Maybe great for in-store service but absolutely rip off for road call - $190 to tell us they cant help us otherwise they will tow the truckEdit: not 10 minutes after seeing the poor review the owner called our company, started yelling at us, cursing us out that he is the best local shop around here! We have to take the reviews down!This is a public space, public review, with public opinion, unfortunately we dont have to be bullied by the best. You charged us unreasonably, we responded with letting the public know.

I only went in for a simple flat repair on my trailer, but I gotta tell ya the atmosphere was friendly and Chris did a great job! Very knowledgeable had an intelligent conversation with him about motors and various other things on a semi. These folks are all around good people, handle business provide good service than sit around and shoot the stuff with you for a while. I’ll definitely be back, no doubt ! If you have an issue please call these folks and they will take care of it they have the experience, the knowledge and the shop to handle whatever you need or want. As an owner operator small business there shop rate is more than fairly priced they also are small business and they appeal to all trucks and companies but personally a shop of this big capacity having a great rate is awesome and when you pull into the shop there success speaks for itself!!

Chris the owner and his wife they are the kindest people. It is hard to service trucks because the problems are always complicated, but they gave their afterhour time to help us when we are stuck on the road trying cross the state. Truly amazing people!

Got me back out on the road and trucking... 1/27/2021 freaking cold outside and he fixed the issue in like 5 -10 minutes... I had a radiator problem in Muskogee and need to get home. I called before they were open and explained my problem and ask if the could get me in. She said they could and could probably get right on it, which they did. They were so good they were so good to deal with. Friendly, as if I was a part of the family.They were professional and did excellent work. They got me back on the road in a short time and and an honest fair price. They are highly recommended in my book. Thanks to the whole staff.

Chris and his wife were very helpful with this repair. Did a brand new transmission and clutch. I do recommend coming here if your in the area. I was very pleased with there pricing too. There flywheel guy is a little pricey. But other then that I was satisfied.

Stay away from these people. The worst service, stay away from them. If you get broke down on the road you better call some other truck service. Almost $200 to come out and tell me they dont have the parts and cant help - told us to pay up or threatened with towing our truck.

Chris was awesome! Im not the type of person to leave reviews but today was a crazy day. So our breaks on our trailer locked up on us and after about 4 hours of sitting going back and forward with the company about whats going on, what needs to happen ect. They sent Chris. Now Chris tells us that hes here to LOOK at my truck and that he can do the job but he has to order the parts. Okay so the parts wont be in until Tuesday or Wednesday because of Monday being a holiday. Understandable. Chris calls my company to inform them his findings. Yall tell me why they hung up on the man and stop answering his calls and started forwarding his calls. So Chris was like i have to get paid for coming out herethey not answering my calls, if they dont pay me imma have to tow the truck. So my wife called they was like he didnt do anything so we not paying him. Thats not fair bc he did something he drove to come check my breaks. Chris the owner came out to change two super singles for me on the 351 turnpike and it was excellent service.He was able to find two 75% tires at an amazing rate in Tulsa. He went from Muskogee to Tulsa and back to me replaced both tires and took mine for under $1500. Any other roadside would’ve been over $1000 more at least and he got right on it and offered to drop off drinks or food when he passed by to get my tires in Tulsa.Would recommend to anyone!

Chris has always taken great care of me and my trucks even though I wasn’t local. More than once they went above and beyond to get us back on the road including traveling to Kansas one time to repair it faster than the closest shop could. I called them out for a driveshaft universal joint the guy used a hammer trying to get the compressed joint out and flared the end then charged me 604 to fix there screw up !!! dont use them thieves

Stay away from these people. Got a 5 amp fuse replaced because the cluster didnt work. They also checked some shifting issues my iShift was having to which they had no clue how to fix. For all that I got charged $298. What a scam.

The worst service, stay away from them . if you get broke down on the road you better call loves truck service, they charged me 1200 plus dollars for replacing a broken coolant hose X2 the estimate they gave me ! The mechanic sit down in his truck more than 2 hours before he give me details and he said if I wanted him to leave I have to pay him 240 dollar for showing up though he was 0.8 miles away from the pilot I parked at at Muskogee OK. Truckers be ware of these people, they are not relatable and trustworthy I wouldn’t recommend.

Nicki Smith62 pointsa minute agoOur motor home broke down and they were the closest repair shop to where we were stranded. The problem was eventually fixed, and it seemed a bit pricey, but it was repaired. It took three weeks, however, which seemed a bit lengthy - but we gave them the benefit of the doubt because big rigs are more of a priority than an RV. The first use of our motor home after getting it back revealed that for some unknown reason, they removed a panel on a wall which gives access to the washer/dryer combo, and then for another unknown reason jacked with the washer/dryer Itself because it had been moved from where it was bolted to the floor and a leveling foot was removed as well as the clean-out filter displaced causing the unit to leak water all over the place which was how we discovered the unit had been messed with. Mind you, the problem with the motor home had nothing to do with the washer/dryer - it was a fuel filter issue. There was no reason for them to have even opened the front of the washer/dryer cabinet, let alone the side panel or had any reason to move the unit. The door seal inside the tumbler is messed up and the bottom plate of the unit is dented in and we can’t figure out why or how those happened. They also ripped a vacuum cleaner charging cord out of the wall, breaking it in two. We’d like to speak to someone about it, but our phone calls have not been returned. So, if you’re in no big hurry for your repair, don’t mind spending a lot and are prepared to find unnecessary damage to uninvolved items, go ahead and use their service.
