She has always been so courteous to me, and honestly, Approved Cash does not deserve her. I experienced the absolute worst customer service ever here and I DO NOT recommend them to anyone!! I recommend if you do choose a payday loan company for your needs it would be Advance America 🇺🇸 for sure.

Id felt initially that this place was a God send! The money I needed was given to me in a timely manner. They were extremely helpfulbut NEVER miss a payment because theyll quickly turn into the spawn of Satan on you. I didnt keep my account with them current and they got my vehicle from my apartment. The very next day I paid the loan off completely and still have not gotten my vehicle back. I was told a place out of Tennessee has my car but can not reach anyone. **BORROW AT YOUR OWN RISK**

I called the was told what I needed. Went there was told after I got there they needed a copy of a bank statement. Went to my bank got a bank statement, and a counter check. This lady seen all my info takes me over to a desk and me a ton of questions I answer all of them. She looks at me and says I can only give you 50.00 cause we need a real check. That is a real check I say no I need one from your account is got a routing number and my account number. Nope only 50.00 is all I can give you. I said for all this going to get me 50.00 I said no way. I took my things and left. My fiance has a title loan with them they change the dates of pay all the time the 30 day story. It comes up with a different day every month,he was OK with that. I was not. I would really going some where else. I did much happier.Check the complaints online about this place.

Ive been going to Muskogee approved cash for about 3 years and Ive never been treated like this before rude unprofessional and threatened the next person up was going to be worse well got hung up on and very rude service happened on March 4 2020 at 11 am and Im still waiting for someone to call me back Ive left multiple messages to be contacted back very unprofession
