressed.

Lowes has slipped that dont restock there shelfs just the high use items that have let go everybody that knew what thay were doing there definitely in a death spiral hope that pull out of it I hope home depot will buy them out

Wasnt very pressed. Went searching for help and was turned away on several times when needing help finding lamp and sink accessories. Was given shoddy directions to the bathroom as well and to top it off the bathroom was very filthy.

I used to love this place. Always helpful always friendly. They have recently hired an entire new set of associates. When I go in and ask for help they arent able to or refuse to. I just recently got off the phone with trying to call the store. I waited 13 minutes and 18 seconds, just waiting for someone to answer. It finally quit ringing and gave me a busy signal. Which I had no choice but to hang up. This place is the the only place in town to get the things I need to finish my home. With the horrible customer service I have received lately I am beginning to think I need to drive several miles away just to get the service they should already be giving the customers. I have spent $1000s here recently and would not like to have to change due to arrogance. Please, fire the current crew and hire someone who will do their job.

I wish I could score this place better, but I am really tired of looking up items online, it saying that the item is in stock, then me driving all the way across town, and it being sold out. This happens about 9 out of every 10 times that I try. They really need to audit their counts.

It was easy and hassle free to shop at Lowes. The workers were helpful and friendly.

Today we were shopping for several items, but specifically for a venetian blind. We needed to have it trimmed and waited for more than 25 minutes for help. This was despite 3 calls for assistance.We have spent thousands of dollars at the Lowes store in Muskogee, OK over the years, but we probably wont go back there.We want to thank the young man who tried 3 times to get us help. Too bad he wasnt trained to trim blinds.

They have what you need sometimes but there is NEVER anyone around to help you. It’s like they hide from the customers so they don’t have to help you. They never have lumber like the other stores and the shelf will be out of a item and the manager will say “don’t think we have any” then he checks his phone and they have 280 in the back but none out front.... like what? Also they are very slow I place orders weekly for $500-$2000 of lumber and it takes 3 days minimum for them to pull it and have it ready so I place the same order at Bixby or Broken Arrow and it’s ready for pickup in 2-4 hours every time. When you do need something pulled the manager will say I’ll get it and then 1-2 hours later you’ll still be waiting
