I’ve been suggested Suddenlink back in January 2021 and It is September 2021 and I’ve had my internet out 4 times or not working. It’s ridiculous when you pay $67+ dollars for Broken Service. I just want what I paid for and it to work. Been out of service since Friday won’t have a solution till Tuesday👎
I have had the utmost perfect service & communication with Suddenlink thus far. Their customer service is top notch friendly & helpful. Our home internet service is superb. We have multiple people online for school, gaming, work, etc & no issues at all. 10 stars !!
Internet speed has been steadily decreasing over the past 2 years and they have given us no reasons as to why this might be the case. It also goes out for entire days at a time, not counting the 6 weeks it was out during the hurricane. Not worth your money at all. Any satellite internet provider will have better speeds than their fiber optic.
This is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. I would give them -1 if possible. Do not do business with this company for ANY reason.
They install my cable 4 years ago. I decided to up grade my equipment with my own equipment. I had the modem set in the same place for the entire time. never moved it. I took the router back they refused to accept and stole $100 from me because it has loose components in it, It was still working when I remove it. Now since I own it, I open the case. Heat shield had falling off due to improper installation from the factory. I guess just it a cheap way of not taking back old equipment make the customer buy it. If you get service with this company.. save you money.... buy you own equipment. Router rental 20 a month x 4 years is $960.. Dump Sudden link if you can.
I would not give a single star. I had one on the worst experience I have had in my life at this place. There was only one customer service rep in the whole place. This woman was the most hateful person that I have dealt with in my life. She has no business being in this line of work. I took and elderly friend there to take care of her bill which had so many wrong charges on it because she could get nothing done on the phone. They were charging her a large amount for services she didnt have and threatening to cut off her tv service if she didnt pay the bills large amount. It was sheer mental abuse against the customer and me from this employee. Needless to say nothing was accomplished with this visit but a terrific headache and stress. I honestly dont see how they stay in in business. I would not recomend Suddenlink to anyone.
There service works on and off. Had to switch internet providers. I couldnt even play Netflix. They keep hiking prices up
Terrible. Internet has been down since Saturday. My appointment was rescheduled three times. When the tech finally showed up he didnt know why he was here. He replaced the line, but didnt have a test modem on the truck and left me still without service and told me to go to the office to complain. Basically said my modem was fried. I wound up having to fix it myself. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
The Ladies in the Muskogee office are always very helpful and friendly and professional, I just signed up for the 1G home internet plan and I am very happy with my service and the price. Thank you so much!!!
SuddenLink has a cable attached to the electric poles across the street and on my parents property. The line is hanging down and we have repeatedly tried to get them to come fix it, as it is causing a hazzard across the driveway. Service providers have been unable to come in and do work as the line will get caught in their trucks. Because we dont have an account with them, they will not take a service call over the phone. Someone has to go into their store to get them to put in a service ticket to fix the line. I will do this, but I will NEVER consider using them as a service provider for anything and will tell that to everyone I know.
We have been with suddenlink aka. sudden not linked for a little over a year. The router, that they provided that was strongly recommend by them, with their top end internet package started struggling a bit with the WiFi, after severe deterioration in our WiFi signal we made an appointment for a tech to come and look at it(since it is their equipment). Never mind the fact that we suggested that we simply bring the old router in and maybe swap it out so that we don’t have to waste a day sitting in a house with no WiFi waiting on the tech to come. The day of our appointment which we received via email confirmation between the hours of 2-5pm no tech arrived, we missed a phone call which we assumed might have been the tech, however there was no voicemail left nor did they answer our call when we called them back. When we reached out to the customer service team to find out where our tech was they informed us that our ticket had been resolved. We have video surveillance outside of our house and a sudden link vehicle never even pulled into our drive, so how did this ticket get resolved? I could go on about this one instance as well as a few others that we have had with this company but what is the point? At&t is just as bad if not worse. So I guess we are damned either way, if anyone knows a good internet company in Muskogee that has a clue of what good customer service is please reply to this post.

The staff are great. The only reason for the 5 stars. I was attempting to add another line to my cell account and Altice has a policy that you cant even buy a cell phone within 90 days of the last. What kind of business practice do you have Altice. I WAS going to spend around 600 $ with you. Ill just buy the phone elsewhere seeing as how you sold me a sim card and new number for an old phone on another carrier.
Bad service cant even get service install correct service was supposed to be installed the installer didnt have the equipment took off and didnt say what he was going suddlink told him to return 4 times I had to cancel the service and have to reorder it and it was the worst day I ever spent and suddenlink did nothing about except telling me there service is very good how can I even say that if they cant install it when they where supposed to cant be very good if they cant get there techs to even install the service I waited over a week an half and guess what I have to do that all over again and hope they got it right that time
Called the number listed on the website. I was told that service was available, but the Muscogee OK store would be the best choice for starting service. I visited the store and was told service was not available but the young woman said she would check with tech support and call me. After no call was received, I called the main number again. The gentleman in tech was no help, couldn’t refer me to the Muscogee store but would transfer me to sales. Transfer resulted in a busy signal with no one coming back to me. No one seems to care about customers. Guess I was lucky there’s no service in my area. Looking elsewhere.
This company is TERRIBLE. First, the contractor who came out to install our service lied to us because he didnt want to do his job in the rain. Customer service is a complete joke to them, and Im not even able to change my router name or password. When I called tech support, the guy kept putting me on hold to check his manual, Youd think TECH SUPPORT would be better with technology than I am, but it does not seem so. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY.
The worst company ever. The installation crews will steal items out of your yard. Too bad they left a drill in the process, however they had the nerve to come back to my property at 11 pm to retrieve it. I have it all on video, but they claim they dont believe me, and have no way of proving this drill belongs to them.IT DOES !They had the nerve to fluctuate my bill by my 250.00 for one month after my compliant.So I switched to another company. They promised to replace my items, their employees stole, and remove the frivolous charges on my account.They lied. Then they said there are no notes in my account to support anything.Is there anyone in corporate that will see this and recognize this drill belongs to their employee, or perhaps you would be interested in seeing them on video.Ill wait.

Im paying almost $100 for the most basic internet plan, but cant even get a steady connection. Customer service is a joke and nobody can explain why my bill was raised $20 and why the service became worse.When I first signed up it was decent, still a little pricey, but decent. Then my bill is raised without explanation and thats when the trouble started. Im offered no discounts for compensation, and customer service is an absolute wreck. I keep getting transferred to someone else because Im never in the right department. Im a single mother and times are tough and I feel like Im throwing money away!
This company is literally the worst company I have ever had to deal with my bill was always changing so I went to have unlimited added and did so I thought. Today I called and I was informed that they don’t have unlimited that only unlimited speed that not what I was told I had and now have a $700 bill. This company is a joke. I worked in customer service for 27 years. Suddenlink has to have the worst. Have had 4 different people not show up for appointment to fix my equipment. Had one show up but they didnt have the right equipment. Next one was pretty good but did know anything about new altice equipment. Phone number on account is the one they are suppose to use with no text. They text a different number and when we dont reply they dont show up. Always get text about 4 hours later. 2 more days and starting with windstream.

Ive had this internet for three years and every six months like clock work they raise my bill. They always have some excuse but as of recently they jacked my bill over $100 for internet that doesnt work 99% of the time, and because of covid you have to have internet now days. Im canceling my service through them and finding a new company. This is poor quality in a business, you have new customers coming in paying next to nothing and are screwing over your existing customers and then wonder why you have bad reviews and customers dropping like flies. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SUDDENLINK!
I spoke to a very polite man who tried his best to help and finally assured me I would no longer pay 300 extra dollars for God knows what. Unfortunately for me the miraculous band of mongoloids still somehow screwed it up. They couldnt manage to lower the bill to the price they promised to. Sleezy and dishonest people. Stay far away from these types, they will rob you.
Worst cable company our town is ever had, my bill goes up to $3 a month every month dont take change when you go to pay your bill always credit credited to your account which you cant never tell any difference when you get your next bill!!!

Terrible internet service. Had to come out 3 times over 3 weeks just to make work. And now, even at 400 mbps it buffers so much that youtubeTV is unwatchable. Put the youtube tv on my phone and no buffering. Suddenlink doesnt care, service is the worst, and the product sucks

Got internet for my sons school last week. It has been offline more than on and it struggles for bandwidth to run anything. Why is suddenlink charging for services they cant reliably offer?

They called me and offered me a great deal, so I said yes. They upgraded my internet but did not put me on the price lock deal they said they were going to. I called and everybody is having a difficult time finding record of this! I also called to get my phone removed from my plan and was told it was. I received my bill and the phone was still there! So I called about both of these things and when we were finally getting somewhere, the call somehow got interrupted and all of a sudden I was talking to a new person. I was on the phone for an hour, then all progress was reset! I am so disappointed!
Want to pay for internet thats never on or consistent than suddenlink is for you.
The worst service I’ve ever had. I’m still owed money from wrong billing and no supervisor would return my calls. It’s nearly impossible to speak to a person with these over an hour wait times and if you do the answer is always different for why the bill is messed up.
The product is awesome. The online and phone customer service is among the worst I have ever experienced. Go into a store if you can and youll get good information and service. Do not expect competence any other way.
Do not receive bandwidth you pay for. Tech at install recommended downgrading as soon as the special is over. “The company cannot provide what they are charging for in this area.” Internet cuts out hourly regardless of time of day. There is no way to speak with a human being unless you say you want to purchase something. During outages they will actually disable the option to chat on their website. They are the only option in this market and they act like it. Zero customer service, poor quality, and they knowingly sell a product they cannot provide.
I was trying to get a movie on pay per view. For the past two months, I couldnt get the movie off of Spanish language. I called and was told that I had a past due balance and thats why it wasnt in English! How do they know Im not bilingual! I could have put the movie on subtitles for that matter. And since when is changing the language punishment for a past due account. I have never gotten any help from customer service.
Rates are rather high but it seems that its really the only option i.e. its a monopoly.
We are moving and Suddenlink is the ONLY utility that won’t prorate our bill and cut off service when I want them to. I have to pay for an extra 20 days when we won’t even be living in that house. This is poor business practice especially in these times.
“Trying” to work with these people is bewildering at best!! First challenge is getting through their automated call center. Took FOREVER to get someone only to then be put on hold AGAIN!! After 15 minutes on hold I was told I needed to call them back in 1 hour. The person “helping me” had no idea & said it would take an hour to find the information. I asked 1 question ...“To what address do I SHIP the DVR & Cable box?” There was no office within 45 minutes of the location of the hardware. All I wanted was a address to ship the hardware back as I had been instructed to do by a previous attendant. That person said “Go to the website. It will tell you the address to ship the hardware to.” I have to make a 2-hour trip to recover the hardware. Don’t think I’m asking too much for a simple Shipping Address.What a joke!!

No pros, all cons.Cons: Awful service with bad attitudes, speed is way under what is purchased, data overage and other random charges are assessed on each bill with no explanation, internet drops constantly and service persons are not easy to get a hold of to come out and fix the issues. The 1-800 corporate number is even worse with service.Do not recommend. Literally used ANY other provider, but not this one. They are a rip off, and are literally just stealing from people at this point.
Other places are trying to help out customers, like my car insurance. But this place absolutely doesnt care. They will increase your bill every couple months with no explanation. Plus they have outages often and dont try to accommodate anything towards your bill for it being out alllllllll day, they just increase it. Seriously the only reason they are still in business is because there isnt a competitor, yet. If you want to actually talk to a person on their phone number just say you want to cancel your services. Otherwise youre stuck waiting hours or just getting a robot

I have been a long time customer, 5+ years and my bill is higher than ever. $102 monthly for 200mbps. Yet new customers can get higher speeds around $50 a month. This company is gouging their long time customers and unfortunately my options are limited to basically just them. I hope to find new service soon. I recommend suddenlink as a last resort option. The way they treat long term customers is horrendous.

This Business needs some help they are so disorganized really cant make any changes on your account in person you still have to call the corporate office which makes no sense. They cannot properly explain your bill and the charges seems to always be going up every month.
Poor service period . You call and wait on hold thru a bunch of automation to talk to someone in a foreign country and get no satisfaction. They continuously raise their rates and give you nothing extra for the rate hike . There is no direct number for my local store . Called about our internet being down and stayed on hold for over an hour. Finally got to customer service who said there are 3 outrages in the area. Suddenlinks own webpage mentions nothing of outages. Told us it’ll resolve in 24 hours. 24 hours have come and gone and I’m on hold yet again. All you have to do is provide internet service that I have paid you for so I can finally continue working from home. You are affecting my life at this point. I guess AT&T will be getting our service from now on. If you’d like to resolve this, let me know.
When your home network is having issues, its one thing. But when youre an IT guy who knows how to manage a simple home network, and you KNOW the problem isnt on your end...they still walk you through the simple troubleshoot process even if you tell them youve already done it, and then act like you dont know anything by talking down at you! I have to make the representative upset before he/she will reset things on their end.Very unprofessional and very impolite individuals.
I’ve been a customer since October of 2019 and have paid close to 600 up until now on bills. In December 2019, I tried to pay my bill and my money wasn’t in my account until the following day. So, on top of the the two hundred that didn’t go through they charged me 25 for the check, but after paying the 210, they charge my account 210. Just because when they tried to collect it the bank wouldn’t allow them. Now they telling me that I have a bill over 6 hundred because I have a over whatever on my internet for over two hundred dollars when I signed up for a promotion for a year or two. They have changed my bill pricing server all of times. It has went from 89.99 to 179.99 and now 600. Can someone direct me to a better company please. I receive disability and can’t offered all these high bills they been dissing out trying to scam me.
You guys want to keep raising the prices of your terrible service and there are no specified reasons as to why your prices increase. You tell us basic BS, like unplugging the modem, to “help” us unfortunate customers. If we’ve done that step thousands of other times, why do you guys think it’s gonna fix the problem? Which there is the problem itself: you don’t think at all. You’re money hungry and your service is absolutely terrible. My computer is HARDWIRED and I still get booted off the internet. My Xbox is HARDWIRED and I STILL get booted off. Even at less busy times like 1 am or 2 am. It’s ridiculous. Give me a discount on my internet since you guys can’t seem to get a grip on yourselves

Reduced the hours for the billing department, refused to remove services that were being over charged. cable service hasnt working in three months they continuously charge for it, charge me the full bill every two weeks the for three months. Made up a returned check because I got to a zero balance so that they could triple charge me. CSR reps repeated hang up, refuse to escalated to supervisors. the absolute worst service, the worst rates and since they have a monopoly on internet service in my area they should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for their corporate practices. CSRs are rude and will blatantly lie to you. If they ask to put you on hold they are only doing that to hang up on you.
The store in Muskogee, Oklahoma was rude and disrespectful. They would not even try to help and stated that they didnt care. When calling the actual provider, no response for an hour and still didnt get the call back. Rates rise without notice or warning and are not justified according to better business bureau. Service cuts in and out depending on multiple factors. NowLNow the storecstore itself ishis closed. begun class action lawsuits.
Due to their lack of sending out service I did the work leading to an injury and knee surgery. I will be filing a civil lawsuit against this company.Sounds like a Class action lawsuit needs to be filed against this company for charging for services they cannot provide.

Service has went downhill, you can’t get anyone who speaks English on the phone and my $100 a month internet service works about half the time. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone who expects to get what they are actually paying for.
Over the last few months my bills has steady increased from the 100 dollars for life deal we made when i called them back they said they never had that option. My 400 mbps internet never goes over 200 on average its at 50 - 100 at best constantly droping down too kbps. This is the 3rd modem and there is no change but they charge you 60 dollars to have someone come fix it. For the first year i had them they were great now they suck. Oh and my last months bill was 165 and next moths is 225 .
Literally you cannot talk to a person over the phone and now that their store shut down you’re left with the people that come to your house the most incompetent lazy workers I’ve ever seen in my entire life. It worth paying more for someone else
Great internet, terrible customer service! Price will go up every year without your knowledge. They say it is promotional and raise your price. We have been with them 4 years and it has went up $10 the past 3 years and this year went up $20. Same service we have had the whole time and pay more for nothing extra.
The store on York is great hate the call in customer service, they are unhelpful they lie and tell you billing is one way and then tells you have 7 days from the time its turned on to pay... They double billed my mom and showed the payments made but then wants her to prove she made them... All in all if there were a better option for inet in Muskogee Im sure they would loose a lot of business... Also customer service is obviously trained to say no to everything, they never actually help, seems to me they would save a fortune to just have an automated system to tell you no...

Called for information on my bill, was informed Im being charged for 3 cable boxs and a cable modem n router, Thing is I have 1 CB And own my own Modem and Router. They refuse to fix it.
1 star isn’t low enough for a review on this company. We’ve had the WORST experience with them and their customer service. They are insanely unhelpful and rude. We spent two full days on the phone with them and got no where. After promising we would hear from a supervisor multiple times, nothing.
I think instead if charging customer ridiculously amount of money for their equipment they should pick it up themself or send a box when it can be mailed or picked up some customer may not have the money for gas to get up there..if they would have worked with us we could have paid the bill were on fixed income they didnt do what they said they would do cable their TV is terrible all you get is tv commercial
I dont see why everyone on here is complaining. I have never once had a problem paying my bill on line, or over the phone. The internet service is awesome, far better than AT&T anyway. And every time I have had an issue they are right there to fix it. No complaints my way!!
Im paying for the best service they provide and my internet still cuts out for 10 minutes at a time, and it happens every hour.
We signed up for service, never had anyone show up for install and are now in collections with them for something we never received.....never choose these hacks ZERO stars but thats not an option
If I could give a zero, I would. The technician did not show up on a follow up appointment three days in a row. That is a lot of time taken off waiting on some one who doesn’t show up! No one in customer service or online chat was interested in helping. They just blamed the technician! No service recovery at all. I will be looking at other internet providers. Totally unacceptable!!!
I got my wifi hooked up over a month ago and was told they’d be out there in 1-2 weeks to bury the line, about a week later my neighbors mowed over the line which they came out and fixed a couple days after I called, and then I was told it would be ANOTHER 1-2 weeks for someone to come bury the line. While waiting my neighbors unplugged the line and threw it in my backyard (which I fixed myself), so I called them again and asked when someone was gonna be over here to cover it up and the man set an appointment up for Tuesday, it’s now Thursday and they’ve STILL not came and I cannot get ahold of anybody

Started raising my bill by $10 increments because of “ government fees “ and told me they can ‘ take it off if you want your internet slowed down.’My internet was $50 when I first signed up and is now almost $80.
I had a simple question and Ive literally waited on hold an hour and a half just to be told the representative will have to call me back. Still waiting for a callback. Very frustrating. BUT as far as internet service, havent had issues with that at all.
Never ever use this company. When you call and cancel your service they do not prorate you have to pay the entire bill. Then they dont tell you that. They dont send a final bill they send it to a collection agency. Then when you call and ask for a supervisor they tell you no and to hang up and callback Id you want someone else. I wnever use them again or recommend them to anyon .
I didn’t have any problems for the last two years until this last month when they randomly disconnected my services and closed my account after I paid my bill. Called and asked why and said it was because I had requested to cancel even though I never did. Now I have to return the equipment, wait 24 hours to get new services, and start all over again. What a headache.
My internet has been running slow! They have been out 5x next time I’m taking all they equipment back. This is ashamed Muskogee has only Suddenlink. They promised me I would be compensated for the inconvenience... I call back and they tell me they can’t do it. It’s best to record your conversations with them or any other business that lies.... they record us! Even the cable boxes mess up and you can’t turn the channel, have to go get another remote or unplug the box for a few minutes. Raggedy service! Oh, and you hardly ever get anyone who speaks English and their side of the volume is so low.

I called to set up a payment plan as my check schedule changed . I was told I didnt owe anything until Nov 1 bbecause the system was down and they upgraded some things and that my internet would be fine, only to now have them tell me I owe MORE than I should and they turned my internet off !!Now I cant reach anybody with the phone number provided ! Guess I will be going into the office and they better fix this or get rid of this person for lying to me on Friday .
I signed up for $65 agreed to a raise up to $85 after 3 months, it was in my contract. Now my bill is for some reason over$100 and Im paying an allowance fee for my previously free unlimited access. Do not give them your business they will only screw you over. Currently on hold for 30 minutes just to discuss the bill.I got through to someone finally but he couldnt understand a word I was saying, he didnt speak English well enough to know Im telling him theres a problem. I thought I was calling my local office. Shows how much they actually care about customers.
Why Dont you have a Muskogee phone number I called yesterday and was put on hold for 2 hours, the man came out today and I still have the problem with the remote control This is getting ridiculous needing better service for your customers.

Their automated system is bad. Not user friendly at all. After an hour and numerous calls they told me it was a technical problem. The automated system keeps rebooting my TVs before I found out it was technical. My husband d was so frustrated he wanted to switch to DirecTV. We have problems the last time also.
Greedy, disloyal, sneaky company with horrible customer service. Their “promotional” prices go up every year, so the longer you are with the company, the more you pay. I figured I would hit a cap at some point but the prices kept on rising until it would be silly to stay with them. Their internet service was pretty good, though.
