Store and yard clean. Friendly and helpful staff. They help you find what you need. Orders take a little longer to get in..... but that is due to slower delivery times of the mail system.

Disc mower quit working so I tore it down and found that the shaft was broken. So they order me a new shaft. I install and everything works fine during the air trial. Park for a few days and then go to use and heads wont turn so tear down again and notice a bearing pushed out. Tired of messing with it so call and service says they can get right on it if we bring it to them. So I call on the third day and was told that they are starting on it now. So I call on the seventh day and they tell me they are fixing to start on it. The next day they tell me that both shafts are bent but didnt know how what or why. I told the guy again that one of the shafts was new and he replied that he wasnt sure but he new the old one was bent.? So I asked him to call when they new all the details and let me know the cost. Two days have passed and havent heard anything. Guess the bottom line is if its not a new expensive mower and you need to get back up and running quick then I would highly not recommend taking anything to them. They dont seem to care at all that it cost us when were down. They should have been truthful when I first called and I would have taken it elsewhere.Update: They called a week ago and said they were still working on it and was going to order some parts. I ask for them to contact me if it was going to cost very much.. Was told that the guy assigned to my mower had been let go and no longer works there. Said they would make it right on bill. I have now lost my hay!Update: They called Friday evening after having 24 days and said that my disc mower was fixed and that I could come pick it up. I thought this was odd due to I never recieved a call telling me exactly what was wrong and what the cost was going to as we had previously discussed. So I ask the guy what the bill was and he said $2,900.00! This is when I told him that they have yet to do anything that they have said they would do and that I was done with them.I would have to say that the service manager lacks in commonsense and honesty!!Update: Receive call after Christmas wanting to resolve situation with mower. They offered to lower the price to parts and no labor $2,200. I refused because was was originally discussed was less than a few hundred dollars in parts.
Great place for all. I purchased a Kubota zero turn and I will never buy another brand. The entire experience was 5 stars. My sales person was knowledgeable, professional, kind, and absolutely no pressure. The owner of the facility then called several days later to thank me for the business and make sure I was happy. Cant say enough good things about Stewart Martin in Muskogee.

Worst Parts Call Ever to all Folks that own LAND PRIDE I love my mower, but these folks dont stock anything that is needed & when you call on a Thursday morning & are told we cant get overnight parts until Monday or Tuesday what a joke. We were considering a Kubota for our farm, we will looking at a different dealership I assure you. Great Customer Service !! Yeah !!
Worst services ever they are so lazy and not do their jobs and getting done on time would not go back to them ever again.
Dropped off 2 Machines and had warranty work done along with being serviced. This still cost $600+ per mower. After transporting mowers back home 1 of the mowers started leaking hydraulic fluid. We had to return the mower to the dealer a 2nd time. Not impressed.

I had a issue with my service with my zero turn and couldnt figure it out, called everywhere and they were no help but then I called here and talked to the service lady Chasity and she was very friendly and was a lot of help!

Had mower fixed and now 3 months later same problem. Waiting to see if they warranty their work.
Well a long review but here goes ... have Troybilt 280 ES mower ... wouldnt start ... I called and ask could they work on it they said yes but may take longer to get Briggs Stration parts but yes can definitely repair .. i droped off and said Ill call you .... 3 weeks no word so I called said yeah had to order a carburetor at about $50 let me check now status and call you no call ... week 4 called to check same story. ... week 5 I call and yes your mower is ready no call .... I go pay $184 bill carburetor was $77 ... okay .... pushed mower to load in truck no offer to help load bit thought Im going to start it ... guess what no start same as when I brought in ... I pushed back to garage and one of their mechanics try to start it but nope so I left said well call you ... week 6 no call ... I went to store and mechanica said oh its running I havent touched it all week nothing wrong with it ... wouldnt start with electric start but if he pulled cord it did start 3 times but a little ragged but I said what the heck ... I asked help to load in truck and hes like oh you need help ... I said yes please .... brought home charged battery started 2 times and then nothing actually locked up couldnt even pull cord ... I have new mower ordered ... not throwing good money after bad ... Im retired on fixed income so $184 was a pretty good hit for me ... customer service as far as calls is bad. ... mechanical service is bad. .. lesson learned ... never again .... just my experience. .. not good sorryOkay just stepped my review up to 2 stars because I received call from Randy store manager .... very apologetic for problems. .. told me to bring mower back and they will make right .... appreciate that he would call me ... Im going to take mower back and well see ... if its trash its trash but just let me know that .... Thanx RandyOkay step up to 5 stars. .. took mower back to them ... within an 1 1/2 hrs received call from mechanic explaining problem and would fix in the morning. .. Friday morning he called me again and had found problem fixed and ready to go no additional cost ... yes they did exactly what they said they would do ... just a little hiccup. ... thanx to Randy ... highly recommend this service and will use each spring to service my mowers ... they rock as far as customer service mechanical service and honesty .... Im impressed and will be loyal to their service .... will recommend to everyone I know ... great to have a service that is honest dependable and really cares about their customers. .. thanx guysWell last review ... I went and picked up mower ... everyone was very friendly. .. mechanic pushed it out started it first time ran like a champ ... explained the whole process to me because I asked ... had to replace another part that broke ... 2 people there to load for me ... I went inside and asked what do I owe dont mind paying for what I get but want to get what I pay for ... they said no charges. .. so can we say awesome service ...
