I have tried other hearing aids and had other hearing tests and cannot believe the difference between those and Beltone. Joe McEldowney gave me a hearing test that covered more than all the other hearing tests I have taken combined. Joe explained everything he did and that resulted in my receiving a pair of hearing aids that are fantastic. I am amazed at the difference between Beltone and the other hearing aids I have tried. I would highly recommend Beltone and Joe to anyone that thinks they have a hearing loss or is looking to purchase new hearing aids. Also if you have hearing aids that arent doing what you need them to do go to Beltone and try the BEST on the market, you wont be disappointed. Joe and Beltone get a 5 star rating from me.

I would like to take a minute and thank Joe at Beltone Muskogee. My mom came in to get fitted for hearing aids and Joe was not only very kind, but also very knowledgeable. He was patient when my mom got frustrated and explained the entire step with her. I highly recommend Joe and Beltone.

I went to see Joe for a hearing test per my wifes wishes. I have had several hearing test thru out my life but never one as good as this one Joe detected what was missing In my hearing and fixed me up with some hearing aid samples and my life came to life and was able to hear what I was missing and wow! Now that I have my hearing aids my life has drastically changed my wife is having to learn not to talk to me so loud! Thank you Joe !!!😀

Joe McEldowney at the Beltone in Muskogee was very very pleasant and very very thoughtful during my visit with him. He explained everything that he was going to do before he did it. And when he was done he explained all the results of the that he did. He told us that he was very surprised that my hearing was so good and that I didnt need any hearing aids. But he said that I should go see an ENT doctor because it could be part of my hearing problems. Which we were very thankful for. Will send people to see him.

Good experience knowlegable specialist

We have been to three different hearing aid places, but have never received such great service as we did at Beltone of Muskogee. Joe McEldowney tested both of my parents. He was so patient and took the time to explain each step of the testing procedure. After the tests Joe not only explained the results, but drew pictures of the ear and explained how hearing actually works. Joe found each of my parents had a significant hearing loss, but he did not pressure them to buy hearing aids. He simply explained the options available to them. We decided to get hearing aids for both of my parents and Joe went above and beyond to work within their budget. Those suckers are expensive! Joe managed to meet their needs though. I highly recommend Beltone of Muskogee.

I can’t thank Joe enough for his help and patience he has shown to my dad for many years now, while helping dad adjust to his worsening hearing levels.Dad is trying to use the newest updated version of the hearing aids and we have found some of the updated features of the “ Ultra Boost” very helpful.I am able to set his hearing aids to a setting where he can quiet the noise of his AC & dehumidifier and hear the TV very clearly!The only problem We’re having is getting him to wear them regularly 😏.

Their Muskogee Hearing Instrument Specialist, Joe McEldowney did an excellent job matching two different technologies, the Beltone Amaze and Boost Ultra with my needs. I have severe hearing loss in one of my ears due to surgery and the Boost Ultra has allowed me to once again hear from that side. Great equipment and great service. Ive been hard of hearing for many years. I tried several hearing aids over the years, two sets at Clear Tone, and a set of Starkey aids. No one bothered to take the time to explain to me why my hearing had gotten so bad, and the aids didnt seem to totally correct the problems I was having with speech clearity. I made an appointment with Joe McEldowney at Beltone in Muskogee. He treated me with dignity and took the time to explain exactly what my problem was.
