The service man arrived on time, in uniform, very neat appearance. He measured the applicable areas and gave me a price right then. He told me how long it would take and he got right to work. He completed the work in the time he said it would take. The carpets and furniture looked like new and there was no unpleasant odors. The price was affordable and I was very pleased with the results.

There is nothing quite as frustrating as a hot water heater flood on a Monday morning, unless it is the smelly mess that follows it. Clean Pro was literally there before the plumber got there and had everything extracted from the carpet fast. They even checked all of the walls, the tile and wood floors to make sure they were not saturated and in need of additional measures. SO much more thorough than a simple carpet cleaning company and no more expensive. I cant say enough about the great service we received. Thank you George and Jamison!
