LIARS!! I was told, while I was still looking around, that if I decided to do business them I should know that as long as Im honest and dont take advantage and communicate with them if Im having trouble making a payment that they would be more than willing to work with me. I made every payment on time like clockwork. Then I needed to move 1 payment by 4 days and they refused to do it. Said there was nothing they could do.

After giving all my info, them telling me this and that. I get told because Ive got a open account with FFO in a different state that I cant get anything till I can switch my location and our pay it off. Dont look at the fact that I was paying it off on time. Nope! Just pretty much done !!

They are good people there

They give you bugs, when you tell them to come get there furniture because of it Richard calls to tell you its your fault and that the furniture is new and threatens to press charges on you for obstruction of property, multiple threatening calls all because they dont want to be reliable for there own mess up. Come get your furniture Richard Poor Customer Service and worst Management Ever . Inspect your Furniture Before you Put it in your house or they will do the same to you.

Everytime I call my local store I am lied to. I cant begin to tell you how disgusted I am with the customer service in Muskogee, ok. I had to have my laptop serviced to fix the headphone Jack and they have had my laptop for near 2 months now. Maybe longer! Everytime I call they tell me that they will have someone call me back and no one ever does. They feed me a bunch of lies and sugar coat it. I am to the point where I just want my money back and to be done with this headache!!! DISGUSTED mind you I have been making payments this whole time! Ughhhh!!

Crappy quality furniture (if you don’t happen to catch some with a big name I.e Ashley’s), and they would ‘repossess’ your things if you had one payment left, but late on it. They’d snatch it back in a heartbeat!!
